The paper discusses about the customer perception on 4Ps of marketing in shopping malls. 4Ps are the elements of marketing mix which are product ,price,place,promotions.The main objective of the study is to understand the customer perception about 4Ps of marketing in malls with special reference to Chennai , to identify the relationship between affordability and income of respondent. Descriptive research is used and convenience sampling method is used to collect the samples.The statistical tools used here is ANOVA,correlation,independent t test,chi-square. The study found that consumer perception towards 4Ps of marketing is having a great impact in malls.This study concludes that various strategies should be taken to give an idea about 4Ps of marketing.

Customer perception is a showcasing idea that envelops a buyer’s impression, mindfulness and additionally awareness about an company or its contributions. Window shopping or browsing is an act of examining a store’s display without any motive to buy. The main objective of this research is to know about the perception of the customers about window shopping in malls. Descriptive research is the type of research carried. Out. Convenient sampling method is used. The research was carried out among 1450 respondents Different statistical tools like chi square , correlation and paired t test were used. It shows that male and female have different perspective regarding window shopping. It shows that educational qualification does not create impact on the awareness of product during window shopping. The findings of the research states that there is no significant association between age and entertainment . Most of the people in Chennai have a little awareness about window shopping and its elements

This study is an empirical attempt to understand parental communication about bleeding, first period and dysmenorrhea with adolescent girls. It examines the barriers of communication from the adolescent girls' perspective. The study was conducted in a couple of taluks of ballari district, i.e., Sandur and Hospet. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive research design was adopted. The data was gathered using the interview schedule from 260 adolescent girls adopting a random sampling method. The findings of the study reveal that the mean age of the adolescent girls was 15.34 years. It was found that the parents' behaviour and educational level impact communication with adolescent girls with reference to bleeding, first period and dysmenorrhea. The Chi-Square test has been done to assess the relationship between communicational barriers and education. The ANOVA test has been applied to understand the relationship between parents' behaviour, educational level and communication barriers.

The division of a general public into castes is a worldwide wonder not solely honed inside a specific religion or conviction framework. In South Asia, caste discrimination is generally established in the Hindu caste framework, as per which Dalits are considered 'pariahs'. Most Dalit understudies who go to a college are original students. The main objective of the study is to understand the caste discrimination in higher education with special reference to Chennai, and to identify the difference between caste discrimination in one’s educational life. Descriptive research is used and convenience sampling method is used to collect the samples. The statistical tools used here is ANOVA, independent sample t test, and chi-square. The sample size is 1860. The paper concludes that more awareness is needed among the public about the abolition of caste discrimination in higher education.

In this study I concluded that Contract is nothing but enter into a formal and legally binding. It is a written or spoken obligation. And fraud, it's deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain.

The objective of the study is to understand the public opinion about dream, to identify whether is difference in expectation of type of dream and gender, to analyze the association of emotional tone and age To interpret relationship in dreams are meaningful and educational qualification. this is done by descriptive research by convenience sampling method the sampling size is 1860.the independent variables is age, gender and educational qualification and the statistics are chi square, correlation, and independent sample t test. The study concludes that public require more knowledge regarding dreams. They have not thought or concentrated on dreams.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the burnout levels of music teachers and their personalities. The research consisted of 278 music teachers who were selected from various places throughout Turkey via subjective, convenience sampling method. For data collection, the ‘Personal Information Form’, ‘Adjective Based Personality Test’ and ‘Maslach Burnout Scale’ were used. The research involved both quantitative and qualitative dimensions. The data were analyzed by quantitative t-test, multiple regression analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Data for the qualitative dimension of the research were obtained from semi-structured interviews conducted with 5 music teachers. Negative, significant relationships were determined between extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness and general burnout, while a positive, significant relationship was determined between neuroticism and general burnout. The burnout variable was found to have a statistically significant effect on the openness, neuroticism and conscientiousness dimensions of the personality types. The effects of conscientiousness and openness dimensions were not, however, found to be significant. The music teachers who had characteristics of extroversion and conscientiousness were found to have higher levels of burnout if they have the characteristics of neuroticism that reduce their exhaustion. The findings of the research show that the effect of personality types on burnout is important.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen di kantin Rumah Kayu, Institut Teknologi Sumatera. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Metode sampling secara purposif dilakukan dengan jumlah 94 responden, sebagian besar adalah mahasiswa. Atribut yang paling penting berdasarkan persepsi konsumen adalah keamanan dan kebersihan makanan dan minuman yang disajikan, sedangkan atribut yang memiliki performa paling baik adalah variasi menu. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa harga produk, kesesuaian harga dan kualitas, kesesuaian harga dan kuantitas, area makan yang nyaman dan menarik secara visual, dan kecepatan penyajian merupakan atribut-atribut yang memiliki prioritas tinggi untuk diintervensi. Hasil analisis CSI menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen adalah 72,33% dan dikategorikan sebagai ‘memuaskan’. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan beberapa atribut diperlukan sesuai dengan prioritas yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to investigate the level of customer satisfaction in Rumah Kayu cafetaria at Institut Teknologi Sumatera. The study was conducted by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling method by purposive sampling was carried out with 94 respondents, mostly were students. The most important attribute from cafeteria customer perception was safeness and cleanliness of food and drink served, whereas the top performance attribute was menu variation. The results of IPA analysis showed that product price, price-quality fairness, price-quantity fairness, dining area comfortability and visual attractiveness, and quick serving were identified as high priorities for intervention. Finding based on CSI analysis showed that the level of customer satisfaction was 72.33% and categorized as ‘satisfied’. Therefore, improvement of some attributes required in accordance with priorities that have been generated by this study in order to improve customer satisfaction. — We are living in a digital world where shopping is in its peak. In order to ease the payment procedure of the shoppers, the concept of Fintech emerged. Without the use of any cards, one can do shopping and make payment with the help of digital wallets. There are several digital wallets applications in India and Paytm is popular among them. We need to keep money in our paytm account and that can be used for making payments. The objective of this paper is to analyze the customer perception towards Paytm and the factors influencing customers to use Paytm in Kanyakumari District.

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

This research was conducted for analyzing the effect of mediating variable that is individual task proactivity as one of the proactivities of behavior towards the relationship between self-efficacy and the employees’ performance in the logistics companies of shipping the goods. It uses convenience sampling, which is a non-probability sampling method for getting the sample of 52 employees. They were divided into two divisions, namely infrastructure and quality assurance. The questionnaire consists of two parts, in which some were assessed by themselves and others that were assessed by the supervisor. They were analyzed using path analysis using analytical tools developed by Hayes, Preacher-Hayes with the simple mediation models. It was found that employees have self-efficacy, individual task proactivity, and relatively high performance, in which individual task proactivity can be a mediating variable on the effect self-efficacy on performance.
