ABSTACT Indonesia has a variety of cultures that are formed from the diversity of ethnicities, languages, and races so that they have a value, characteristics and characteristics that are in accordance with the cultural origins of their respective regions or are often known as regional cultures. This study uses a type of literature study research in the process of obtaining information related to the research title. The purpose of this research is to find out about the process of investigating Banten culture through the use of virtual media in the digitalization era as a medium to preserve the philosophical values ​​contained in the culture in the Banten area. Penguasaan terhadap Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi perlu diajarkan pada semua tingkatan agar suatu proses dan kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien. Para siswa kelas XII SMK Taruna Bangsa dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang dapat dikuasai sebelum lulus sekolah. Salah satunya kompetensi adalah dapat membuat website atau aplikasi berbasis web. Disamping itu, kepala program jurusan RPL SMK Taruna Bangsa menyampaikan perlu adanya pendalaman dan pengetahuan lebih dalam pembuatan website selain yang dibekali di sekolah seperti mendesain website front end. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan mendesain website menggunakan framework Bootstrap. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dijalankan sesuai dengan wujud implementasi MoU yang telah dilakukan antara SMK Taruna Bangsa dengan Universitas Bina Insani. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan secara online melalui media konferensi www.zoom.us dan www.youtube.com. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 78 peserta dengan hasil akhir memberikan hasil yang positif, ditunjukkan pada umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yaitu pada nilai 4 (Baik) sebesar 32,1% dan nilai 5 (Sangat Baik) sebesar 60.7%. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut kegiatan PkM ini telah memberikan kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap siswa dalam mendesain website dan memiliki bekal dalam mengimplementasikan pada bidang Teknologi informasi yang pada akhirnya mendorong smart education kota Bekasi. Kata kunci—bootstrap, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, website Mastery of Information and Communication Technology needs to be taught at all levels so that processes and activities can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Class XII students of SMK Taruna Bangsa are required to have competencies that can be mastered before graduating from school. One of the competencies is being able to create a website or web-based application. In addition, the head of the RPL department program at SMK Taruna Bangsa said that there is a need for more in-depth and knowledge in making websites other than those provided in schools such as designing front end websites. Therefore, training in designing websites using the Bootstrap framework is necessary. The implementation of Community Service (PkM) is carried out in accordance with the implementation of the MoU that has been carried out between SMK Taruna Bangsa and Bina Insani University. The implementation of activities during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online through the media conference www.zoom.us and www.youtube.com. This activity was attended by 78 participants with the final result giving positive results, shown in the participants' feedback on the material, namely a value of 4 (Good) of 32.1% and a value of 5 (Very Good) of 60.7%. Based on the explanation, this PkM activity has given students the ability and mastery in designing websites and has provisions in implementing it in the field of information technology which ultimately encourages smart education in the city of Bekasi. This research is useful to discuss the use of information and communication technology in Arabic learning in Islamic University by using the literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources in this research are research literature and theory books. This study aims to obtain written information related to the use of information and communication technology as a media for Arabic learning in Islamic University. In addition to answering questions about the media that can be used in Arabic learning as an effort by Islamic Universities to make Arabic easy to understand, to know, to practice and like students in their learning. The researcher concludes that with advances in information and communication technology, Arabic lecturers must be able to develop effective Arabic learning models in an Islamic university, and use appropriate methods to realize learning objectives and use media that are compatible with learning methods that are accordance with information and communication technology advancement. information. The development of technology and communication provide great potential to change the way students learn and obtain information. Various learning media that can be used for effective Arabic learning are computer, internet, television, and Arabic e-learning. <p><span style="color: #242021;"><span class="fontstyle0">Evaluation in the collection development aims to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the collection so that the collection provided in accordance with user needs. This study aims to reveal the evaluation activities conducted at UPT Dian Nuswantoro University Library Semarang. The research method used, that is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection method with literature study, interview and observation. The results show<br />that evaluation process involve librarians, specialist subjects, lecturers and faculty staff. Collection evaluation is done by librarian to make list of book collection to be evaluated, then given to lecturer for ACC and chosen to be evaluated and weeded. Penulisan artikel ini didasarkan atas masalah “Apakah kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari sudah berfokus pada peserta didik”? Manakala kita amati pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari di dalam kelas, maka dapatlah dikatakan bahwa sebagian guru masih cenderung melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara konvensional dengan menerapkan metode ceramah dan mencatat (talk and chalk). Jika demikian kondisinya, maka dapatlah dikatakan bahwa sebagian pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran masih cenderung berfokus atau berpusat pada guru. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) di mana TIK tidak hanya memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari tetapi juga secara bertahap telah memengaruhi kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Sekalipun pada kenyataannya, belum semua sekolah dan juga belum semua guru memanfaatkan TIK dalam membelajarkan peserta didiknya. Dengan kemajuan TIK yang secara bertahap masuk ke dalam kelas, maka guru pun secara bertahap mulai terkondisi menerapkan pemanfaatan TIK di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Artinya, guru mulai tergugah untuk membagi perannya sebagai sumber belajar dengan TIK. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menyajikan hasil kajian tentang kecenderungan guru yang mengarah pada penerapan kegiatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik yang diawali dengan pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran. Metoda yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap berbagai hasil penelitian dan pengembangan, jurnal ilmiah, prosiding pertemuan ilmiah, dan publikasi lainnya yang relevan. Kemudian, hasil kajian disajikan secara deskriptif berupa artikel ilmiah, yaitu yang berupa kecenderungan guru yang mengarah pada penerapan kegiatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik sewaktu mereka memulai pemanfataan TIK dalam membelajarkan peserta didiknya. The writing of this article is based on the problem “Has the daily teaching-learning activity been focused on the students” (has a students-focused learning been put into practice)?  If we carefully observe the daily teaching-learning activity in the classrooms, we could say that some teachers still tend to conduct it conventionally by applying the lecturing learning method and make notes (lecturing method and make notes). In such a condition, the conducted teaching-learning activity tends to be focused or centered on the presence of teacher in the class. In line with the development of the information and communication technology (ICT) in which ICT doesn’t only influence the various aspects of daily life but also influences the teacing-learning activity in the class. Eventhough in fact, not all schools as well as teachers have already utilized ICT in making students learn. Bringing ICT to be utilized in the classroom by teachers, in fact, the teacher simultenously and gradually tends to share his/her role with ICT as learning resources. This article aims at presenting the result of analyzing teacher’s tendency in starting utilizing ICT in learning and at the same time also tends to develop the students-centered learning model. The method used in writing this article is a literature study by reviewing various results of research and development, scientific journals, proceedings of scientific meetings, and other relevant publications. Then, the result of this literature study is descriptively presented in an article containing the teachers’ tendency in implementing the students-centered learning model when they start utilizing ICT in learning.

Multicultural - Sufistic Da'wah is interesting to discuss, considering that multicultural and Sufistic preaching has long been a feature of Islamic preaching in Indonesia. However, in its development, the pattern of people's lives has undergone significant changes. One of them is the rapid growth of information and communication technology that has created a spiritually fragile millennial. The role of multicultural and Sufistic preaching is considered very important in guarding millennial Moslem's life. This article concludes that Sufistic da'wah's need is significant for the millennial generation to guide spirituality and modern religious identity through a qualitative approach with this type of literature study research. At the same time, growing diversity requires a complementary approach, namely the preaching of multiculturalism to guard the plurality of diversity in the millennial era. The two of them have a significant relationship to reach the Ulul Albab generation

<p class="Default">Social media has a positive side that can be utilized for the development of library services that orientated for the benefit of the user. Excellent service based on information and communication technology becomes a challenge for librarian as library driving machine. Therefore librarians must create innovation and creativity outside the comfort zone. The thought of out of the box in the corridor of librarianship is a must for librarians, so that the information rights of the librarian can be fulfilled. This paper has urgency of order advance in information and communication technology can be utilized by the librarians who manage the library, for the benefit of the user. As for the purpose is the librarian can utilize social media to improve the prime service oriented for the interest of the user. The research method used literature study is a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing library materials. The result of social media facebook for extension service is significant that the service extension through facebook has benefits for the user, besides fast, easy, cheap, without having to come to the library and avoid penalty sanction.</p>

The purpose of this research is to find out what is meant by donated land, how is the existence of the waqf land and how to study the law of the waqf land and how to optimize the management of the donated land in Indonesia. The object of this research is related to the understanding and meaning of the donated land by the Muslim community in general and especially the Muslim community in Indonesia, which is the majority population. This study uses a literature study research approach, theoretical studies using descriptive analysis methods. The results show that the revitalization of the management of waqf land in Indonesia is a very important and urgent agenda at this time. This can be done through the waqf land certification program based on information and communication technology, making an agreement on wakaf fiqh related to the productivity of the waqf land, implementing modern concepts of waqf land management based on Islamic legal principles, and supported by reliable and professional human resources of waqf institutions. is a challenge and an opportunity for Indonesia to make a big leap as the center of waqf in the world. A strong factor to support this goal is the relatively large availability and the existence of waqf land, the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, and the laws and regulations related to land and waqf land tend to be sufficient enough so that collaboration is needed. that is more integrated among the waqf land stakeholders in Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana sebuah pembelajaran demokratis yang ideal dapat dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Jenis riset yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu riset yang didasarkan pada upaya mengonstruksi pandangan terhadap objek penelitian secara rinci, dibentuk dengan menggunakan kata-kata, gambaran yang bersifat holistic dan kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik yaitu penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk menggali dan menemukan data yang mengandung makna yang mendalam, serta menelaah masalah yang ada pada saat ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka, yaitu dengan memilah sumber-sumber referensi dan literature ilmiah yang terkait dengan teori-teori pendidikan dan pembelajaran demokratis, pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta perkembangan teknologi pendidikan di era revolosi industri 4.0. Data-data yang telah ditemukan kemudian dikaji dan dianalisis untuk kemudian disajikan dalam tulisan yang sistematis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan demokratis di era pendidikan 4.0 ini membutuhkan peran guru yang mampu menyesuaikan dirinya dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di bidang pembelajaran.AbstractThis study aims to examine how ideal democratic learning can be developed by considering the use of methods that are relevant to the development of information and communication technology. This type of research used in this article is a type of qualitative research that is research-based on efforts to construct views of the object of research in detail, formed using words, images that are holistic and complex. This study uses a descriptive-analytic approach which is to explore and find data that contains profound meanings, as well as examining existing problems at the moment. Data collection techniques using literature study, by sorting sources of references and scientific literature related to theories of education and democratic learning, ICT-based learning, and the development of educational technology in the industrial revolution era 4.0. The data that has been found is then reviewed and analyzed and then presented in systematic writing.  The results of this study indicate that democratic education in the 4.0 education era requires the role of teachers who are able to adjust themselves to the development of information and communication technology

Fuzzy method in the world of information and communication technology especially in the domain of intelligent systems, which one can be used to predictions/ forecasting. In this study the author will use the Novel Algorithm presented by Jasim, Salim and Ibraheem as a method to predictioning the Gold Price, the data source is retrieved from the http://www.kitco.com. Then the predictions result with Novel Algorithm will be comparing with fuzzy time series methods presented by Ruey Chyn Tsaur. Results of the predictions using Novel Algorithm, obtained a value of MAPE 0,0385(3,85%), while the Fuzzy Time Series Ruey Chyn Tsaur, obtained results of MAPE 0,0544(5,44%)

AbstractThis study aims to describe the role of information and communication technology in Indonesian language learning in tertiary institutions. The research method is in the form of literature review or literature study. This research examines critically and deeply the theoretical sources associated with the problems in research. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn. (1) Information and communication technology is related to communication and information, computers, and a set of other technology-based tools that are experiencing rapid development and affecting education in Indonesia, especially in Indonesian language learning in tertiary institutions. Information and communication technology can be used as a means for compiling data and so on relating to education, especially in learning; (2) Learning has a meaning as a process to gain an experience in accordance with the purpose of a lesson, in learning Indonesian, an attractive medium is needed so that students are more interested in learning. Information and communication technology can be used as a means to increase student interest in learning Indonesian; (3) information and communication technology can be utilized in the four competencies that exist in Indonesian, namely writing, speaking, listening, and reading. Through the use of information and communication technology, it can improve the quality of lessons, student quality, student interest, and at the same time improve the quality of lecturers in technology.  Keywords: Information and Communication Technology, Indonesian Language Learning, Higher Education
