The problem of early marriage or child marriage is not a new problem in Indonesia and for countries in the world. Underage marriage is considered a serious problem because it raises controversy in society, not only in Indonesia but also a global issue. According to the Council of Foreign Relations, Indonesia is one of the ten countries in the world with the highest absolute number of child marriages and the second highest in ASEAN after Cambodia. It is estimated that one in five girls in Indonesia are married before they reach 18 years of age. In 2018 in Indonesia, 1 in 9 girls aged 20-24 were married before the age of 18, commonly known as child marriage. Child age should be a period for physical, emotional and social development before entering adulthood. The practice of child marriage is related to the fact that child marriage violates children's human rights, limiting their choices and opportunities. Every child has the right to survive, grow and develop as well as the right to protection from violence and discrimination as mandated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The selection of the Limo Village area as a partner area is due to the physical condition of the Limo area which is adjacent to UPNVJ, but more than that the selection of this location is because as a real contribution, the campus cares for the problems that occur in the community. The method of activity in this community service is carried out online because it coincides with the implementation of the Covid-19 Emergency PPKM, in the form of counseling on the topic "Prevention and Prevention of Child Marriage for Youth and Youth Organizations". The results of this community service activity, the participants became open to understanding and insight into the impact of early marriage, the role of parents to supervise adolescent children, especially in association so that children avoid promiscuity which results in pregnancy outside marriage. The importance of providing access in the form of convenience for children, especially girls, to gain knowledge about reproductive health and sex education so that children have the ability to take care of themselves. Other factors such as socio-cultural aspects, customs and religion contribute to the widespread practice of child marriage in certain areas.

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time, resulting in growth problems in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (stunted) than the standard age. This important role has encouraged Pakistaji Village to continue to improve healthy lifestyles among children in order to prevent stunting. The Community Service Program at Panca Marga University that has been carried out so far for Pakistaji residents is deemed to have gone well. The counseling that has been carried out in connection with the Community Service Program at Panca Marga University is the distribution of pamphlets in order to provide knowledge to the community regarding stunting, stunting counseling to Riyadlus Solihin Pakistaji's student guardians, the “Let's Drink Milk” campaign to Riyadlus Solihin's students, as well as several activities that related to stunting prevention. The results obtained at this time were that the participants felt that their knowledge was increased, their awareness was awakened, and their expertise was added. It is hoped that in the future this activity will continue and will continue to provide meaning to both parties, namely UPM and the community in Pakistaji Village. In addition, it is hoped that there will be many other parties who are willing to be involved in this service activity, especially parties from external to UPM, so that this activity can create many networks for all parties. The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

Community Service is one of the programs that are needed by the community today. This is done as an effort to respond to the needs of the community and is real program and realistic, especially in the fields of education, social, economic and cultural. Community Service Program is a program that is learning, studying and serving that is realized in the form of introduction and appreciation of community development through the clarity of planned change programs and problem solving methods regarding the ability to choose and use the right skills. A big nation is a nation that wants to respect its culture. Indonesia has a diversity of cultures that are characteristic and assets of the Indonesian nation. But most of the younger generation has forgotten a lot of the culture of the nation. The tendency of the younger generation now prefers outside cultures and many younger generations are less able to sort out most of which have negative impacts rather than a positive impact on themselves and others as well as the environment. There is a need for character education so that the younger generation can be relied upon in the future according to the nation's culture, such as being responsible for mutual cooperation, mutual assistance and good manners. Reog Kendhang's art proves that local culture can increase the sense of community nationalism and be able to become social controls so as not to fall into bad lifestyle. The formation of a national culture that can truly reunite all components of the nation's culture, therefore it is necessary to have a deeper introduction to history and cultural heritage in search of the identity of a pluralistic Indonesian society.

Development in the current development sector has grown rapidly, in this development we can see a good potential to be developed, namely the development of bricks with good quality compared to using red bricks which production takes a long time. Batako is an alternative that can be used in the construction of a building, because currently the price of red brick is quite high because the production cost is quite expensive. Besides, the price of firewood used for cooking red brick is getting difficult. Meanwhile, the demand for brick gradually increased because brick was one of the main components in building construction. So it needs to be developed in making brick blocks because the time is relatively short in the drying process. Therefore the community service team made a brick making machine with a vibration system for compaction and a faster production process in brick making using a machine that has been made, so that it can increase partner income, who previously produced 120 pieces with a manual system using a machine that could produce 500 pieces of brick per day.

Person-centred planning (PCP) puts individuals with an intellectual disability at the centre of service and support planning, identifying how individuals wish to live their lives and what is needed to make that possible. PCP has been identified as having the potential to facilitate improved social inclusion and community participation. A mixed-methods approach combined quantitative analyses with qualitative case studies of individuals with severe-profound intellectual disability to assess the impact of PCP on community participation for adults with an intellectual disability at a disability service in Dublin. We conclude that PCP may provide a good basis to plan community participation and, with the right supports in place, may provide opportunities for people with complex needs to improve their community participation. Supports including familiar staff and family are critical to the success of PCP for people with complex needs, and their absence may undermine the best intentions of PCP for this population.
