Technology and information in Indonesia are growing over time. The use of internet media is also growing and increasing. This growth is supported by the growing use of mobile devices, especially smartphones. This research aims to find out how much influence social media, e-lifestyle and digital culture have on the consumptive behavior of Go Food services in the Jakarta area. This study assessed in terms of consumptive behavior with the presence of social media, e-lifestyle and digital culture. By using a quantitative approach with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population used in this study was go food users in the Jakarta area with sampling techniques using Krejie tables of 270 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis in this study concluded that: (1) Social media has an effect on consumptive behavior; (2) E-Lifestyle affects consumptive behavior; (3) Digital culture affects consumptive behavior. Simultaneously social media, e-lifestyle and digital culture have an influence on consumptive behavior. The magnitude of influence shown by the coefficient of determination of 0.865 shows that 86.5% of consumptive behavior is influenced by social media, e-lifestyle and digital culture and the remaining 13.5% is explained by other variables not used in the study.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. To achieve this goal, research was conducted at Social Media Café Abdullah Lubis using 100 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: First, social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, service quality plays a greater role in increasing the sensitivity of consumer purchases when compared to social media promotion. Fourth, consumer characteristics are also important variables in increasing consumer decisions in buying products. Fifth, social media promotion and service quality are able to explain variations in purchasing decisions by 87.7 percent.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, location, store atmosphere on purchase intention at the friend's cafe in Sampang. This type of research is quantitative research using a conclusive classification: data collection techniques using non-probability sampling classification and judgmental techniques. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 100 respondents who knew and had accessed the Instagram account of Teman Sehati café. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that social media positively and significantly affect purchase intention at Teman Sehati cafe in Sampang. There is a significant influence of location on purchase intention at the Teman Sehati cafe Sampang; the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of a Teman Sehati café in Sampang. Café Teman Sehati is expected to be able to design outlets in such a way as to increase customer convenience with a positive store atmosphere. In addition, it is expected to consider the location to increase consumer purchase intention. Further research can use newer variables such as convenience, promotion, or service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Manado, where Shopee consumers in the city of Manado also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision to choose Starbucks. The population in this study amounted to 395 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Variables that influence the decision to choose Starbucks are cultural, social, personal and psychological. The result of the partial test and simultaneously stated that the cultural variables, social variables, personal variables, and psychological variables influence the decision to choose Starbucks.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

The purpose of this study was to find out: the effect of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy both jointly and partially on the satisfaction of inpatients in the Karanganyar District Hospital. Judging from the type or type, this research is explanatory research (explanation). The population in this study were 1006 patients hospitalized in Karanganyar Hospital. As a sample 100 people were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously management of quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in Karanganyar District Hospital. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial quality management on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (3) There is a positive and significant partial effect of reliability on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (4) There is a positive and significant influence partially on responsiveness to the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (5) There is a positive and significant partial effect of empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. The implementation of green banking principle is reflected in a series of initiatives for the community program, community development and business programs, and encourages investment in more responsible businesses as a form of Bank's high concern for the environment. This study aims to analyze Green Investment, and Green Competitive Strategies that have an impact on the implementation of Green Banking in Surakarta City. This research was a survey conducted on bank customer in Surakarta City. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. Data collection methods use in this study were questionnaire and observation. The analysis technique used includes the test of the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability test; classic assumption test include: heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that green investment and green competitive strategies have an impact on the implementation of green banking in Surakarta City. The variable that has the greatest impact is Green Competitive Strategies.

Taxpayer compliance is important for the state to maintain a source of state revenue. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of e-filing and  socialization of taxation in the Covid-19 pandemic period on SPT PPh 21 reporting compliance for Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Banten Employees partially and simultaneously. The research used descriptive method, conducted in the Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Banten by taking a sample of 70 respondents  using a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of statistical description, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and statistical hypotheses. The results this study indicate that the application of e-Filing has a positive effect on reporting compliance with SPT PPh 21 having a value of tcount > ttable (2.148>1.999) with a significant value of 0.036. Tax socialization has a positive effect on reporting compliance with SPT PPh 21 having a value of tcount > ttable (7.433>1.999) with a significant value of 0.000. The implementation of e-Filing and tax socialization has a positive and significant effect on reporting compliance with SPT PPh 21 with a value of Fcount>Ftable (127.094>3.15).
