The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of employee compensation and to identifying the main type of compensation at PT BNI 46 Sudirman Jakarta. The study design was quantitative research by using independent samples t-test. Data were collected from 60 employees using questionnaire with random sampling method. This study finds that there is significant differences response between two-group samples. The main types of compensation are financial and non-financial compensation. Financial compensation, namely: wages and compensation based on the achievement of the job target. While the type of non-financial compensation is a major career development or job promotions. Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Bhakti Lestari dengan hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung 8,774 lebih besar dari (>) ttabel 1,990dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota

This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

The purpose of this study was twofold: to examine the relationship and determine the predictive power of integrative leadership on employee engagement. To achieve the mentioned objectives, the quantitative research method was employed and data was collected through survey questionnaire from 1000 operational employees of all 21 private banks in Pakistan. The sample of 819 respondents was utilized for final analysis. Two stage sampling method was performed; non- probability sampling and stratified random sampling. The data analysis was done by use of correlation and multiple regression. The result indicated a positive correlation among all of the nine constructs of integrative leadership with employee engagement and the six constructs of integrative leadership significantly predicted employees’ engagement in private banks in Pakistan. Additionally, analysis of variance was performed to assess the differences in employee engagement among the respondents’ demographic characteristics. The ANOVA result showed that the employees working in a conventional and Islamic bank and age 49 and above group, predicted a difference only in the satisfaction dimension of employee engagement. Furthermore, the current bank experience indicated the difference in overall employee engagement. This study adds value to the literature as it contributes empirical evidence on integrative leadership and employee engagement. This study can be helpful for private banks, also for public & foreign banks and other organizations in Pakistan in adopting integrative leadership for enhancing employee engagement.

Objective: This paper aims to test the effect employee job training has on employee career development in the company.Design/methodology/approach: This paper uses a quantitative approach with the process of finding the knowledge by using data in the form of numbers as a tool that can be generalized to prove hypotheses. The population in this study was 135 employees by sampling 100 employees using sampling method probability by using random sampling type samples to use slovin formula. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions.Findings: The results showed that job training influences the career development of employees in companies with a significant rate of 0.00 less than &alpha;=0.05.Practical Implications: The results of the study are recommended for company employees to conduct job training as a tool to improve career development.Originality: Previous research has been conducted to test job training on employee career development in large companies; the findings conclude that employee job training affects employee career development. This research researchers try to research medium-scale companies down.

AbstractA good level psychological well-being is important for inmates’ prerelease to have a good function in their new surroundings and as a predictor of resilience. Women inmates who will be release can have psychologicall distress that have negative consequences to their level of psychological well-being. The aim of this research is to see psychological well-being in inmates’ during their prerelease. This is a descriptive and quantitative research using 42-item Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale. The respondents were 33 inmates’ during their prerelease time in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Klas IIA Sukamiskin Bandung (Women Prison in Sukamiskin Bandung) and were taken using accidental sampling in non-random sampling method. The data then were analyzed by using distribution of frequency in the percentations. The level of psychological well-being was divided into three categories: high, middle, and low psychological well-being, and the result of this research shows that most of the inmates’ have moderate level of psychological well-being. High scores were mostly found in positive relation to others dimension and low scores were mostly found in self-acceptance dimension.Keyword: prerelease, psychological well-being, inmates AbstrakPsychological well-being yang baik diperlukan warga binaan menjelang pembebasan agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan masyarakat dan sebagai prediktor tingkat resiliensi. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi, sebagian warga binaan wanita menjelang pembebasan merasakan tekanan psikologis yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap psychological well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat psychological well being warga binaan menjelang masa pembebasan. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan alat ukur 42-item Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale. Jumlah sampel 33 warga binaan menjelang bebas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Klas IIA Sukamiskin Bandung yang dipilih dengan metode non-random sampling melalui teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data berupa persentasi distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar psychological well-being warga binaan menjelang pembebasan dalam kategori sedang. Skor dalam kategori tinggi paling banyak ditemukan pada dimensi hubungan positif dengan orang lain, sedangkan skor dalam kategori rendah paling banyak ditemukan pada dimensi penerimaan diri.Kata kunci: masa kebebasan, psychological well-being, warga binaan pemasyarakatan

The purposes of this research were (1) to describe the learning quality of PBL through dyadic interaction approach to mathematical reasoning ability of grade X students of IT Al Irsyad Purwokerto High School (2) to find pattern of students reasoning ability based on mathematical belief. This study uses a mixed method. Data analysis started from the analysis of test items. The analysis uses the prerequisite test and then hypothesis testing uses rara average (t-test), then the proportion of comparative tests (test-z) is to calculate the classical completeness. Further testing of determining the difference between the two classes uses different test average (t-test right side). Qualitative data analysis uses qualitative description. The results of quantitative research shows that learning class with PBL and dyadic interaction approach reached classical total 80%. The average difference test showed class’ results with PBL dyadic interaction approach better than a class activity with PBL. Subjects with very low belief can only fulfill 1 reasoning indicator well. Subjects with low belief can fulfill 3 reasoning indicators well and have not been able to fulfill 1 other indicator. Subjects with high belief can fulfill 4 indicators where 1 indicator is imperfect and subject with very high belief can fulfill all the indicators of reasoning well and complete.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Salafiyah Darul Falah Mataram yang berjumlah 153 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VIII B dengan jumlah 28 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan desain pre-eksperimen (One Group Pretest Postest Design). Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik cluster  random sampling . Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t test Sampel Related. Hasil perhitungan uji-t tes Sampel Related  didapatkan  sebesar dan sebesar dengan taraf signifikan . Karena , maka menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Teachers Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model for students' math problem solving skills. The population in this study is the students of grade VIII SMP Salafiyah Darul Falah Mataram, amounting to 153 students. The sample in this research is class VIII B with the number of 28 students. The type of research used is quantitative research, with pre-experiment design (One Group Pretest Postest Design). The sampling technique is using cluster random sampling technique. Technique of data analysis using test-t test Sampel Related. The result of t-test calculation of Sample Related test obtained t_hitung equal to 19,01 and t_table equal to 2,052 with significant level 5%. Because t_hitung≥t_tabel, then show that Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model effective to student's math problem solving ability.

ABSTRACTBackground : Early mobilization is some effort to defend autonomy as early as possible by guiding the victim for defending fisiologis function (Carpenito, 2001).  According Smeltzer Bare (2002) in patient with colon inflammation disturbance, explained that change position encourage doing passive and active exercise to depend muscle and prevent tromboembolic.  Activity limitation changed suitable with daily necessary.  General anesthesia can cause decreasing colon movement with stimuli parasympatic obstruction in colon muscle.  Client with local anesthesia will experience same case.  Direction surgery which involved intestinal can cause stopping intestinal while movement. Surgery action with general anesthesia in RS.DR.R.Soeprapto Cepuoften was being done in juny – December 2012 period reported 166 cases.Objective : This study to determine the difference of early mobilization 6 hours and 8 hours toward intestine peristaltic on post operation patient with general anesthesia at RSUD dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. Methods : Method of this research  used quasi eksperimental design and taking sampling method was stratified random sampling, research was done into 20 respondences.  Collecting data technique using observation technique.  Statistic analysis used Independent t-test exam, organize and data analysis with computer program assist SPSS for windows 16.Result : The result analysis was shown with independent t-test exam was be found t hitung 0,662, t table 2,101, p value 0,641.  Where is t hitung t table (0,662 2,101) and p value alpha (0,641 0,05) above can be conclude Ho was accepted.  Its mean its’nt difference early mobilization 6 hours and 8 hours about peristaltic of intestine for post operation patient with general anesthesia in dr.R.Soeprapto Cepu Hospitals.Conclusion : Advice we recommend early mobilization of patients immediately after surgery with general anesthesia, according to the results of this study was able to mobilize patients early in the post anesthesia 6 hours. Keywords: mobilisation, peristaltic of intestine, post operation, general anesthesia.

This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony
