The challenge faced by the Indonesian nation against the anti-corruption movement is the weakening of law enforcement agencies, especially the Corruption Eradication Commission in preventing and cracking down on corruption crimes such as the composition of the commission of investigators, investigators and public prosecutors, which comes from the police and prosecutors. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that cause corruption, examine the challenges and strategic issues faced by the Indonesian nation in the anti-corruption movement and review the efforts that must be made by the government so that the challenges and issues of the anti-corruption movement can be resolved. The research method used is normative legal research by reviewing and researching laws and regulations. The results of the analysis concluded that the acts of corruption committed were caused by several factors. There are derived from internal factors such as greedy or greedy nature, other factors are consumptive lifestyle, less powerful moral factors. While the second factor is external factors such as politics, legal factors, economic factors. These issues are a challenge and a strategic issue faced by the Indonesian nation in the anti-corruption movement. The existence of a Corruption Eradication Commission institution formed at the time of reform is considered less than optimal in terms of prevention. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was formed because conventional legal institutions are less than optimal in terms of prevention and enforcement of corruption. Efforts that must be made by the government so that the challenges and issues of the anti-corruption movement can be resolved is to declare that corruption is an enemy of the Indonesian nation.

Corruption is a problem in the economy of every nation in the world, whether in Government or private environments. With the promulgation of Act No. 31 of the year 1999 Jo Act No. 20 year 2001. The Government in the year 2002 through Law – Law Number 30 year 2002 about corruption eradication Commission formed corruption eradication Commission (KPK) which is a specialized agency in dealing with the special corruption. At issue is how the authorities of the corruption eradication Commission (KPK) in conducting the investigation, the crime of corruption? And how coordination between the corruption eradication Commission (KPK) and other law enforcement agencies in conducting the investigation, the crime of corruption? The study used is the normative legal research i.e. research examines law is a law written from various aspects, but does not examine aspects of applied or implementation. Approach this research method by means of reviewing all laws, understanding the hierarchy of principles and legislation. The conclusion in May of this research is that in regards to the investigation of criminal acts of corruption, the corruption eradication Commission (KPK) has authority that is doing the coordination and supervision that can perform the takeover against investigation or the prosecution conducted by the Police and the Prosecutor's Office. But in the relationship between the coordination with other law enforcement agencies KPK still haven't made good cooperation.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

Agreement is the most important source that gives birth to the engagement. One form of engagement in the sources of the agreement is the extension of credit from the bank. This research uses empirical legal research type, data collection techniques in this study using field research. The procedure for granting credit consists of several stages, namely the credit application stage, the location survey stage for prospective debtors, the analysis stage, the decision-making stage, and the credit disbursement stage. The results of the analysis found that the factors that cause default are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are caused by debtors who are not credible and also unstable economic factors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which caused debtors to be unable to pay arrears in the LPD. External factors from the LPD take a persuasive approach to further handling problematic debtors. The purpose of this study is the procedure for granting credit and binding credit agreements carried out in the LPD Desa Pakraman Bebetin, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency, how are the factors that cause default in LPD Desa Pakraman Bebetin, District of Sawan, District of Buleleng.

This study aims 1) to determine and analyze the factors causing the occurrence of the crime of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City; 2) to identify and analyze efforts to overcome the occurrence of a criminal act of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City. The research method used is empirical legal research methods. The results showed that 1) the factors causing the crime of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City consisted of internal factors and external factors. ; 2). Efforts to overcome the cause of the crime of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City are through preventive and repressive measures from the police and related parties with fiduciary guarantees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penyebab terjadinya terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi; 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya penanggulangan terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi terdiri atas faktor internal , dan faktor eksternal. ; 2). upaya penanggulangan penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi adalah dengan upaya preventif maupun represif dari pihak kepolisian dan pihak terkait dengan jaminan fidusia.

Control of unlicensed tour guides is the authority of the Bali provincial government through Civil service police Unit (Satpol PP) as a form of oversight of all regional regulations, especially regional guide regulations. SatPol PP is granted the authority to supervise by the government and cooperate with court police and tourism institutions in the law enforcement system. This study discusses the authority of the Bali Provincial Government in supervising unlicensed tour guides and sanctions against unlicensed tour guides. The method used to achieve these goals is the empirical legal research method, which is to conduct field research through interviews and taking notice of the existing phenomena in society related to the problems being studied. The results of the data analysis show that the government is provided the authority by statutory regulations through Law Number 10 of 009 concerning Tourism and Regional Regulation of the Province of Bali Number 5 of 2016 concerning Tour Guides. Supervision is carried out through preventive and repressive measures and is in the law enforcement system. Sanctions are applied to tour guides who are not licensed by imposing sanctions in the form of fines through court proceedings and tour guides who commit violations will be subject to tourism violations in the form of fines. The implementation is carried out through the secrets of the tour guides when carrying out their duties in each tourism area in Bali. Guiding secrets are executed through the control function in each working area.

Drinking is one of the main needs of humans in the world that must be fulfilled for activity. Every human being must meet his needs, especially drinks, whether in quantity or in terms of the health of the drink. Therefore, the State must provide security for its people without exception whether it is related to supervision or regulating its circulation. This study aims to explain the legal protection for consumers for information on the price of beverage products listed on the packaging and to explain the resolution efforts regarding the difference between the price on the packaging and the selling price paid. This research used normative legal research, with a juridical approach through the hermenutic method. The data used were secondary and primary data which were analyzed qualitatively. The result of the research showed that the government has provided consumer protection for the provision of accurate information by means of obligations imposed by business actors as well as prohibitions that cannot be violated. The responsibility of business actors to resolve disputes can be pursued through channels outside the court as well as through court channels. The factors that influence the occurrence of a product that is nominally different from the price on the packaging consist of internal factors and external factors. If there is a difference in price on the package and at the time of payment, the cheapest fee will be paid.

This study aims to determine and analyze the settlement of problem loans through the mediation of PT. Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch and to identify and explain the obstacles that arise in the settlement of non-performing loans at PT. Bank Central Asia, Bengkulu Branch. The research method used is empirical legal research, the research location was at PT Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch Office, the data collection technique was carried out through interviews. In PT Bank Central Asia, Bengkulu Branch, there are 178 people who are debtors. If the debtor does not fulfill his obligations, there will be default, which can cause the credit activity to become a non-performing loan. The settlement of non-performing loans at PT Bank Central Asia, the bank first carries out the negotiation stage, if the obligations are still not fulfilled by the debtor, the next step is to carry out the mediation process. The process of settling non-performing loans through mediation at PT Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch is carried out by means of internal mediation, which is the mediator, namely from the Legal and Compliance Task Force team at the Sentul Head Office, Bogor. There are 7 debtors who have completed problem loans until the mediation stage. The non-performing loan settlement process has never been carried out by means of litigation and never through OJK. Inhibiting factors have 2 causes, namely from internal factors and external factors. The suggestion for this research is to provide insights about the mediation process to the debtor so that the debtor understands the mediation process.

The main focus of this research is the factors that cause criminal acts, participate in marketing timber from illegal logging and the application of environmental criminal law to the perpetrators of criminal acts and participate in marketing timber from illegal logging. The research method used in this research is juridical normative and empirical. Based on the research results, it was found that the causes of illegal logging in Cikolak Teluk Pandan Village, Pesawaran District, included internal factors including educational factors, personal factors, biological pathogenic factors and pneumonia. External factors include environmental factors, lack of protection, lack of community empowerment, global development factors and economic factors. Enforcement of environmental criminal law against perpetrators of criminal acts by participating in marketing timber from illegal logging, namely imprisonment for 1 (one) year and a fine of Rp. 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah) provided that if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced by imprisonment for 2 (two) months.

Various efforts were made by the regional government and law enforcement officials to tackle brawls between students in the city of Padnag, but there was no formulation of countermeasures that could eradicate fights between students in the city of Padang. This research is a legal research with analytical descriptive specifications with a normative juridical approach supported by an empirical juridical approach. The results showed that the causes of brawls among adolescents who have the potential for criminal acts in the city of Padang include internal factors, which are quite low self-control, lack of religious values ​​in themselves and want to see their existence. Furthermore External Factors include egoistic community, because of friend's invitation, because of a sense of solidarity, because of school selfishness and because of pressure and invitation from school alumni. Efforts made to combat the occurrence of fights between adolescents who have the potential for criminal acts in the city of Padang include preventive efforts, including through family channels such as supervision and family attention to other family members, school paths in the form of lightning pesantren, character and other education etc. and routine supervision. Repersive measures such as School actions to provide disciplinary penalties, legal processes by the police and conduct acts of arrest and coaching by the Civil Service Police Unit.

At present, there are cases of persons with disabilities being employed in a retail company in the Bali area. The Manpower Act provides provisions for companies to employ people with disabilities. Therefore, companies are required to provide accessibility. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the implementation of legal protection for workers with disabilities at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya based on Law Number 13 2003 and the factors that become obstacles in the application of legal protection for workers with disabilities at PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya. The research method used is an empirical legal research method with a factual approach and a statutory approach. Based on the results of data analysis, the implementation of legal protection provided by PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya towards workers with disabilities has not been fulfilled, namely in terms of providing qualified accessibility. Several factors inhibiting the implementation of legal protection efforts for workers with disabilities, namely the law enforcement factor itself and the community factor. So the government is expected to further optimize the supervision of companies that have not implemented the mandate of the law and provide socialization and guidance to companies and workers on the importance of rights and obligations.
