AbstrakTerjadinya pandemi virus covid-19 menyebabkan peran keluarga semakin penting dalam rangka mencegah penularan pandemi Covid-19. Keluarga menjadi harapan untuk pencegahan  pandemi covid dengan tetap berada di rumah, membimbing anak untuk tetap belajar di rumah. Oleh sebab itu team PKM UPI YPTK pun mencoba menawarkan solusi kepada keluarga Pra sejahtera untuk mencari solusi lain dalam  rangka mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan walau tetap berada di rumah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari identifikasi mitra, kesepakatan penentuan objek pelatihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, dan evaluasi bersama. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan tersebut adanya pemahaman, dan motivasi untuk memanfaatkan Ekonomi Kreatif bagi keluarga Pra Sejahtera sebagai kegiatan tambahan dalam mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan bagi keluarga. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian tersebut diantaranya (1)Semua peserta bersemangat untuk mencari tahu kegiatan ekonomi lain, walau tetap berada di rumah (2) Dukungan dari Pemerintah terkait peningkatan ekonomi kreatif bagi keluarga Pra sejahtera perlu digalakan agar masyarakat pra sejahtera bisa meningkatkan ekonomi walau dalam keadaaan krisisKata Kunci: Permbedayaan, Keluarga, Produktivitas, Ekonomi Kreatif, UMKM,AbstractThe occurrence of the covid-19 virus pandemic has made the role of the family increasingly important in order to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19  pandemic.. Families become hope for the prevention of the Covid pandemic by staying at home, guiding children to keep studying at home. Therefore, the UPI YPTK PKM team also tried to offer a solution to the Pra-prosperous family to find other solutions in order to get additional income even though they were still at home. The method of implementing this service activity is carried out starting from partner identification, agreement on determining training objects, training and mentoring, and joint evaluation. The results obtained from these activities were understanding, knowledge and motivation to take advantage of the Creative Economy for poor families as an additional activity in getting additional income for the family. The conclusions of these service activities include (1) All participants are eager to find out other economic activities, even though they are still at home (2) Support from the Government related to increasing the creative economy for the Pra-prosperous family, it needs to be encouraged so that the pre-prosperous community can improve the economy even in a state of crisisKey Word: Empowerment, Family, Productivity, Creative Economy, UMKM.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi peran keluarga sebagai pondasi penguatan motivasi belajar siswa di tengah pandemi Covid-19 pada masyarakat desa jatisari kabupaten karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan pertemuan melalui zoom meeting. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2020. Hadirnya sosialisasi peran keluarga sebagai pondasi penguatan motivasi belajar siswa ditengah pandemi Covid-19 diharapkan mampu memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya peran keluarga sebagai pondasi penguatan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga meminimalisir penurunan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dirumah, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat dilakukan melalui metode dan media sosial yang mendukung termotivasinya siswa dalam belajar, juga pentingnya peran keluarga dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada anak mengenai bahaya kesehatan dari covid-19. Dengan demikian diharapkan tumbuhnya pemahaman peran keluarga dalam penguatan motivasi siswa belajar dirumah selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan tetap menjaga kesehatan sesuai anjuran dari pemerintah untuk tetap mengedepankan protokol kesehatan dalam pembelajaran dirumah, karena sehat menjadi kunci utama dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Peran Keluarga, Motivasi Belajar. This community service activity aims to provide socialization on the role of the family as a foundation for strengthening student motivation in the Covid-19 pandemic in the village community of Jatisari, Karawang district. The method used in achieving the implementation of service activities carried out in the Covid-19 pandemic is through lectures and questions and answers with meetings through zoom meetings. The implementation of the service was carried out in August 2020. The socialization of the role of the family as a foundation for strengthening student motivation in the Covid-19 pandemic is expected to be able to provide education to the community about the importance of the role of the     family as a foundation for strengthening student learning motivation to minimize the decrease in student motivation in learning at home, implementing learning This can be done through methods and social media that support student motivation in learning, as well as the importance of the role of the family in providing understanding to children about the health dangers of Covid-19. Thus it is hoped that the understanding of the role of the family in the motivation of students who study at home during the Covid-19 pandemic will grow while maintaining health according to recommendations from the government to continue to prioritize health protocols in learning at home, because being healthy is the main key in learning. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini ditujukan untuk peningkatan peran ayah dalam keluarga terutama dalam keterlibatannya sebagai ayah. Berangkat dari kegelisahan kaum ayah di Kelurahan Puhun Tembok Kota Bukittinggi, rutinitas dan tanggung jawab sebagai ayah di ruang publik mengurangi kualitas komunikasi bersama anak di rumah. Pada pembicaraan forum ayah, beberapa ayah memiliki kendala dalam kapasitasnya sebagai suami dan ayah untuk membicarakan persoalan seputar ke-Ayah-an. Untuk memaksimalkan tujuan kegiatan ini, Tim PKM sudah menentukan metode kegiatan dimulai dari persiapan, screening, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta laporan dan luaran kegiatan. Keagiatan akan menjadi lebih terarah dengan hadirnya fasilitator yang akan memfasilitasi diskusi terarah oleh forum ayah dalam mengkaji persoalan tematis. Temuannya adalah beberapa ayah memiliki kesulitan untuk mengekspresikan diri mereka untuk berkomunikasi dan melaksanakan peran-peran ayah karena tidak terdapatnya media yang membicarakan hal itu layaknya kaum ibu. Meskipun begitu, kegiatan ini menjadi awal dari keterbukaan ayah untuk berkomunikasi dan bersikap lebih terbuka di dalam keluarga. Menurut para ayah, kegiatan ini menjadi media bagi mereka untuk saling berbagi dan mendengarkan pendapat sehubungan dalam peningkatan perannya sebagai ayah dan kepala keluarga di rumah. Kata kunci: Forum ayah, peran ayah; keluarga; anak  ABSTRACTThis community service activity (PKM) is aimed at increasing the role of fathers in the family, especially in their involvement as fathers. Departing from the anxiety of fathers in Puhun Tembok Village, Bukittinggi City, the routine and responsibility of being a father in public spaces reduces the quality of communication with children at home. In the discussion of the father's forum, some fathers have difficulties in their capacity as husbands and fathers to discuss issues related to fatherhood. To maximize the purpose of this activity, the PKM Team has determined the method of activities starting from preparation, screening, implementation, evaluation as well as reports and activity outputs. Activities will become more focused with the presence of a facilitator who will facilitate focused discussions by the father's forum in reviewing thematic issues. The finding is that some fathers have difficulty expressing themselves to communicate and carry out fatherly roles because there is no media that talks about it like mothers. Even so, this activity was the beginning of the father's openness to communicate and be more open in the family. According to the fathers, this activity became a medium for them to share and listen to opinions regarding the improvement of their roles as fathers and heads of families at home. Keywords: Father forum, father role; family; children

This is an optimistic, and useful, book written at a pessimistic time. In an era when the nation faces many social problems - including alienation from the government and work, the fragmentation of the family, and an expanding materialism - this book promoting civic literacy approaches to service learning and seeks to help educators in their efforts to redefine the role of civics in contemporary society. The civic literacy approach to service learning is defined as pedagogy that combines community service and academic instruction and that focuses on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsiblity. The editors challenge community colleges to act as catalysts for a national movement of community renewal, suggesting that they may be our best hope for finding ways to solve our social problems.

ABSTRACT    ROLE OF THE FAMILY AS A NON PENAL EFFORT IN PREVENTING  ACTS OF VIOLENCE AGAINTS CHILDREN IN THE EDUCATION UNIT ENVIRONMENT                 Schools are required to be anti violence zones, which provides a safe comfortable and enjoyable learning environment. Legal protection made by the government has not provided protection for children from violence that occurs in schools. So that there needs to be other efforts beyond legal measures that can prevent acts of violence against children in school. Non penal efforts through the role of the family.a as the first educational institution in society that plays a role in educating children to shape the character of children. Character education in the family will produce anti violence behavior in children themselves will distance themselves from behavior u violence, because children are equipped with loving behavior, tenderness, religious values, empathy in children.

Tax is the main source of state revenue. In 2018, the source of state revenues of 85,40% came from the tax sector. So large, state revenue from tax sector, encourage the government in increase taxpayer compliance. However, the realization of revenue from the tax sector in January-November has not yet reached the target. In 2018, the government issued a government regulation that was imposed on taxpayers who have certain gross income. So, with the issuance of government regulation it is hoped that the public can play an active role in economic activities. This service was carried out in Banjaran Hamlet, Sukoreno, Sentolo, Kulon Progo, Special Regional of Yogyakarta. This service is shown to MSME players. This service technique uses lecture, sharing and discussion methods. The result of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of MSME actors regarding the benefits of NPWP, the reason MSME actors must pay taxes, and tax benefits. In addition, this service also found the reason for MSME not to make NPWP, as well as the reason for MSME actors not to apply Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018. Abstrak. peran pemberdayaan wanita nelayan sangat di perlukan untuk membantu ekonomi keluarga. Wanita-wanita di daerah pesisir bisa menjadi motor penggerak kegiatan ekonomi produktif fungsinya dari ibu rumah tangga biasa menjadi pencari nafkah seperti melakukan kegiatan pengolahan ikan dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kegiatan keluarga nelayan di Gampong Langkak Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya dalam  meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga , dan rencana strategi perempuan  nelayan dalam meningkatkan  ekonomi keluarga di Gampong Langkak Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil dalam penelitian ini didapat strategi wo sebagai rencana strategi pemberdayaan wanita nelayan. Srategi wo yaitu memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan cara meminimalkan  kelemahan yang ada. Adapun bentuk kegiatan keluarga adalah bertani, jemur udang  sabu dan buruh pabrik.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan, keluarga , nelayan.Strategy Of Fishermen Women Empowerment In Increasing Famili Economy In Langkak  Village Kuala Pesisir  Districts Nagan Raya DistrictAbstract. the role of empowering women fishermen is very much needed to help the family economy. Women in coastal areas can be the driving force of productive economic activities whose function is from ordinary housewives to being breadwinners such as fish processing activities and so on. This study aims to determine the form of fishermen's family activities in Gampong Langkak, Kuala Pesisir Subdistrict, Nagan Raya District in improving the family's economy, and the strategy of women fishermen in improving the family's economy in Ganggong Langkak, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya District. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The results in this study obtained the WO strategy as a plan to empower women fishermen strategies. The strategy is to take advantage of existing opportunities by minimizing existing weaknesses. The form of family activities is farming, drying shabu shrimp and factory workers.Keywords : empowerment, family, fishermen.

The Government program in tackling the economic crisis that has occurred so far is by providing direct assistance to very poor families (KSM) in every village throughout Indonesia. The Family Hope Program (FHP) is one of the government's conditional aid programs as a form of compensation from the fuel price increase, which certainly affects the lives of the wider community, including the poor. In order for the expected results to be more accurate and the system designed is arranged systematically, the authors decided to use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This decision support model will describe the problem of multi-factor or multi-criteria into a form of hierarchy, From the results of the test the shrill and weight of FHP assistance is the type of work of the head of the family is not fixed in the first rank with 4.9 shrill. With the results of the output is feasible or not prospective recipient in FHP, obtained from the comparison of the lamda weight of the rating category with the weight value of the predetermined ratio.

Objective:The demonstration of differences in grieving process between children mourning for the parent and adults grieving for their spouse.Method:Sub-structured clinical interviews were given to 10 adults and 10 children using the services of the Psychiatric Hospital of Petra Olympus to evaluate their reactions and grieving process.Discussion:2 of the evaluated children had outbursts of cries during the sessions. This behavior was the same at home.8 played the role of the ‘supportive adult’ to the grieving parent, not allowing themselves to express feelings of anger, grief, guilt, and fears. They didn't ask for support, in fear of becoming a burden to the rest of the family.Their parents noticed changes in sleep patterns, eating habits, and behavior.One child wasn't well-informed about the loss and didn't fully understand what had happened to the deceased.As for parents, 8 asked and received medical support and medication,whilst 2 started consuming alcohol. 6 were avoiding talking to their children and sharing their feelings, whereas 3 mentioned incapability to go on with their life.Conclusions:Children mourn in a different way from adults. Their grief may not be easily detected.The proper way of informing the child, the encouragement to the expression of feelings, the living memories of their late parent and the participation in the family grieving process (both for children and adults) are not causes of further stress and anxiety but lead to a better way of resolving the grieving process, offering comfort and relief.

The Government

This paper is an examination of the role of the Hong Kong government vis-à-vis governments in Japan and other Asian newly industrialized economies (NIEs) in high-tech industrial development. It is argued that, whereas governments of Japan and other Asian NIEs have played very important roles in facilitating industrial restructuring, the Hong Kong government has so far refrained from direct participation in industrial development. Although the Hong Kong government has assumed an important position in the course of economic development in the territory, especially in terms of land-related economic activities, it has little vested interest and experience in directing industrial developments. It was not until the 1990s that the government switched from a ‘positive nonintervention’ to a ‘minimum intervention with maximum support’ industrial policy and began to play a more active role in facilitating industrial upgrading. The effectiveness of the changing industrial policy and the prospects for high-tech development in the territory are reviewed by examining the challenges and opportunities faced by the Hong Kong government in facilitating high-tech industrial development.

This study aims to describe the efforts of parents in improving Islamic religious education for children in SDN 08 Sentosa Kecamatan Dua Koto Kabupaten Pasaman. This research uses qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation methods. While data analysis is by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results showed that first: Parental guidance towards children can improve children's Islamic religious education, because parents are the foundations of education for children in the family which will then become the basis for the child's personality in the future. Second: the discipline of children to study at home can be realized with parental supervision. Third, to support the achievement of children's Islamic religious education, the role of parents can encourage children at home including attention to the learning process, giving advice, giving gifts and educational punishments, and providing sustainable children's learning facilities.
