This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational communication, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of big family of Indonesian Bethel Church Medan Plaza's employees both simultaneously and partially. The primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the big family of Indonesian Bethel Church Medan Plaza. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test by multiple linear regression method. The result concludes that job satisfaction, organizational communication, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. This research is expected to enrich the study of human resource management on the factors that influence performance in religious-based organizations that have not been widely studied in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

This paper aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of Dispatchers at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method using multiple regression. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, namely Dispatchers, the sample in this study were 34 Dispatchers. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and documentation while testing the hypothesis used to use validity analysis techniques, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of dispatchers. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on dispatcher's performance. Third, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on dispatcher performance. Fourth, if simultaneously the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on dispatcher performance together have a significant effect on performance. The most dominant variable in the model is work motivation, 34% explains the relationship to dispatcher employee performance variables.

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

The purpose of this research are to knowing, analyze, and reviewing the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at Land Office, Regency of Merangin, Jambi Province. The analysis method used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to reveal the facts of the object that have been research. While verification analysis is used to test and measure the influence of independent variable X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Motivation) to the dependent variable Z (Performance) with intervening variable Y (Job Satisfaction).      The result of this research and hypothesis testing that have been conducted got the result that : 1) Effect of work environment on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 9,001%; 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 69,739%; 3) Effect of work environment and joint motivation to job satisfaction is 78,740%; 4) The effect of working environment on the performance directly and indirectly is -1,945 %; 5) The influence of motivation on performance directly and indirectly is 15,639%; 6) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performamce is 13,693%; 7) The effect of job satisfaction on performance is 15,682%; 8) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performance through job satisfaction is 14,009%.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of the General Administration Assistant of the Secretariat of North PenajamPaser Regency. The data was collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 60 Administrative Assistants of Public Administration Division of Sekretariat Daerah Regency of PenajamPaser Utara Regency.The samples used are  census sampling techniques and data testing techniques used in this study include instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. Data analysis in this regression.  The results of the analysis show that simultaneously work environment, work discipline and work motivation positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the General Administration Assistant Secretariat of North PenajamPaserUtara Regency. Results partially Work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance. In this study, work motivation has a dominant influence on the performance of employees Assistant Field General Administration of the Regional Secretariat of PenajamPaser Utara District

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction, on employee engagement and employee performance. The research data used are primary data derived from questionnaires and secondary data derived from company data. The sample method used is the nonprobability method. The population comes from all employees of PT. Abyor International which is still active in September 2019. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structured Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS version 3.0. The results showed that organizational communication and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to employee engagement. Organizational communication and job satisfaction have no significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement becomes mediator for organizational communication and job satisfaction variables in influencing employee performance.

Human resource in the organization is one of the functions in the application of management in order to realize the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. One of parts of human resource is the employees including the non-civil servant of Public Health Center in Tambrauw Regency. The performance of non-civil servant can be known through the performance of the Public Health Center that will have an impact on the performance of the health office. Thus, work motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction are several factors that support the implementation of non-civil servant employee performance in order to provide good service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation towards non-civil servant’s employee performance and job satisfaction, compensation towards employee performance and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 109 Public Health Center employees in Tambrauw Regency, West Papua Province. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire filling results. The data from the filling results were then analyzed using SEM-AMOS. The results show that (1) work motivation positively and significantly affects non-civil servants’ employee performance, (2) compensation positively and significantly affects non-civil servants’ employee performance, (3) work motivation positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, (4) compensation positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction positively and significantly affects non-civil servants’ employee performance, (6) work motivation positively and significantly affects performance mediated by job satisfaction, and (7) compensation positively and significantly affects performance mediated by job satisfaction. The conclusion is that the higher the work motivation of the non-civil servant employee of Public Health Center, the higher the performance and the job satisfaction; the higher the compensation of the non-civil servant employee of Public Health Center, the higher their performance and job satisfaction; and the higher the job satisfaction, the higher their performance.

This study contained two variables, namely X1 as Work Motivation and X2 as the Work Environment. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek.  The Data used is primary data collected through observation, interview, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis in this research is the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek. To measure the magnitude of influence of these variables using multiple linear regression and the help of the program software IBM SPSS 25. Based on the results of the data analysis, obtained value of the coefficient of determination amounted to 5.05%. In addition to the value of the correlation coefficient amounted to 0.711. While the results of partial test (t test) indicated that work environment variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. It is obtained that the results of t count bigger than t table. Then based on these results it can be concluded that the work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees in SMES Nahla Toys Cikampek.
