Currently, the selection of students with the best memorization is carried out based on estimates or assumptions that students who are selected with the best memorization have met the predetermined criteria. The objectives of this research are: to get the priority of students' assessment based on the best memorization, to get an effective process in selecting students with the best memorization, to develop applications which are then measured for accuracy. The results of the level of accuracy from this research are: the level of accuracy according to users before application development is very inaccurate, the level of accuracy according to users after application development is very accurate, the level of accuracy according to experts or system experts before application development is very inaccurate accurate, the level of accuracy according to system experts after application development is very accurate. Meanwhile, the comparison test results obtained: there is a significant difference in the accuracy of the system of applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the students with the best memorization, according to users between before and after system development, and there is no difference in the accuracy of the system of applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the students with the best memorization, according to experts or system experts between before and after system development.

Seleksi atlet merupakan tahapan yang sangat penting dalam menentukan atlet terbaik. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan atlet kabupaten buleleng dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). 2) Mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap sistem. Pengembangan sistem ini adalah untuk membantu KONI kabupaten buleleng dalam pemilihan atlet terbaik untuk setiap cabang olah raga. Pengembangan Sistem ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Ada lima tahap dalam model ADDIE yaitu Analisis (Analyze), Desain (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Metode penyelesaian yang digunakan adalah metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dengan konsep mencari penjumlahan ter bobot dari tiap alternatif terhadap tiap kriteria yang digunakan. Kriteria yang digunakan pada studykasus sistem adalah 17 kriteria penilaian dan 26 atlet pada cabang olahraga kempo. Pengembangan Sistem sudah dapat dikatakan berhasil berdasarkan hasil uji Whitebox dan uji Blackbox. Pengembangan sistem mendapat respons positif dari responden berdasarkan uji User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system usability scale, dan uji respon pengguna. Hasil uji UAT menyatakan bahwa sistem yang diujikan berhasil. Hasil analisis uji system usability scale dari 10 orang responden masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik(A). Hasil uji respons pengguna dari 10 orang responden yaitu masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik dimana sistem di terima dengan sangat baik oleh pengguna dalam hal ini KONI kabupaten Buleleng.Kata Kunci : ADDIE, SAW, Seleksi Atlet, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, WEB The selection of athletes is a very important stage in determining the best athletes. Therefore, this research aims to: 1) develop a decision support system for the selection of bulletin athletes with SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. 2) Know the user's response to the system. The development of this system is to help KONI district buleleng in the selection of the best athletes for every sport. Development of this system using ADDIE model. There are five stages in the ADDIE model: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The method of settlement used is the method of SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) with the concept of searching the weighted sum of each alternative to each criterion used. The criteria used in the system study are 17 assessment criteria and 26 athletes in kempo. System development can already be said to be successful based on Whitebox test results and Blackbox test. System development got positive response from respondent based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test, usability scale system, and user response test. The UAT test results state that the tested system is successful. The result of system usability scale test analysis from 10 respondents included in criteria is very good (A). Background: Down Syndrome children have better ability in capturing instructions visually. The audio-visual learning method can be applied to Down Syndrome children. Electric toothbrushes were made to make it easier for them to brush their teeth, besides those electric toothbrushes have a handle that is comfortable to hold and control. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of electric and manual toothbrushes on Down Syndrome children OHI-S scores and determine the effect of education on tooth brushing with animated videos on Down Syndrome children OHI-S scores. Methods: Subjects of the study were 34 Down Syndrome children aged 6-19 years in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. OHI-S scores were recorded before and after the subjects were educated to brush their teeth with animated videos or dental phantoms. OHI-S scores were also recorded before and after the subjects brushed their teeth using manual toothbrushes or electric toothbrushes. Results: The test results Independent T-test (p> 0.05) showed there was no significant difference between tooth brushing using a manual toothbrush and an electric toothbrush to the decline of OHI-S score of Down Syndrome children. The results of the Mann-Whitney statistical test were p> 0.05, that there was no significant difference in the reduction in OHI-S scores between Down Syndrome children who were educated with animated videos and dental phantoms. Conclusion: There was no significant difference between manual toothbrushes and electric toothbrushes and there was no significant influence of Down Syndrome OHI-S children who were educated with animated videos or dental phantoms.

Background: Bariatric surgery has resulted in body weight loss, which claimed by surgery removal specific parts of the stomach with enzyme or sleeve gastrectomy. Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine weight loss and endocrine changes by 12-week fundus resection and sleeve gastrectomy in rabbits. Methods: Twenty-one rabbits, weighing 2.5 - 3.5 kg, were divided into three groups (n = 7): sleeve gastrectomy, experimental fundus resection, and sham group. The weight of rabbits and total ghrelin and leptin levels in the plasma before and after surgery were measured in 12 weeks. Statistical analyses were performed using the Kruskal-Walis test for comparison of the means between the groups, and the difference after months in one group was assayed by Friedman test. Results: The results showed sleeve gastrectomy had a significant weight loss after one month when compared to fundus resection and sham-operated controls (P = 0.008). There was no significant difference in the ghrelin levels after these surgeries, but leptin levels decreased significantly after the fundectomy (P = 0.025). Conclusions: Sleeve gastrectomy is more efficient than the fundus resection in weight loss. It could be suggested as a new option in metabolic disorders due to the high level of leptin.

This study aimed to examine the effect of changes in status, employee engagement, and the utilization of information technology on the quality of financial reporting. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to examine changes in the status of Bogor Agricultural University. Moreover we employ a multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of employee engagement and information technology in performance financial of report.  In addition, Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) was used to examine the financial human resource mapping. The results of ANOVA test showed that there was no significant difference of the financial management of Bogor Agricultural University before and after the implementation of Public Service Board (BLU). Furthermore, multiple linear regression test results showed that the factors that affect the performance of financial reports are employee engagement and use of information technology. However, it is found that the factor that really affects the performace of financial reports is the use of information technology. Finally, the test results of the mapping showed that employee engagement of human resources staff of Bogor Agricultural University are in medium position indicating that it needs to be maintained and improved.

Background: flexibility that is one of basic aspects of any sport program , can be developed and acquired through various stretching exercises. This study examined the effect of six-weeks of static stretching on hamstring flexibility in high school females. Methods: Thirty healthy high school females aged 15 to 17 years were randomly assigned to one of two groups. The training group underwent static stretch training of the hamstring with a six-weeks protocol training sessions were 3 days per week, including 4 30-seconds stretches per day for each of subjects. The other group acted as control group. Before and after six-weeks of stretching, flexibility of the hamstring muscles was determined by Sit & Reach Test. Results: A significant increase in flexibility of hamstring was found in training group (mean 31cm to 39/87cm), and no significant difference was revealed in hamstring flexibility after the six-weeks static stretching for the control group. Conclusion: This study indicated that the static stretching significantly increased the hamstring flexibility and suggests that subjects use static stretching for increasing their hamstring flexibility.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3126/ijls.v8i5.10914

Abstract: The Effect Of Lime (C10H16O) And Camphor (C10H16O) Against The Density Of Flies On Organic Waste. Fly is a disease-carrying vector so it is important to measure the density for control purposes. One of the controls that is done is on organic waste which is a breading source place of flies. Control is done by affixing the mixture of lime and camphor. This research aimed to determine the effect of mixture of lime and camphor against the density of flies in organic waste that is carried out in the garbage construction site while Southern Loktabat. This type of research is quasi-experimental that experimenting the provision of nine variations of dosage mixture of lime and camphor against the density of flies in organic waste with the organic waste sample was about 0,16m3. This research design used Pretest-posttest design. The analysis using statistical paired sample t-test, Kruskal Wallis test, and Least Significant Differences Test. The measurements showed a decrease in the density of the flies after administration of the lime and camphor mixture. Paired T-test results showed that in each treatment the p-value (2-tailed) <α (0.05) means that there is significant difference of flies density before and after treatment. Kruskal Wallis test result showed the p value (0,000) <α (0.05) which means there are significant differences between dosages. LSD test result showed that the most effective dosage is sixth dosage (35gr camphor+ 55gr lime/0,16m3 waste).

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to explore students’ conceptual understanding of thermodynamic in ADI for STEM education. The study uses embedded experimental design methods. It involved 29 students of XI grade high school in Kupang. Instruments tes consisted of 13 reasoning multiple chooise questions. Wilcoxon test results is P=.000 with an average posttest higher than pretest shows that there is significant difference between students' conceptual understanding of before and after learning. The effect size value is 2,39. Students’ conceptual understanding of each indicator is also discussed.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi termodinamika dalam pembelajaran <em>Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) for STEM education</em>. Penelitian menggunakan <em>mixed method</em> desain <em>embedded experimental</em>. Penelitian melibatkan 29 siswa kelas XI SMA di Kupang. Instrumen tes berupa 13 soal penguasaan konsep pilihan ganda. Hasil uji Wilcoxon sebesar <em>p</em>=.000 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara penguasaan konsep siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Nilai <em>effect size</em> sebesar 2,39 menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran <em>ADI for STEM education</em> berpengaruh kuat terhadap penguasaan konsep.

Bacillus diatoms. Navicula sp. were isolated from fresh water (Tigris River) and were acclimated progressively to grow in salty environment with alkaline media pH = 9. Bacillus diatoms Showed very good ability to acclimate for living in gradient salty water starting from 0.5 - 5 ppt. of samples of underground water containing Total Nitrogen 2.25, 1.07, 0.952, 9.005, 0.53 ppm, respectively, and Total Phosphorus 1.58, 1.61, 1.75, 0.565, and 0.785 ppm. consumed of TN: TP in ratio16:1 as in the following results 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 1.005,0.01 ppm. for TN and 1.439, 1.327, 1.68, 0.065, 0.755 ppm. for TP. by using Least significant difference-LSD test, results showed significant differences for decreasing cells when the value of P <0.05 for increasing of adapted cells in ground water with gradually salty concentrations also for reducing TN before and after experiment, also a significant difference for reducing P in sample (4) of ground water in concentration 0.565 ppm before experiment which reduced to 0.065 ppm after experiment.

Economic  events  frequently  determine  stock  price  fluctuations  in  stock exchanges. Sometimes, these economic events tend to get negative responses from market participants. This study uses event study analysis, where the event analyzed was the announcement of government policy in the fiscal sector, the tax amnesty. The announcement of the tax amnesty policy implementation is considered to provide information that elicits reaction in the capital market, which can be measured by the abnormal return on the stock before and after the announcement of tax amnesty policy. This event window of this study was 6 trading days i.e. t-3 to t + 3 since tax amnesty policy became published on July 14, 2016. The sample used in this study consisted of 45 companies listed in LQ-45 index during July 2016. Analysis of average abnormal return is performed based on paired sample t test on three days before and three days after the announcement of tax amnesty policy. The test results show that there is a significant difference in market reaction as  indicated  by  abnormal  return  value.  However,  the  result of  abnormal return  shows  negative  value.  It  means  that  tax  amnesty  policy  provides negative information for investor, which is contrary to the objective of tax amnesty policy to increase investment.

The purpose of this research is to design decision support system of exemplary web-based employee using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in capital investment and integrated service one door regency kebumen.        Calculation method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Data collection techniques used is by observation, literature study and interviews that have a close relationship with the principal problems and methods of system development used is the method of waterfall system development. From the results of research conducted found the problems such as the lack of effective selection of exemplary employees who performed because it is still manual so that the selection of exemplary employees are still not efficient. The suggestions given to overcome the problem are: 1) Need to be socialized and training to the related sections, especially on the Subdivision of Personnel and general as admin, so that information systems can be utilized properly, 2) Need a better system development for data security can be more awake.
