Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran biologi melalui pengaturan belajar inkuiri terbimbing (guided inquiry) Penelitian ini melibatkan peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti Gorontalo yang berjumlah 30 orang peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini melaui wawancara dan penyebaran angket/kuesioner pre-test & post-test. Selanjutnya data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis keteracapaian hasil belajar peseserta didik secara umum dapat digambarkan dengan deskripsi terhadap nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik di dalam kelas selanjutnya data nilai tes hasil belajar dianalisis dengan rumus presentasi ketuntasan belajar individu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika dilihat dari hasil belajar nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran biologi siswa kelas X IPA pada pembelajaran daring semester genap 2019/2020 diperoleh nilai memenuhu nilai ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) untuk mata pelajaran biologi sebesar 70. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas maka dapat dikatakan bahwa jika dilihat perolehan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada semester genap maka pembelajaran daring dapat dikatakan telah efektif. Namun jika dilihat dari berbagai masalah yang dihadapi maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran daring tersebut masih kurang efektif dan masih harus terus ditingkatkan dan diperhatikan lagi baik itu dari guru maupun dari siswa.

Abstract The GI-GI learning model is a combination of the Group Investigation and the Guided Inquiry model. The research aimed to examine the effect of the GI-GI learning model on collaboration and students’ science process skills. The type of research carried out was Quasi-Experimental and used a post-test only control group design and purposive sampling covering four high schools in the Besuki Residency, two classes as the experimental class and the control class. The research instrument used tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed a significant effect of the GI-GI learning model on collaboration and students’ science process skills. This research implies that the GI-GI learning model can condition students to research in groups to interact actively with friends and educators to exchange opinions, knowledge, or experiences, find and solve problems, and hypothesize through investigation, exploration, and discussion outside or inside in class.

Peserta didik SMKN 1 Kuningan kurang antusias dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga hasil belajar siswa rendah dengan presentase ketuntasan 42,8% siswa yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal yaitu 2,67. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran pada kompetensi dasar pengemasan penerapan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry (inkuri terbimbing) dan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dengan tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan kelas X-2 jurusan Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes objektif (pre-test dan post-test) untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik pada aspek kognitif, lembar penilaian antar peserta didik dan lembar penilaian diri peserta didik untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik pada aspek afektif, lembar tes keterampilan untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik pada aspek psikomotor, dan pedoman observasi berupa lembar pengamatan proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) implementasi pembelajaran pada kompetensi dasar pengemasan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry terlaksana dengan baik, 2) penerapan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry pada kompetensi dasar pengemasan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan mencapai nilai ketuntasan 100% pada siklus 3.

This research aims to investigate the effect of guided inquiry laboratory activity with video embedded on students’ understanding and students’ motivation in learning lights and optics topic. The method used in this research was pre-experiment. The sampling technique used in this research was convenience sampling, and the samples were taken from grade 8 in one of junior high school in Bandung. The sample was 20 students. The class implemented guided inquiry laboratory activity with video embedded in learning light and optics. The students’ understanding was measured using test given at pretest and post-test while students’ motivation was calculated using software ministeps (RASCH Model). The t-test paired sample also was performed on the average level of 95% to identify the significant difference of students’ understanding before and after the implementation of guided inquiry laboratory activity with video embedded. The results of this research show that the use of guided inquiry laboratory with video integrated gives an improvement of students understanding. Even though the value of n-gain is 0,264 (categorized as low level), the statistical test shows that there is a significant difference between students understanding before and after the implementation of guided inquiry laboratory activity with video embedded. There are 15 students from 20 students who are motivated in learning light and optics by using guided inquiry laboratory activity with video embedded. Students are motivated by the implementation of guided inquiry laboratory activity with video embedded.

Theoretically, this research contributes to: (1) the development of educational psychology theory, and (2) the development of research-based learning theory; the research results are especially relevant to methods such as authentic learning, problem-based learning, cooperative learning, inquiry learning, process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) and contextual teaching and learning, which are currently increasingly popular. Practically, this research can be used as a teaching material for lecturers and students in lectures, and may be particularly beneficial as a comparative or supplemental book to enrich the educational psychology materials used in a new course of Faculty of Education and Teachers’ Training at Tidar University. The objectives of this study were: (1) to propose appropriate learning materials for the subject of educational psychology using research-based learning models, and (2) to test the effectiveness of research-based learning models, especially POGIL. The research was conducted among the second semester students in English Education Study Program. The research method used was Research and Development, which consisted of three steps, namely preparation, development, and reporting of results. The data analysis technique used was one group pre-test post-test design. This research succeeded in developing teaching materials for educational psychology using a research-based learning model and indicates that POGIL can improve students’ learning outcomes. The research results show that: (1) there is a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after learning using the POGIL model, as proven by the increase in the mean score from 58 to 91, and (2) there is no significant difference between the three sample groups using POGIL model in their learning, as proven by t-count being smaller than t-table, and the average post-test score of both groups 1 and 2 being 90, and the average post-test score of group 3 being 93.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of using guided inquiry teaching method in improving grade eight students’ conceptual understanding of photosynthesis. The study employed Quasi-experimental research method. The data collection instruments were multiple choice tests, observation, as well as informal assessment. The pre-test and post-test were administered before and after treatment respectively. The informal assessment also administered before and after intervention. Besides, the observation was conducted from the first day up to the last day of the intervention. The pre-test and post-test data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests quantitatively while; data collected through informal assessment and observation were presented using narration. The finding of pre-test revealed that there was no significant difference between the mean score of the two groups. The post-test result revealed that experimental group students significantly improved their conceptual understanding of the topic photosynthesis compared to the control group students. The study concluded that guided inquiry teaching method is more effective than the lecture method in improving students’ conceptual understanding of photosynthesis. Based on the finding of this study, it was recommended that governments should encourage biology teachers to apply guided inquiry teaching method by providing appropriate instructional material. Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengimplementasi model inkuiri terbimbing terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap analisis penguasaan konsep dan keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia di SMP Negeri 26 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 30 orang dan peserta didik kelas VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling classroom dilihat dari rata-rata nilai kelas pada hasil ulangan akhir semester. Pengumpulan data sampel menggunakan tes soal pilihan ganda tes pre-test/post-test, angket atau kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis statistik desktiptif, uji N-Gain dan uji hipotesis statistik menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan penguasaan konsep dengan hasil yaitu mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 0,6%, sedangkan penguasaan konsep menggunakan model ekspositori mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 0,5%; (2) Implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep kelompok eksperimen pada data pretest dan posttest mendapatkan hasil total sebesar 4% dengan kriteria kurang sekali menjadi 76% dengan kriteria baik dari 300 total keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep, sedangkan keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep menggunakan model ekspositori kelompok kontrol pada data pretest dan posttest mendapatkan hasil total sebesar 12% dengan kriteria kurang sekali menjadi 21% dengan kategori kurang dari 300 total keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep; dan (3) Uji T mendapatkan hasil perhitungan T Hitung yaitu 3.14 > T Tabel yaitu 2.00 dengan taraf signifikan 0.05 maka Ha diterima. Berarti terdapat perbedaan penguasaan konsep dan keberlanjutan konsep siswa yang mengimplementasikan model inkuiri terbimbing dan model ekspositori. Research has been carried out to implement a guided inquiry model for mastery of concepts and sustainability of conceptual understanding on the material of the human respiratory system. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model on the analysis of concept mastery and the sustainability of students' conceptual understanding on the human respiratory system material at SMP Negeri 26 Banjarmasin. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a research design using Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII A as the experimental class totaling 30 people and students of class VIII B as the control class totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used was classroom random sampling, seen from the average class value on the results of the Final Semester Test. The sample data was collected using multiple choice test, pre-test/post-test, questionnaires, and visual documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis test, N-Gain test and statistical hypothesis testing using t-test. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model can affect the increase in mastery of concepts with the result that it gets an average of 0.6%, while the mastery of concepts using the expository model gets an average of 0.5%; (2) The implementation of the guided inquiry learning model for the sustainability of conceptual understanding of the experimental group in the pretest and posttest data obtained a total result of 4% with the criteria of being less than 76% with good criteria of 300 total sustainability of concept understanding, while the sustainability of understanding the concept used the expository model of the control group. the pretest and posttest data get a total result of 12% with the criteria being less than 21% with a category of less than 300 total sustainability of concept understanding; and (3) The T test shows that Tcalc > T tab (3.14 > 2.00), which with a significant level of 0.05 means that Ha is accepted. This study conclude that there are differences in the mastery of concepts and the sustainability of the concepts of students who implement the guided inquiry model and the expository model.

One of the problems in school and society is the student's lack of social sensitivity to protect the school and home environment. The student's social sensitivity towards the school and home environment could be improved through the application of guided inquiry learning model.This research is quasi experiment involving control class and experimental one by using questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The process of sampling in this study is conducted through random sampling. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 16.00. Based on the results of pretest and post-test the experimental class using guided inquiry is more effective than the control one using pure inquiry to improve the student's social sensitivity. Analysis by t test was found t is amounted to 3,991 t count > t table so 3991 > 1.67. Then ho is refused and ha is accepted so that the application of guided inquiry learning model is greater than the pure inquiry-based learning model in increasing the student social sensitivity in social studies.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to examine the effect of guided inquiry on different academic abilities towards critical thinking. The study was conducted by quasi experimental research with pre test-post test non equivalent control group design. Research subject consists of two classes. Critical thinking were measured by validated test. The data was analyzed using t-test at α=5% significance level. The results of the study are (1) implementation of guided inquiry have significant effect towards critical thinking, (2) academic abilities have significant effect towards critical thinking, and (3) there is no interaction between guided inquiry and academic abilities towards critical thinking.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inkuiri terbimbing pada kemampuan akademik berbeda terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan <em>pre test-post test non equivalent control group design</em>. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas. Keterampilan berpikir kritis diukur menggunakan instrumen tes berpikir kritis yang telah divalidasi. Data dianalisis dengan uji t pada taraf signifikansi α=5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan inkuiri terbimbing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis, (2) kemampuan akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan (3) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara inkuiri terbimbing dan kemampuan akademik terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis.

Abstract. This research aims to see the effectiveness of using Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) toward problem solving ability of students. This research was conducted due to lack of information of students’ ability in solving the problem, especially students of Science Education Department (IPA) when they were given an innovative learning such POGIL. Problem solving ability is an ability that can be trained in learning process which is closely related to master the concept by students. Mix method is used in this research. The subject of this research is students of Science Education Department FKIP ULM batch 2015. To collect the data, it used quantitative data of pre-test and post-test of the ability of problem solving and qualitative data, observation and interview. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan kemampuan yang didapat dilatihkan dalam suatu proses pembelajaran yang erat kaitannya dengan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mix method. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan IPA FKIP ULM angkatan 2015. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif pretest dan posttest kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan data kualitatif dengan lembar observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh model Guided Inquiry Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA di SMAN 1 Pringgarata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian yaitu pretest-postest control group design. Teknik cluster random sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel peneltian di mana, kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen (21 siswa) yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Guided Inquiry Learning dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol (20 siswa) yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung. Instrumen tes berupa pilihan ganda sebanyak 30 item soal digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen sebesar 30,10 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 33,20 sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 80,57 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 75,60. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5%, diperoleh hasil t-hitung sebesar (4,12) > t-tabel sebesar (2,02), sehingga H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Guided Inquiry Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA di SMAN 1  Pringgarata.The Effect of Guided Inquiry Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes at SMAN 1 PringgarataAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Guided Inquiry Learning model on high school students’ learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Pringgarata. The quasi-experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design was used on this study. The cluster random sampling technique was used to determine the research sample in which, Class X IPA 3 as an experimental class (21 students) were taught using the Guided Inquiry Learning model and Class X IPA 2 as a control class (20 students) that were learned using direct learning. The 30-item multiple choice test instrument was used to measure student learning outcomes given before and after learning. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class pretest was 30.10 and the control class was 33.20 while the post-test mean value of the experimental class was 80.57 and the control class was 75.60. The results of statistical tests using the t-test with a significance level of 5%, the results obtained t-test of (4.12)> t-table of (2.02), so that H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry Learning model effect on high school students’ learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Pringgarata.
