At this moment the Indonesian people has experienced many changes expected to the globalization change. With the varying developments in this stage of globalization, it suggests a trying for the Indonesian people to go on to appropriate up and adhere to the flow of innovation. In the present cycle of globalization, the position of Pancasila is absolutely highly remarkable in conduct to preserve the survival of the identity of the Indonesian societies, because the affect of globalization of borders between states seems invisible, so that various foreign cultures easily penetrate into community. The fundamental issue in this investigation is to internalize the values of Pancasila in developing consciousness of safeguarding the state in the millennial generation and struggles to internalize the values of Pancasila in enhancing awareness of fighting for the country in the millennial ages. In this view, the researcher used interview as data collection method, and backed by literature review on secondary documents. The results study, the relevance of internalizing the values of Pancasila because Pancasila has a serve and position in the nation and state and can develop appreciation of safeguarding the state by practicing Pancasila values in workaday life in order to keep the existence of the nation and state of Indonesia and reinforce awareness of maintaining the state, specifically the millennial generation. The development of state defense information is given lines to overcome understandings, ideologies, and cultures that are opposed to the identity values maintained by the Indonesian nation. The state defense is brought out on going support through education, training and socialization so that it can support the authority for the opportunity of defense systems.

Abstrak  Reformasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Nganjuk dilakukan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara esensial menunjang implementasi pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang dilandasi oleh budaya kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk dianalisis terkait bagaimana optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan kinerja OPD di Kabupaten Nganjuk.  Analisis menggunakan indikator kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Indikator kinerja berorientasi pada hasil dipilih karena kawasan prioritas berisi kinerjadan hasil kualitas pelayanan pubik. Aspek indikator kerja yang dipilih adalah efektivitas dan kepuasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa teori-teori relevan diperoleh dengan metode telaah pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah dilakukan secara optimal. Dimana target dalam rencana kerja semua terpenuhi. Selain itu program peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah sesuai dengan visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dengan demikian, program capaian kinerja pada peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat dapat dikatakan efektif Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik; Kinerja; Kabupaten Nganjuk Abstract Public service reform in Nganjuk Regency is carried out in realizing effective and efficient government governance. The implementation of services to the community essentially supports the implementation of regional autonomy which is based on a high work culture. Therefore, it is very important to analyze in relation to how to optimize the implementation of public services in realizing effective and efficient government governance based on the performance of OPD in Nganjuk Regency. The analysis uses performance indicators that are results-oriented. Results-oriented performance indicators were chosen because the priority area contains the performance and results of the quality of public services. Aspects of the selected work indicators are effectiveness and satisfaction. The approach used in this paper is a qualitative approach based on literature review. The data collection method used is secondary data in the form of relevant theories obtained by the literature review method. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the performance of the local government of Nganjuk Regency in improving public services has been done optimally. Prior research has explored qualitative studies in relation to the paradigms used. This paper enriches the literature by investigating the quality of qualitative studies in relation to the data collection method and participants' selection. In this study, we collected SNA qualitative paper proceedings from 2007 to 2017. Guided by the minimum criteria of the data collection method described in the literature review sections, we analyze those proceedings. We found the three most common methods used in the studies: interview, observation, and documentation. The majority of the paper clearly stated their data collection method. However, only a minority of them provides a clear description of how the data were collected and how to obtain participants/data used in their studies and why invite dthem in the research. Thus, it is suggested that researchers provide a detail explanation of their methods to show the rigour of the study that they conducted

Abstract, This study aims to determine what factors affect the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance and know what are the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of good governance in the Puluhan Village Geyer District,Geyer Purwodadi Grobogan Regency. This research focuses on the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance. The methodology of this research is qualitative and data collection method is done by literature review and in-depth interview on key informants in village government circle. <em>Leadership is an important part in all areas of life to achieve goals. The reality is that there is often a crisis of public trust in leaders. With the discovery of many cases that seem inappropriate and ethical by leaders and the rise of current leadership practices that adopt leadership models from outside. Meanwhile, the leader who is expected from the perspective of the millennial generation is to have the ability, intellectuality, integrity, honesty and vision that is far ahead in line with the progress of the times and is able to apply the values of local wisdom. Efforts to overcome leadership problems in the millennial era require directed and concrete actions. One of them is by exploring the philosophy of Javanese leadership based on local wisdom. the current leader had jumped too far from his essence footing. Asta Brata is symbolized by eight natural characters or can be interpreted as eight conditions that must be held by a leader. Mastery of these eight characteristics is the most ideal and appropriate leadership trait to be applied. The purpose is to find out the relevance of Asta Bratha's teachings in the millennial era. This type of research is library research. The data collection method used is the documentation method. This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

The use of image elicitation methods has been recognised in qualitative research for some time; however, the use of mood boards to prompt participant discussion is currently an under-researched area. This article explores the use of mood boards as a data collection method in qualitative research. Used in design disciplines mood boards allow designers to interpret and communicate complex or abstract aspects of a design brief. In this study, I utilise mood boards as being part creative visual method and part image elicitation device. The use of mood boards is explained here in the context of a research project exploring masculinity and men’s reflexivity. In this article, I consider the benefits of utilising this method in researching reflexivity and gender before offering a critical appraisal of this method and inviting others to explore how mood boards might enhance research projects involving elicitation.
