This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of the General Administration Assistant of the Secretariat of North PenajamPaser Regency. The data was collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 60 Administrative Assistants of Public Administration Division of Sekretariat Daerah Regency of PenajamPaser Utara Regency.The samples used are  census sampling techniques and data testing techniques used in this study include instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. Data analysis in this regression.  The results of the analysis show that simultaneously work environment, work discipline and work motivation positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the General Administration Assistant Secretariat of North PenajamPaserUtara Regency. Results partially Work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance. In this study, work motivation has a dominant influence on the performance of employees Assistant Field General Administration of the Regional Secretariat of PenajamPaser Utara District

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational communication, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of big family of Indonesian Bethel Church Medan Plaza's employees both simultaneously and partially. The primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the big family of Indonesian Bethel Church Medan Plaza. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test by multiple linear regression method. The result concludes that job satisfaction, organizational communication, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. This research is expected to enrich the study of human resource management on the factors that influence performance in religious-based organizations that have not been widely studied in Indonesia.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Working Guidance and Motivation on Performance of Central Bureau of Statistics of Geger, Madiun Regency Partially, and which variable is the most dominant influence on employee performance. Respondents in this study amounted to 83 people. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial data analysis found that there is a positive and significant influence between job training and work motivation variables on the performance of officers at BPS Partners in the Economic Census 2016 Geger District, Madiun District. Thus it is evident that there is a positive and significant effect of job training and work motivation on performance at the Economic Census 2016 Geger District. So it can be concluded that job training and work motivation. Proved able to improve the performance of officers in the Economic Census 2016 Geger District, Madiun District.  </p><p><br /><strong>Keywords</strong>: Debriefing, Work Motivation, Performance</p>

The establishment of the company aims to get maximum benefit. Competition for maximum profit can be achieved if the company has good performance. Capital facilities and infrastructure, technology and applicable regulations require human resources Performance is closely related to human resources in the company. Human performance is greatly influenced by the work environment and motivation of an employee in carrying out their work. The influence of the work environment and one's motivation at work can be investigated through a quantitative approach that aims to find out how the influence of the work environment and work motivation on performance and find out which has the dominant influence of the two variables. In the research conducted at PT. Karya Mandiri, it addressed the results that one's work motivation has a more dominant influence on employee performance. It can be from a work motivation value of 0.523 while the influence of the work environment on performance is only 0.128. This primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees and then the data is processed using software.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The method used in research with a questionnaire. The sample of the study may be 50 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The conclusion of this study is the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out the task in accordance with the given responsibility. This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of work environment and work motivation for workload and its implementation on employee performance. Respondents 67 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results showed that: (1) Work Environment and Motivation both partially and simultaneously affect Employee Performance; (2) Work environment, motivation and workload both partially and simultaneously affect employee performance; (3) Workload mediates the work environment and motivation on performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to improve the Work Environment, which has a positive correlation with Workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Non-Physical Work Environment and also for employee performance also to improve the Physical Environment dimension. To increase motivation, which has a positive correlation with workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve hygiene. And for employee performance that is increasing the dimensions of intrinsic appreciation. To increase the workload that has a positive correlation with employee performance it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of frustration

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.
