Agreement is the most important source that gives birth to the engagement. One form of engagement in the sources of the agreement is the extension of credit from the bank. This research uses empirical legal research type, data collection techniques in this study using field research. The procedure for granting credit consists of several stages, namely the credit application stage, the location survey stage for prospective debtors, the analysis stage, the decision-making stage, and the credit disbursement stage. The results of the analysis found that the factors that cause default are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are caused by debtors who are not credible and also unstable economic factors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which caused debtors to be unable to pay arrears in the LPD. External factors from the LPD take a persuasive approach to further handling problematic debtors. The purpose of this study is the procedure for granting credit and binding credit agreements carried out in the LPD Desa Pakraman Bebetin, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency, how are the factors that cause default in LPD Desa Pakraman Bebetin, District of Sawan, District of Buleleng.

The challenge faced by the Indonesian nation against the anti-corruption movement is the weakening of law enforcement agencies, especially the Corruption Eradication Commission in preventing and cracking down on corruption crimes such as the composition of the commission of investigators, investigators and public prosecutors, which comes from the police and prosecutors. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that cause corruption, examine the challenges and strategic issues faced by the Indonesian nation in the anti-corruption movement and review the efforts that must be made by the government so that the challenges and issues of the anti-corruption movement can be resolved. The research method used is normative legal research by reviewing and researching laws and regulations. The results of the analysis concluded that the acts of corruption committed were caused by several factors. There are derived from internal factors such as greedy or greedy nature, other factors are consumptive lifestyle, less powerful moral factors. While the second factor is external factors such as politics, legal factors, economic factors. These issues are a challenge and a strategic issue faced by the Indonesian nation in the anti-corruption movement. The existence of a Corruption Eradication Commission institution formed at the time of reform is considered less than optimal in terms of prevention. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was formed because conventional legal institutions are less than optimal in terms of prevention and enforcement of corruption. Efforts that must be made by the government so that the challenges and issues of the anti-corruption movement can be resolved is to declare that corruption is an enemy of the Indonesian nation.

The carrying out of routine police operations is capable of preventing crime and harmonizing public obedience. This study aims to explain the patrol capabilities of the Sabhara Unit in an effort to operate criminal acts in the jurisdiction of the Bali Regional Police and explain what factors are hindering the Sabhara Unit patrols in the effort to operate criminal acts within the jurisdiction of the Bali Regional Police. The type of research used is empirical legal research. The approach used is the Legislative Regulations approach. Data sources are primary and secondary legal data sources. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing rules and documentation. After the legal materials are collected, they are processed and analyzed using qualitative method analysis. The results showed that the Sabhara Unit patrol capability in an effort to operate a crime in the jurisdiction of the Bali Regional Police was to arrest and report the criminal executor who was caught red-handed while patrolling, securing the victim, executor, witnesses, evidence, and the location of the next case the factors that hinder patrols of the Sabhara Unit in an effort to operate criminal acts in the jurisdiction of the Bali Regional Police, namely internal factors, namely lack police personnel, information, no evidence found and lack of infrastructure, while external factors are lack of public awareness, victims do not immediately report and fear the Police.

This study aimed to determine the participation of governance in empowering small and medium business actors in Pasangkayu District, North Mamuju Regency. The type of research was qualitative. The type of research was phenomenology. Data collection techniques were such as interview, observation, and documents. The result of this research was that participation in decision making had not been optimal because the training schedule was still limited. Participation in implementation, participation in benefid taking and participation in evaluation had not been maximized because there were still many communities receiving SME assistance that was not as expected. Internal factors ie human resources were running well because it could help people’s lives. External factors were such as facilities and infrastructure had not been realized because the SME assistance tool provided by the Office Koperindag misused by the community. Keywords: Participation, governance, SME empowerment

The problems we face today live in a time of moral degradation and destruction. People feel proud if they can imitate the trend carried by the West; both in thought and lifestyle. The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Moral and Morals in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto This research type is field research research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status. This study aims to determine the usefulness level of accounting information (on cash basis and accrual basis) in central goverment agencies internal decision-making process. In addition, this study also aims to determine the influence of the organization’s external factors, the organization's internal factors and Individual Actor’s Characteristic Related Factors on the level of use of accounting information in central goverment agencies internal decision making.The research show that  level of accrual accounting information use in the context of internal decision making is high. In addition it showed differences between  level of cash-based accounting information use and accrual-based accounting information use. This study also addressed that the organization’s external factors, the organization's internal factors and individual actor’s characteristic related factors significantly influence both level of accounting information use  on cash basis and accrual basis in the internal decision-making. Except for the organization’s external factors  did not significantly affect the level of accrual accounting information use  in the internal decision-making.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kegunaan informasi akuntansi (berbasis kas dan akrual) dalam proses pengambilan keputusan internal Unit Akuntansi Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (UAKPA). Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor eksternal organisasi, faktor internal organisasi dan faktor karakteristik individu pengguna terhadap tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan internal Unit Akuntansi Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (UAKPA).Temuan peneliti menunjukan bahwa tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi berbasis akrual tinggi dalam rangka pengambilan keputusan internal. Selain itu penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan tingkat penggunaan antara informasi akutansi berbasis kas dan informasi akutansi berbasis akrual. Penelitian juga menujukan bahwa faktor eksternal organisasi, faktor internal organisasi dan faktor karakteristik individu pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi (berbasis kas dan akrual) dalam pengambilan keputusan internal. Kecuali untuk faktor eksternal organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penggunaan informasi akuntansi akrual dalam pengambilan keputusan internal.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

This literature review summarizes research on member influence in cooperatives conducted in Scandinavia and some of the research conducted in West Germany. The review divides the contents of member influence into three components; individual factors, the cooperative organization’s internal factors and the organization’s external factors. As individual factors, participation, representation and representativeness are considered. Conflicts in cooperative organizations, the effect of the growth of the organization and the rules of decision making are discussed as organizations internal factors. The major interest groups in addition to members (the market, personnel and the society) are presented as external factors. The external factors are increasingly challenging the nature of cooperatives as member interest organizations.

This study aims 1) to determine and analyze the factors causing the occurrence of the crime of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City; 2) to identify and analyze efforts to overcome the occurrence of a criminal act of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City. The research method used is empirical legal research methods. The results showed that 1) the factors causing the crime of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City consisted of internal factors and external factors. ; 2). Efforts to overcome the cause of the crime of transferring the object of fiduciary security in Jambi City are through preventive and repressive measures from the police and related parties with fiduciary guarantees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penyebab terjadinya terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi; 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya penanggulangan terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi terdiri atas faktor internal , dan faktor eksternal. ; 2). upaya penanggulangan penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia di Kota Jambi adalah dengan upaya preventif maupun represif dari pihak kepolisian dan pihak terkait dengan jaminan fidusia.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken.
