The effectiveness of implementation Islamic course depends on the approach that is used, moreover the constructivist learning theory can help teachers to solve learning problems. Research method that is used is observation, interview, and documentation. The aims of the research are (1) to get to know the implementation of Jerome Bruner learning theory in Islamic course. (2) To examine the supporting aspects and inhibition in the implementation of Jerome Bruner learning theory (3) To discover the problem solution in the implementation of Jerome Bruner learning theory in Islamic course. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are: (1) the implementation of Jerome Bruner learning theory in Islamic course to create fun learning for students, and its implementation in Islamic course in VII grade of Junior High School 9 Yogyakarta has applied effectively based on the principal and the learning procedure. (2) In the implementation of Jerome Bruner learning theory has run well, hence completed with the supporting factors and inhibition factors. (3) The problem solving of Jerome Bruner learning method in Islamic course are teaching some characters in students such as self-confidence and tolerance the improvement of teachers quality through training participation, workshop, etc. also improving the students learning motivation.

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan deskripsi mengenai pembelajaran matematika yang menerapkan strategi motivasi Green’s mampu mendorong siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah semangat saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Gambaran pada artikel ini berupa penjelasan yang lebih rinci dibandingkan artikel sebelumnya, karena adanya foto siswa yang memperlihatkan tanggapan positif pada saat pembelajaran matematika menggunakan strategi motivasi Green’s berlangsung. Metode pembelajaran matematika dengan strategi motivasi Green’s terdiri dari empat prinsip yaitu mengukapkan bukti dari permasalahan, tersampaikannya aspirasi tinggi, memberikan opini (komentar) dan memberikan nilai atau hadiah. Metode penelitian berupa kualitatif dasar. Hasilnya berupa pendeskripsian pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan Green’s Motivational Strategies merupakan gaya baru pembelajaran matematika karena dapat memunculkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan strategi motivasi Green’s perlu dipertimbangkan untuk menjadi salah satu pembelajaran matematika gaya baru khususnya pada pendidikan matematika Indonesia.  Green's Motivation Strategies, A New Style of Mathematics Learning in Low Ability Students in IndonesiaAbstractThe purpose of this study is to provide a description of mathematics learning that applies Green's motivation strategy to be able to encourage students who have low enthusiasm when learning takes place. The description in this article is a more detailed explanation than the previous article because there are photos of students who show positive responses when learning mathematics using Green's motivation strategy takes place. The mathematics learning method with Green's motivational strategy consists of four principles, namely providing evidence of the problem, conveying high aspirations, providing opinions (comments), and providing value (gifts). The research method is a basic qualitative. The result is a description of mathematics learning by applying Green's Motivational Strategies, which is a new style of learning mathematics because it can generate motivation and self-confidence. Therefore, learning mathematics by applying Green's motivational strategy needs to be considered to be a new style of mathematics learning, especially in Indonesian mathematics education.

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi yang merambah dalam dunia pendidikan telah banyak ditandai dengan adanya inovasi-inovasi terbarukan yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah dengan adanya inovasi  dalam pembuatan metode pembelajaran. Guru harus bisa melakukan suatu inovasi pembelajaran karerna, guru memiliki peranan sangat strategis dalam proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran IPA di SMP wilayah Jadebotabek khususnya mata pelajaran Fisika masih mengggunakan metode ceramah, memberikan catatan, memberikan latihan soal hal ini dirasa  kurang menarik dan sering membosankan karena kurangnya inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan melihat peran guru dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran IPA yaitu menggunakan metode Flipped Classroom. Metode yang digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara melakukan analisis kebutuhan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan penyebaran angket. Angket analisis kebutuhan diberikan kepada Guru IPA di SMP wilayah Jawa Tengah. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengembangan metode pembelajaran Flipped Classroom perlu dilakukan di SMP wilayah Jawa Tengah. Hasil lainnya, guru juga menginginkan adanya pelatihan tentang penerapan metode pembelajaran Flipped Classroom untuk meningkatkan kualitas metode pembelajaran. Kata kunci: kebutuhan guru; metode pembelajaran; flipped classroom. ABSTRACTThe development of technology that has penetrated into the world of education has been marked by the existence of renewable innovations that can support the learning process. One of them is the innovation in making learning methods. Teachers must be able to carry out a learning innovation because teachers have a very strategic role in the learning process. Science learning at Junior high school in Central Java area, especially Physics subjects, still uses method of lectures, giving notes, giving exercises, this is deemed less interesting and often boring due to the lack of innovation in learning methods. The purpose of this study is to conduct a need assessment and see the role of the teacher in developing science learning model usuing Flipped Classroom. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method that is by way of need assessment by conducting interviews questionnaire and direct observation. A needs analysis questionnaire was given to the science teacher at Junior high school in Jawa Tengah area. From the research results, it was found that the development of the Flipped Classroom learning method needed to be carried out at Junior high school in Jawa Tengah area. The other result, teachers at school want training on the application of the Flipped Classroom learning method to improve the quality of learning methods. Keywords: teacher needs; learning methods; flipped classroom.

<p>Speaking skills need to be taught to students from an early age. These skills affect students’ ability to communicate in society. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ speaking skills by using the role playing method. Hopefully, through this learning method, students can improve their speaking skills according to aspects in oral communication. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this research were 33 students in grade 1 XYZ Elementary School Gunungsitoli, Nias. The research was carried out from August until November 2017.  The instruments used in the research were the following: class teacher and peer teacher observation sheets, speaking skills rubric sheets, students’ questionnaire sheets, and researcher’s reflection journal. The collected data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The conclusion is that the role playing method can improve students’ speaking skills including aspects of pronunciation (87.87%), tone/intonation (87.12%), fluency (87.87%), and self-confidence (80.30%). The steps of the role playing method that can improve students’ speaking skills are as follows: 1) preparing the scenario, 2) explaining the targeted competency, 3) providing the place, time, and tools to be used, 4) dividing participants into groups, 5) assigning the roles, 6) practicing the role playing, 7) doing the assessment, and 8) evaluating.</p><p class="abstrak"><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: </strong>Keterampilan berbicara perlu dilatihkan kepada siswa sejak usia dini.  Keterampilan ini berdampak pada komunikasi siswa dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Harapannya, melalui metode pembelajaran ini, siswa dapat memaksimalkan keterampilan berbicaranya sesuai aspek-aspek dalam komunikasi lisan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 33 siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar XYZ Gunungsitoli, Nias. Penelitian ini diadakan pada Agustus sampai dengan November 2017. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi guru kelas dan guru sejawat, rubrik keterampilan berbicara, lembar angket siswa, dan jurnal refleksi peneliti. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa yang meliputi aspek pelafalan (87,87%), nada/intonasi (87,12%), kelancaran (87,87%), dan rasa percaya diri (80,30%). Adapun langkah-langkah metode berperan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara adalah sebagai berikut: 1) menyiapkan skenario, 2) menjelaskan kompetensi yang ingin dicapai, 3) menyediakan tempat, waktu, dan alat yang akan digunakan, 4) membagi peserta dalam kelompok, 5) menetapkan peran, 6) berlatih bermain peran, 7) melakukan penilaian, dan 8) mengevaluasi.</p>

Based on pedagogy, cognitive psychology, constructivist learning theory, supported by computer, the movement cognition learning strategy is put forward in experiment, which will achieve a Teacher-Student-Multimedia-multi-factor mutual teaching. This paper design the experiment, unvestigation question and achievement test to verify it. It proves that computer supported collaborative learning method increases the students interest in learning and skills in sports. The effectiveness of the method and teaching strategies are related to the use of Synchronous teaching and cooperative learning in P.E.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text">The success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School is very low. Alike success of students learning Mathematics, the students also have low motivation, low self-esteem, and low self-confidence. According to this fact, guessed that there is correlation between motivation and success of students, between self-esteem and success of students, and between self-confidence and success of students learning Mathematics, so needed a research to see that correlation. Research method that was used to see that correlation is correlation method, with questionnaire as a tool to collect data from 131 students of “X” Junior High School. Technique used to analyze data are statistical techniques, which are descriptive and inferential statistic. The conclusions are 1) there is a significant correlation between motivation and success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School, 2) there is significant correlation between self-esteem and success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School, and 3) there is significant correlation between self-confidence and success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School.</p></div>

This study aims to answer the question of how and the implementation of vygotsky constructivism learning theory in PAI subjects at the Qur`an High School. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the instruments used by researchers in this study, are the researchers themselves and notebooks. Furthermore, the results of research on the implementation of constructivist learning theory in general can be said to be going well and in accordance with the steps of its application. In implementing constructivist learning models in general, PAI subjects in the Qur'an Science High School can run well and cannot be separated from several supporting factors such as the accuracy of teaching materials, methods, principals, teachers, and adequate infrastructure. In addition to supporting factors there are also several inhibiting factors in the constructivist learning model in general, namely the insufficient allocation of time and the lack of self-confidence of students at the beginning of the application of constructivist learning models. Efforts that can be made to overcome the inhibiting factors of constructivist learning models in general are teachers trying to form positive attitudes in students such as self-confidence and mutual respect besides sending teachers to attend training, work shops.

Mathematics is often considered a scourge for the field of study that is considered difficult and boring, the learning carried out is teacher-centered where students are less active and only accept the learning delivered by the teacher. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of students' mathematical understanding skills whose learning uses Skinner's learning theory through picture and picture models, to find out the differences in students' mathematical understanding abilities who use Skinner's learning theory through picture and picture models with those who do not use Skinner's learning theory but through the picture and picture model, and knowing the student's response to learning using Skinner's learning theory through the picture and picture model. The research method used is a true experimental method with a population of all eighth-grade students of Ibnu Hajar Mandiri Bekasi Junior High School for the 2020/2021 academic year. Sampling was done purposively. The instrument is a test about the description of students' mathematical understanding abilities on function material and questionnaire sheets. The results showed that learning mathematics using Skinner's learning theory through picture and picture models can improve students' mathematical understanding skills, besides that there are differences in the mathematical understanding of students whose learning uses Skinner's learning theory through picture and picture models with students whose learning does not use Skinner's learning theory but through picture and picture models. The student's response after using Skinner's learning theory through the picture and picture model was considered good. This shows that only a small number of students still consider mathematics a very difficult and boring subject.

Implementation of the 2013 curriculum is very different from the previous curriculum, there are still many obstacles that we know greatly affect the learning outcomes, both in terms of media used, the assessment in the 2013 curriculum is more complicated than the previous curriculum then the methods used to convey the learning materials that want to be taught not effective or even incompatible with the material to be conveyed. This research method is a classroom action research conducted in improving the learning process, with four meetings. The assessment taken in this study is an evaluation evaluation of each meeting in the form of attitudinal value, value of knowledge and skill value based on teacher's book on theme 4 "Healthy is Important" with sub theme 1 "Importance of Health and Environment". On the attitudes that appear attitude of self-confidence, curiosity and independence Already entrusted by 20.68% confidence, and curiosity while mandated 6.2% lower because students are still not familiar with the implementation of the curriculum 2013. Results of student knowledge seen the development in excellent value at the first meeting of 36.4%, at the second meeting decreased to 30.3%, while at the third meeting experienced a 52.25% increase again. While on the results of these students' skills on four meetings emerged every meeting with a very good category at the first meeting of 18.1%, at the second meeting increased to 27.3%, the third meeting decreased to 20.68%, while at the fourth meeting increased again by 65.62%.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 9 Medan, Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X DKV 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sketsa, melalui motode demonstrasi dan latihan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang di temukan oleh peneliti, masih rendahnya hasil belajar sketsa siswa. Peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan persiklus. Hasil pre test menunjukkan masih rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari 36 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa (19,4%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan. Pada siklus I diperoleh 24 orang siswa (66,7%) yang tuntas dan 12 orang siswa (33,3%) yang tidak tuntas. Dengan begitu, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II dengan perolehan 35 orang siswa (97,2%) yang tuntas dan 1 orang siswa (2,8%) tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30,5%, maka peneliti tidak melanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sketsa pada siswa kelas X DKV 1 di SMK Negeri 9 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, sketsa, demonstrasi, latihan.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. The research employs a classroom action research method. The research subject was the ten grade students of DKV 1 with a total of 36 students consist of 20 men and 16 women. This research aims to improve skectch learning outcomes through demonstration and training method. Based on the results of preliminary observations found by researcher, the researcher found the low student sketch learning outcomes. The researcher used a pre-test to determine the initial conditions before the pre-cycle action was carried out. The result of pre-test showed that students' learning completeness was still low. From 36 students only 7 students (19,4%) who complete in sketching learning. This research was taught by using demonstration and training learning method. In cycle I, there were 24 students (66,7%) was complete and 12 students (33,3%) was incomplete. Therefore, the researcher proceed to cycle II with the acquisition of 35 students (97,2%) was complete and 1 students (2,8%) was incomplete in sketch learning. There was increase from cycle I to cycle II of 30,5%, the researcher does not proceed to the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of demonstration and training method can improve the ability in sketch learning of the ten grade students DKV I at SMK Negeri 9 Medan in the academic year 2019/2020. The biggest challenge faced by students nowadays and in the future, is how to deal with the increasingly high competition in the world, the increasing number of undergraduate and limited job opportunities. In this kind of situations, the students had to find a creative way and change the approach of being a university graduate looking for a job, to become scholars who can create their own jobs, or even able to create jobs for others. The purpose of this study was to determine the youth interest on entrepreneurship in Indonesia. It seems that the youth are unaware to see that the job is increasingly difficult to find nowadays. So through this study, researchers wanted to find out what causes youth in Indonesia, reluctant to become an entrepreneur. While being an entrepreneur, the youth can open or create jobs for others and can reduce the level of unemployment in Indonesia. Self-confidence is an important factor in entrepreneurship. Family environment and quality education also participate in creating interest for youth in entrepreneurship. This research is using basic research method; where researchers will try to link the theories of the existing variables. Thus, researchers can conduct research by distributing questionnaires to the youth throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the cause of Indonesian youth lack of interest in entrepreneurship.
