This Study is all about Capacity to Contract in Case Of Occurrence Of Fraud. The main aim of the study is to create awareness about Mer silence would amount to fraud. A man or woman is believed to have the potential to go into right into a contract. An intoxicated person, minor, or mentally incapable character has options to be had to them after getting into an agreement which influences the validity of the agreement into which they've entered. The first alternative they have got is to disaffirm a agreement. For the purpose of the study, descriptive research is used. Descriptive research helps to portray accurately the characteristics of particular individual, situation or group. Convenience sampling method is used in this study to collect the samples. When population elements are selected for inclusion in the sample based on access is called convenience sampling. The statistical tool used is percentage analysis, which includes Independent sample t test, Chi-square, Correlation. The total number of responses collected in the survey is around 1669 .It was found that constitution makes it mandatory for the Government to protect and promote freedom , and to assure every citizen a decent standard of living. In this study I concluded that Contract is nothing but enter into a formal and legally binding. It is a written or spoken obligation. And fraud, it's deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain.

The division of a general public into castes is a worldwide wonder not solely honed inside a specific religion or conviction framework. In South Asia, caste discrimination is generally established in the Hindu caste framework, as per which Dalits are considered 'pariahs'. Most Dalit understudies who go to a college are original students. The main objective of the study is to understand the caste discrimination in higher education with special reference to Chennai, and to identify the difference between caste discrimination in one’s educational life. Descriptive research is used and convenience sampling method is used to collect the samples. The statistical tools used here is ANOVA, independent sample t test, and chi-square. The sample size is 1860. The paper concludes that more awareness is needed among the public about the abolition of caste discrimination in higher education.

The main objective of this research is to know about the perception of the customers about window shopping in malls. Descriptive research is the type of research carried. Out. Convenient sampling method is used. The research was carried out among 1450 respondents Different statistical tools like chi square , correlation and paired t test were used. It shows that male and female have different perspective regarding window shopping. It shows that educational qualification does not create impact on the awareness of product during window shopping. The findings of the research states that there is no significant association between age and entertainment . Most of the people in Chennai have a little awareness about window shopping and its elements

The objective of the study is to understand the public opinion about dream, to identify whether is difference in expectation of type of dream and gender, to analyze the association of emotional tone and age To interpret relationship in dreams are meaningful and educational qualification. this is done by descriptive research by convenience sampling method the sampling size is 1860.the independent variables is age, gender and educational qualification and the statistics are chi square, correlation, and independent sample t test. The study concludes that public require more knowledge regarding dreams. They have not thought or concentrated on dreams.


The paper discusses about the customer perception on 4Ps of marketing in shopping malls. 4Ps are the elements of marketing mix which are product ,price,place,promotions.The main objective of the study is to understand the customer perception about 4Ps of marketing in malls with special reference to Chennai , to identify the relationship between affordability and income of respondent. Descriptive research is used and convenience sampling method is used to collect the samples.The statistical tools used here is ANOVA,correlation,independent t test,chi-square. The study found that consumer perception towards 4Ps of marketing is having a great impact in malls.This study concludes that various strategies should be taken to give an idea about 4Ps of marketing.

This study is an empirical attempt to understand parental communication about bleeding, first period and dysmenorrhea with adolescent girls. It examines the barriers of communication from the adolescent girls' perspective. The study was conducted in a couple of taluks of ballari district, i.e., Sandur and Hospet. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive research design was adopted. The data was gathered using the interview schedule from 260 adolescent girls adopting a random sampling method. The findings of the study reveal that the mean age of the adolescent girls was 15.34 years. It was found that the parents' behaviour and educational level impact communication with adolescent girls with reference to bleeding, first period and dysmenorrhea. The Chi-Square test has been done to assess the relationship between communicational barriers and education. The ANOVA test has been applied to understand the relationship between parents' behaviour, educational level and communication barriers.

Humans work from dawn to dusk to fulfil the everyday needs of live. They encounter numerous problems when taking them to completion. This is how the human beings are lacking their rights in the world. This researched paper aims to safeguard the human rights in the Pakistani society and their related roles based in Makran. The research under consideration is a social study in which the researcher worked on the social aspects. For this research, research based on quantitative and qualitative methodology. The researcher utilized descriptive research technique, since we can relate it to the past and also with the present. The researcher applied convenience sampling for this study. Since, the researcher selected the participant according to their convenience and collected the data for this study Moreover, the researcher distributed questionnaires and collected the respondents shared ideas about these concepts. Most importantly, the respondents belong to different Districts of Makran division namely, the districts are Kech, Gawadar and Panjghor. For this research, the participants were selected from the three districts of Makran division and one tehsil from each districts and one union counsel from each tehsil. The total no of the respondents were 90. In this research. The collected data was analyzed by applying chi square technique to analyze the data. The researcher utilized survey design for this study to collect the data from the respondents. Where the research tool was a questionnaire. The instrument for the data collection was a questionnaire having 58 items along with the demographic information adapted from authentic research papers. The items added in the questionnaire are open-ended and closed ended according to the research.

This study aims to (1). Knowing the content and quality of Rahayu's tofu and tempe factory liquidwaste in Uner Village, Kawangkoan Sub-district, Minahasa Regency, and (2). To find out whether Rahayu's tofu and tempe factory liquid waste has exceeded the quality standard. This research was conducted for 3 months, namely in January 2020- March 2020. Sampling locations were carried out in the factory of Tahu and Tempe Rahayu Sub-district in Uner Village, Kawangkoan District, then continued with the analysis at the Manado Industrial Research and Standardization Laboratory (Baristand). This research was a descriptive research and laboratory analysis. Waste water sampling was carried out using a composite sampling method. Sampling was done in the first two places, raw water is used to make tofu and tempe in an inlet and the first was taken from the tofu factory wastewater and tempe in the sewer. Waste liquid sampling was carried out 3 times and for analysis carried out at the Baristand Laboratory to obtain data according to the parameters set in this study. The results showed that the quality of Rahayu tofu and tempe industrial liquid waste based on the analysis of BOD, COD, and TSS parameters that have been analyzed accordingly and have not passed the quality standards set by the Government. However, for the pH parameters are not appropriate and in accordance with the quality standards set by Government.*eprm*

Education is part and parcel of our life we cannot live without education so education is called the backbone-mirror of our society. Human-being is superior to other animals, animals can be trained but human-beings can be educated. Education is a dynamic process that starts from birth and continues until death. Education has two major parts first one is social education and the second one is formal education both are the dependent variable with each other. This project mainly deals with formal education, the study analysis of different aspects which will affect our education system in SOUTH 24 PARGANAS DISTRICT. The research design undertaken for the study was descriptive research and the convenience sampling method is used and the sample size consists of 200 respondents. Only a simple percentage analysis method used to analyze collected data and results of the study shows that education system has both positive-negative impacts on teachers, students and guardians' satisfaction.

The paper tries to establish the performance modality of government. In this study, selected frames (thematic) were examined in four major English newspapers of Pakistan regarding general issues and evaluate the performance of government (PML-Q 2002-07) based on framing tone, i.e. "Good" and "Bad".  All news stories related to general issues published in the selected newspapers from the last five years of the selected regime.  A systematic random sampling method has deemed appropriate and employed for the study. For hypotheses testing, applied comparison model and Chi-square through AMOS.  The study revealed that the PML-Q government response on these issues has remained sufficient, and they know how to control the terrorism in whole Pakistan, besides maintaining law and order situation, policies made should be immediately implemented. The findings of this framing table (s) explain the PML-Q government performances that the government gradually performed well and also imply the policy to sort out the issues.
