Анализ использования генотипирования по полиморфным системам групп крови и белкам молока в племенном и промышленном скотоводстве позволил выявить уменьшение общего количества аллелей полиморфных локусов групп крови крупного рогатого скота. Наибольшей частотой встречаемости, как и в более ранних исследованиях, отличался аллель G2Y2E'1Q', уровень которого у коров-первотелок исследуемой популяции составил 22,3%. Полученные результаты в свою очередь свидетельствуют о снижении генетического разнообразия в результате крупномасштабной селекции в племенных хозяйствах Московской и Рязанской областей. Так, снижение генетической изменчивости повлекло за собой увеличение фенотипической однородности стада по основным хозяйственно-полезным признакам. Результаты исследований помогли выявить тенденцию к положительной корреляции между уровнем гомозиготности и величиной удоя за 305 дней первой лактации при начальном уровне гомозиготности в группе более 10%. Средняя гомозиготность по локусу каппа-казеина (CSN3) у исследуемых групп животных составила примерно 63%, по локусу бета-лактоглобулина (LGB) – 43%. Также была отмечена тенденция увеличения частоты встречаемости гетерозиготных генотипов на 6,8% в группе помесных животных. Было выявлено, что гетерозиготные животные характеризовались стабильностью показателей массовой доли жира в течение трех лактаций от 3,68 до 3,70%, а с увеличением удоя наблюдалось и незначительное повышение жирномолочности. По итогам третьей лактации у коров-гомозигот массовая доля жира в молоке понизилась на 0,01-0,32% соответственно. Динамика выхода молочного жира у подопытных животных была аналогична изменению удоев. Analysis of the use of genotyping for polymorphic systems of blood groups and milk proteins in breeding and industrial cattle breeding revealed a decrease in the total number of alleles of polymorphic loci of bovine blood groups. The highest frequency of occurrence, as in earlier studies, differed allele G2Y2 '1Q', the level of which in the first-calf cows of the study population was 22,3 %. The results obtained, in turn, indicate a decrease in genetic diversity as a result of large-scale selection in breeding farms in the Moscow and Ryazan regions. Thus, the decrease in genetic variability resulted in an increase in the phenotypic homogeneity of the herd on the main economic and useful features. The results of the research helped to reveal a positive correlation between the level of homozygosity and the value of milk yield for 305 days of the first lactation with an initial level of homozygosity in the group of more than 10 %. The average homozygosity for the Kappa-casein locus (CSN3) in the studied groups of animals was approximately 63 %, for the beta-lactoglobulin locus (LGB) – 43 %. There was also a tendency to increase the frequency of heterozygous genotypes by 6,8 % in the group of crossbred animals. It was found that heterozygous animals were characterized by a stable mass fraction of fat during three lactation from 3,68 to 3,70 %, and with an increase in milk yield, there was also a slight increase in fat content. According to the results of the third lactation in homozygous cows, the mass fraction of fat in milk decreased by 0,01-0,32 %, respectively. Ukrainian population of red dairy cattle is genetically active, its gene pool is significantly improved in each of the next generations, mainly due to artificial selection. Currently breeding structure of Ukrainian Red Dairy breed has the prospect of future expansion due to creating Podolian zonal type. Features of its formation are to use as the original breed, which being improved, Red Polish cattle. This breed, as Red Steppe cattle, was listed as a breed to preserve the gene pool under pure breeding. However, gene pool preservation of these breeds is impossible through lack of sufficient number of purebred bulls or their semen at breeding enterprises in Ukraine. The aim of our research was to study genesis and development prospects of red dairy cattle in Ukraine. Materials and methods of research. The materials of the research were the data of identifying breed composition of cattle in Ukraine by January 1, 2015, State Breeding List for 2005, 2010 and 2015, the electronic information database of leading breeding farms for 2007 and 2011 and database of bulls admitted to using during 2005, 2010 and 2015 of Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics named after M.V. Zubets of NAAS. Results. Currently the group of cows of red breeds is about 365 thousand head, including 97.9 thousand head concentrated in agricultural enterprises. The largest share of this group takes the Red Steppe cattle (84.5%), the smallest one –Ayrshire and Angler breeds (0.7-0.8%). In Ukraine, the total number of Ukrainian Red Dairy cattle is about 40 thousand head, including 21.4 thousand head of cattle concentrated in agricultural enterprises. The results of these annual reports have shown that the average milk yield of the group of cows of red breeds was 3328 kg of milk in 2001. Then milk yield increased with each subsequent studied period and reached the highest figure of 4681 kg in 2014. So, increasing milk yield of cows was by 1353 kg of milk or 29% during fourteen years (2001-2014). The number of breeding animals of Red Steppe, Red Polish, Ayrshire, and Ukrainian Red Dairy breeds significantly decreased in the controlled part of population during the past fourteen years. However, level of milk production and quality increased slightly, except for Red Polish breed. Thus, 4688 cows of Ukrainian Red Dairy breed had milk yield in 5981 kg and milk fat content in 3.88% according to the appraisal of 2014, whereas, in 2013, 4902 cows had milk yield in 5837 kg with milk fat content in 3.86%. Up to 90% of the realized genetic progress in large-scale breeding is provided by using proven bulls, resulting most current need is to restore the national system of selection and testing of sires. The results show that during the past ten years, the number of proven bulls, admitted to using within the red breeds decreased almost seven times with a simultaneous increase 2.2 times in breeding value. Among 410 proven bulls, admitted to using in 2005 (bulls which being tested by progeny), unreasonably disproportionate share was for Holstein sires – 245 (59.8%), whereas, the share of bulls of the red breeds – 13.7%. In 2010, 123 bulls (65.4%) were of Holstein breed and only 9 ones (4.8%) – of Ukrainian Red Dairy among 188 bulls, admitted to using. In 2014, a similar situation was observed; there were 93 bulls, admitted to using, including 48 ones (51.6%) of Holstein and only 3 ones (3.2%) of Ukrainian Red Dairy breed. Given the current state of livestock breeding base on all the red breeds (Red Steppe, Ukrainian Red Dairy, Angler, Red Polish) we developed possible options of parameters of large-scale breeding. During the planning period the number of the controlled cows of the red breeds (mainly Ukrainian Red Dairy cattle) should be significantly increased. Calculations show that in the first stage of the program available number of cows in breeding farms, even if 30% of cows allocated to mating with laid-off bulls, is less than a third of the minimum at pressure of selection among laid-off bulls 1: 4 by productivity of 50 daughters. At the end of the program it is planned to increase the pressure of selection among laid-off bulls to 1:5 under increase of the controlled livestock number to 43700 cows (nearly 4.4 times against currently available one) Conclusion. Our results showed that, the number of breeding farms, in which were bred red cattle, significantly declined and the livestock number also decreased whereas milk production increased during 2001-2015. The high level of genetic potential of Ukrainian Red Dairy cows indicates the presence of highest-yielding cows with yield more than 10 000 kg of milk. At the same time, such animals at breeding farms for breeding Red Polish, Steppe, Ayrshire and Angler cattle weren’t found. During the past ten years, the number of proven bulls of red breeds, admitted to using, decreased almost seven times with a simultaneous increase of breeding value in 2.2 times. Predominance of Holstein bulls remains indisputable on reliability of assessment of breeding value. It causes the biggest request and the widest offer on the market of semen from bulls of the breed. The actual destruction of domestic system of sires breeding caused significantly lower rate of repeatability of breeding values in bulls of the red breeds. This is a concern and threatens possible loss or significant restriction of the gene pool of red breeds.

Определена племенная ценность и генетический потенциал 21 быка-производителя голштинской породы, используемого в стаде племенного завода Тверской области, где проводилась их ранговая оценка по ряду селекционных признаков. Удой дочерей оцениваемых быков 8700—10804 кг молока с массовой долей жира от 3,81 до 3,95% и выходом молочного жира — 346,4—414,9 кг. Белок в молоке у дочерей разных производителей был на одном уровне — от 3,17 до 3,19%. По суммарному выходу молочного белка из-за колебаний в удое, размах признака варьировал от 279 до 344 кг. Племенная ценность (ПЦ) быков по удою составила 91,6—113,3%, 13 из них имели ПЦ ниже 100%, 8 голов — выше 100%. ПЦ по массовой доле жира равнялась 97,7—100,3%, по массовой доле белка — 99,6—100,3%. Суммарная ранговая оценка производителей по сочетаемости признаков их дочерей и женских предков показала, что бык АльтаПилснер 70344827 имеет явное преимущество по ПЦ перед другими производителями, его интегрированный коэффициент связи самый высокий и составляет — 0,78. Производитель Тач 69774799, напротив, занимает последнее место. Дана экономическая оценка использования производителей. Полученные материалы позволяют обеспечить положительную динамику селекционного процесса в молочном скотоводстве. The breeding value and genetic potential of 21 Holstein-stud bulls used in the herd of the stud farm of the Tver region were determined, where they were ranked according to a number of selectional features. The milk yield of the daughters of the evaluated bulls is 8700—10804 kg of milk with a mass fraction of fat from 3.81 to 3.95% and a milk fat yield of 346.4—414.9 kg. The protein in the milk of the daughters of different studs was at the same level-from 3.17 to 3.19%. According to the total yield of milk protein due to fluctuations in milk yield, the range of the trait varied from 279 to 344 kg. The breeding value (BV) of bulls according to the milk yield was 91.6—113.3%, 13 of them had a BV below 100%, 8 heads - above 100%. The BV for the mass fraction of fat was equal 97.7-100.3%, for the mass fraction of protein - 99.6-100.3%. The total ranking of the studs by the combination of the characteristics of their daughters and female ancestors demonstrated that the Altapilsner bull 70344827 has a clear advantage in BV over other studs, its integrated coupling coefficient is the highest and amounts 0.78. Tach 69774799 stud, on the contrary, takes the last place. There is given the economic evaluation of the studs usage. The obtained materials allow to ensure the positive dynamics of the selective process in dairy cattle breeding.

Dairy cattle breeding is one of the leading livestock sectors whose purpose is to ensure the production of high quality dairy raw materials in volumes meeting the scientifically grounded standards of state food security and expanding the export potential of the agrarian sector. The purpose of our research was to study the status and prospects of dairy cattle breeding in the Kirovograd region. Material and methods of research. The research was carried out on the basis of the electronic database of breeding goals (including 2312 cows), official statistics and estimates of cattle of various breeds that are involved in the production of dairy direction in the breeding farms of the Kirovograd region. The analysis used zootechnical and statistical methods. The calculations were carried out using the software package "STATISTICA-6,1" Results. According to the research (2001–2018), the cattle population in the Kirovograd oblast decreased by a factor of 2.6. Thus, as of January 1, 2018, its number constituted 96.3 thousand heads in all categories of farms, 53.1 thousand of them were cows, the number of which also decreased by 2.4 times. Specific gravity of cattle population of farms remains significant and makes up 72.7%, and 80.6% in the livestock of cows. The largest number of cows of agricultural enterprises declined significantly. Thus, as of January 1, 2018, their number was 10.3 thousand goals, which is 4.7 times less than in the same period of 2001. In the households there is also a tendency for a permanent reduction of cows, the difference is, respectively, 37.0 thousand heads or 46.4% The development of dairy cattle breeding is characterized by two opposite tendencies: reduction of livestock of cows and increase of their productivity. Thus, in agricultural enterprises in 2010, compared to 2000, hopes per cow increased by 2.5 times, in all categories of farms by 1.8 times. In 2017, the increase in dairy costs in agricultural enterprises compared to 2010 amounted to 60.0% in farms of all categories 12.2%. The researches found that in the agricultural enterprises of the oblast as of January 1, 2018 there are 26256 head of cattle, including 10281 cows. The breeding part of the existing cows is 3.013 heads, 29.3% of the total number located in 10 breeding farms. The analysis of the genealogy structure showed that the experimental population of cows belongs to 18 lines and related groups of which the most numerous Chifa 1427381 – 20.4%, Starbuck 352790 – 20.1%, Henev 1629391 – 18.6% , Eleusis 1491007 – 11.2%, Family 267150 – 10.8%. Among the indicated lines, the lowest level of milk productivity was first-born cows. The 1491007, the milk of milk for 305 days of lactation was 4466 ± 99.8 kg, and the milk fat was 168.2 ± 6.5 kg. Analogues l Starbak 352779 was characterized by the highest milk productivity, its level was 5696 + 98.8 kg and 224.9 ± 9.7 kg, respectively. The difference in stomach was 1230 ± 140.4 kg (td = 10.2) and at the release of milk fat 56.7 ± 5.28 kg (td = 10.2) at P < 0.001. However, the latter were markedly less service life (125 against 168 days) and logically higher reproduction rate compared to other lines. An analysis of the intensity of the formation of live weight of young animals has been established for its highest growth in heifers of controlled herds in the period from 9 to 12 months. Thus, in animals of Ukrainian red breed, the growth rate of live weight during this period was 75 kg, Ukrainian red-shrimp 61 kg, Ukrainian black-and-white 73 kg, Holstein 76 kg. Accordingly, during this period, the average daily gain of live weight of young breeds of these breeds was 833 g; 678 g; 811 g, 835 g. The sharp fluctuations of average daily increments during growing periods, first of all, testify to the unequal conditions of growing and feeding young animals than the breed differences. In general, as a result of the analysis of the formation of live weight of heifers, a significant level of phenotypic variability was observed, which confirms sufficient genetic resources and preconditions for selection on the given sign. Therefore, proceeding from the above, in the long run, selection work for breeding improvement of cattle breeding farms of the Kirovograd region should be conducted in accordance with certain promising directions according to groups of breeds. Conclusions. A very important factor in the growth of milk production in the Kirovograd region is high-yield pedigree cattle. The main task on the way of bringing breeding cases in dairy farming to the modern level is the introduction of computer breeding records in breeding farms. This will allow to estimate in the near future bulls-pedigrees, which were used in the past in these farms, to allocate among them complex improvers for precisely the specific conditions and maximally attract them for reproduction. On the other hand, a reliable clogging of poor quality in the genetic sense of sperm production, which leads to negative consequences, will be posed. When establishing the assessment of the breeding value of bulls and developing a single plan of breeding and breeding work in the region, one can proceed to the next step of improving breeding and breeding business, introducing a progressive method of raising the breeding value of animals of large-scale breeding. As a result, the profit from the breeding of highly productive animals, well adapted to specific conditions, will significantly exceed the costs. At the same time, the proposed measures will allow the breeding business to be brought up to the modern world level and stimulate highly productive cattle breeding.

The buffalo milk industry has economic and social relevance in Italy, as linked to the manufacture of traditional dairy products. To provide an overview of the current status of buffaloes’ performances on a large scale, almost 1 million milk test-day records from 72,294 buffaloes were available to investigate milk yield, energy corrected milk, fat, protein, and lactose content, and somatic cell score (SCS). Phenotypic correlations between milk traits were calculated and analysis of variance was carried out through a mixed model approach including fixed effect of parity, stage of lactation, sampling time, month of calving, and all their interactions and random effects of buffalo, herd-test-date, and residual. Third-parity buffaloes were the most productive in terms of milk yield, while the lowest solid content was detected in sixth parity buffaloes. A considerable gap between primiparous and multiparous buffaloes was observed for milk yield, especially in early- and mid-lactation. Overall, SCS progressively increased with parity and showed a negative correlation with milk yield in both primiparous (−0.12) and multiparous (−0.14) buffaloes. Results suggested that, at the industrial level, milk of primiparous buffaloes may be preferred for transformation purposes, since it was characterized by greater solid content and lower SCS. Results of this study provide a picture of the Italian population of buffaloes under systematic performance records and might be beneficial to both dairy industry and breeding organizations.

Dependence on imports of main food products remains unchanged in the Russian Federation. Government programms set goals to increase quantity as well as quality of manufactured products. It is possible due to the introduction of a DNA technology into dairy cattle breeding. Reliable genetic markers of a cow protein milk ability are kappa casein and beta-lactoglobulin. We have studied milk proteinpolymorphism, genotype combinations in interconnection with milk ability and breed for the Ayrshire, Holstein and Holstein-Yaroslavl cross breed cows. It was found that in the same conditions and with the balanced feeding differences in milk yield and quantity of fat in milk among breeds are statistically unreliable while in milk protein quantity the difference is highly reliable D ≥ 0,999. There is high occurrence frequency of A kappa casein allele (0,74– 0,93) and low of kappa casein allele B (0,07–0,12), especially in case of the Ayrshire breed. B-allele of beta-lactoglobulin in the genotype of all cows is seen with the frequency of 0,58–0,70, A-allele is average (0,30–0,42). In order to increase the protein milk ability of the cows farms are to use more Ballele kappa-casein servicing bulls. Target breeding according to this characteristic as well as milk yield is also recommended.

В статье приведены результаты исследования высшей селекционной группы холмогорской породы по генам молочных белков и гормонов и их взаимосвязь с молочной продуктивностью. У коров холмогорской породы (п=150), принадлежащих ведущим племенным хозяйствам Архангельской области были определены генотипы генов CSN3, LGB, PRL, GH, LEP и их комплексы с использованием метода ПЦР-ПДРФ. В высшей селекционной группе животных из 243 теоретически возможных выявлено наличие 49 комплексных генотипов CSN3/LGB/PRL/GH/LEP, с различной частотой встречаемости. Третья часть животных (33,3%) представлена наиболее часто встречающимися генотипами CSN3АА/LGBАВ/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (16%), CSN3АА/LGBBВ/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (12%) и CSN3АА/LGBBВ/PRLAG/GHLL/LEPAA (5,3%). Наиболее распространенные у холмогорских коров генотипы CSN3AA/LGBAB/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (n=24) и CSN3AA/LGBВB/PRLGG/GHLL/LEP AA (n=18) различаются между собой только по одной позиции — наличию одного или 2-х аллелей В гена бета-лактоглобулина. Оценка молочной продуктивности с учетом комплексных генотипов одновременно по 5 генам показала, что достоверно самый высокий удой 11332 кг молока по сравнению с другими генотипами и средним значением по стаду (Р<0,05) достигнут в группе животных с генотипом CSN3АА/LGBАA/PRLAG/GHLL/LEPAA, не имеющих в составе комплексного генотипа В аллеля молочных белков. Коровы с генотипом CSN3АА/LGBАА/PRLАG/GHLL/LEPAA имеют достоверное преимущество по удою на 1785 кг молока (P<0,05) над животными, имеющими в составе комплексного генотипа 2 аллеля В гена LGB — CSN3АА/LGBBВ/PRLАG/GHLL/LEPAA, и на 1051 кг над коровами с комплексным генотипом CSN3АВ/LGBАВ/PRLАG/GHLL/LEPAA. Лучшей по содержанию жира (4,38%) является группа коров с генотипом CSN3АА/LGBВВ/PRLAG/GHLL/LEPAA, по содержанию белка (3,29%) — с генотипом CSN3АА/LGBВВ/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA.The article presents the results of the study of the highest breeding group of Kholmogory breed on the genes of milk proteins and hormones and their relationship with milk productivity. The genotypes of genes CSN3, LGB, PRL, GH, LEP and their complexes were determined in cows of Kholmogory breed (n=150) belonging to the leading breeding farms of the Arkhangelsk region using the PCR-RFLP method. 49 complex genotypes CSN3/LGB/PRL/GH/LEP with different frequency of occurrence were revealed in the highest selection group of animals out of 243 theoretically possible. The third part of the animals (33,3%) are the three most common genotypes CSN3АА/LGBАВ/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (16%), CSN3АА/LGBBВ/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (12%) and CSN3АА/LGBBВ/PRLAG/GHLL/LEPAA (5.3 %). The most common in Kholmogory cows genotypes CSN3AA/LGBAB/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (n=24) and CSN3AA/LGBВB/PRLGG/GHLL/LEPAA (n=18) differ only in one position — the presence of one or 2 alleles B in the gene of beta-lactoglobulin. Evaluation of milk productivity taking into account the complex genotypes simultaneously for 5 genes showed that the highest yield of 11332 kg of milk compared to other genotypes and the average value of the herd (P<0.05) was achieved in the group of animals with the genotype CSN3АА/LGBАA/PRLAG/GHLL/LEPAA, which do not have allele B of milk proteins in the complex genotype. Animals with genotype CSN3АА/LGBАА/PRLАG/GHLL/LEPAA have a significant preference for the yield of milk in 1785 kg of milk (P<0.05) on animals with 2 allele B of  the gene LGB in the complex genotype CSN3АА/LGBBВ/PRLАG/

Приведены результаты исследований молочной продуктивности и качественных показателей молока коров голштинской породы австралийской селекции 3 линий в условиях Волгоградской области. Установлено, что наиболее высокий удой молока по 1й лактации был у коров линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 7262,0 кг. В сравнении со сверстницами линий Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 он был выше, соответственно, на 84,3 и 351,1 кг. Лучший показатель содержания жира установлен в молоке коров линии Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 3,90. Валовой выход жира был больше у коров линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 в сравнении со сверстницами линий Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 на 4,15 и 11,42 кг. Они же отличались и наибольшим выходом молочного белка.По наивысшей лактации бльшим удоем отличались коровы линии Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 7689,65 кг, которые превосходили по данному показателю сверстниц линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679, соответственно, на 134,5 и 252,17 кг. От них молочного жира было получено больше в сравнении со сверстницами линий Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679, соответственно, на 4,42 и 9,65 кг, массовая доля белка в молоке коров этой линии была выше, соответственно, на 4,12 и 7,42 кг. Казеина содержалось больше в молоке коров линии Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 по сравнению со сверстницами линий Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 на 0,02 и 0,05, продолжительность сычужной свертываемости молока у них была короче, соответственно, на 1,40 и 1,15 мин. Содержание кальция и фосфора в молоке анализируемых линий находилось в пределах физиологической нормы. Целесообразно и перспективно более широкое использование животных линий Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 и Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998.The article presents the results of studies of milk production and quality indicators of milk of cows of the Australian selection of Holstein cattle of three lines in the conditions of the Volgograd region. It was established that the highest milk yield in the first lactation was in cows of the Reflection Sovering line 198,998 7,262.0 kg. In comparison with the peers of the lines of Vis Back Ideal 1013415 and Montwick Chieftain 95679, it was higher by 84.3 and 351.1 kg, respectively. The best indicator of fat content is set in the milk of cows of the Montwick Chieftain line 95679 3.90. The gross yield of fat was greater for cows in the Reflection Line of Sovering 198998 compared with the peers of the lines of Vis Back Ideal 1013415 and Montwick Chieftain 95679 by 4.15 and 11.42 kg. They also differed in the highest yield of milk protein. In terms of the highest lactation, the cows of the Vis Back Ideal line 1013415 7689.65 kg differed in terms of high milk yield, which surpassed in this indicator the contemporaries of the Reflection Sovering line 198998 and Montwick Chieftain 95679, respectively, by 134.5 and 252.17 kg. Milk fat was obtained from them in comparison with the peers of the Reflection Sovering lines 198998 and Montwick Chieftain 95679 by 4.42 and 9.65 kg, respectively, the mass fraction of protein in the milk of cows of this line was higher respectively by 4.12 and 7.42 kg. There was more casein in milk of cows of the Vis Back Ideal line 1013415 compared to the peers of Reflection Sovering 198998 and Montwick Chieftain 95679 peers by 0.02 and 0.05, the duration of rennet coagulability of milk was shorter by 1.40 and 1.15, respectively min The content of calcium and phosphorus in the milk of the analyzed lines was within the physiological norm.Consequently, it is expedient and promising to use the animal lines of the Vis Back Ideal 1013415 and Reflection Sovering 198998.


The results of researches on studying of sires influence on milk production and reproductive properties of Sychevskaya breed cows, bred in the breeding farm, JSC "Vostok", Smolensk region. In order to determine sires, cows, which are able to increase milk productivity of the herd without compromising reproductive properties, population of full-aged cows, according to their origin, was divided into six groups. Their milk yield was analyzed for first and third lactations, mass fraction of milk fat and milk protein, live weight, coefficients of milk yield of cows and the sustainability of lactation. The most stable, in all groups, is the first lactation, then there is a decrease to the fifth lactation. Cows received from the bull of Sychevskaya breed Pyl 6782, for the first lactation have a productive advantage over livestock received from other bulls. In full-aged animals derived from this bull, this advantage is lost. The daughters Hanke 6749, Holstein red-and-motley breed, have intensively promoting milk productivity, indicators of milk fat and protein is higher in daughters of Holstein bull Marder 6721. Reproductive properties were studied: open days and calving interval, age at first calving, days to first fertilization in lactation. The best reproductive properties have Sychev bulls. After calving, reproductive function in daughters Naliv 6791(sychevskaya breed) were restored earlier, in daughters Hanke 6749 - for longer period. The correlation of signs is defined: milk yield between lactations, milk productivity with mass fraction offat%, live weight, age of the first calving, the period of days before the first insemination in lactation.

Рассмотрена динамика производства молока в сельскохозяйственных организациях Ярославской области с 2015 по 2019 год. Проведено разделение на группы предприятий по надою молока от 1 коровы. Рассмотрены проблемы малых и средних ферм. Выявлен устойчивый рост валового надоя молока. В 2019 году он составил 292 тыс. т (+16,8% к уровню 2015 г.), что обусловлено увеличением среднегодового надоя на 1 корову до 6967 кг. Наибольший рост продуктивности отмечен в группе хозяйств с надоем от 6001 до 8000 кг (29,4%), что определено комплексным подходом к совершенствованию ведения молочного скотоводства и укреплением кормовой базы. Выявлена положительная тенденция увеличения доли вегетативных траншейных кормов I и II класса, которая в 2019 году составила 66% и возросла на 20 п.п. по сравнению с 2015 годом. Анализ породного состава молочного скота в регионе показал увеличение доли высокопродуктивных пород в племенных хозяйствах с 16,5% в 2015 году до 26,0% в 2019 году. Интенсивное использование животных приводит к ранней выбраковке коров в возрасте 3,07 отела и снижению среднего возраста стад до 2,43 отела. Дальнейший рост производства молока в регионе возможен при решении комплекса задач по оптимизации породного состава молочного скота, совершенствованию производственных систем в малых и средних сельскохозяйственных предприятиях, повышению уровня кормления и улучшению условий содержания скота. The dynamics of milk production in agricultural organizations of the Yaroslavl region in the period from 2015 to 2019 is considered, the grouping of enterprises by milk yield is carried out, the problems of small and medium-sized farms are emphasized, a steady increase of milk production was revealed, which in 2019 amounted to 292 thousand tons (+16.8% compared to 2015), which is due to an increase in the average annual milk yield per cow to 6967 kg. The greatest increase in productivity was observed in the group of farms with milk yield from 6001 to 8000 kg (+29.37%). This is determined by a comprehensive approach to improving the management of dairy cattle and strengthening the feed base. During the study period, a positive trend was revealed to increase the share of vegetative feeds of class I and II quality, which in 2019 amounted to 66% and increased by 20 p.p. compared to 2015. Analysis of the breed composition of dairy cattle in the region showed an increase in the share of highly productive breeds in breeding farms from 16.5% in 2015 to 26.0% in 2019. At the same time, intensive use of animals leads to an earlier cull of cows at the age of 3.07 calving and a decrease in the average age of herds by 6.5%, which is 2.43 calving. Further growth of milk production in the region is possible when solving a set of tasks to optimize the breed composition of dairy cattle, improve production systems, in small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, increase the level of feeding and improve the conditions of keeping livestock.

The inheritance of allelic variants of the kappa-casein gene from bulls with different genotypes and their influence on the milk production of daughters were studied. For research, PCR diagnostics of daughters in the herds of black-and-white cattle at the farms “Azeleevo” and “Vakhitovo” (OJSC “Red East Agro”) was carried out, the fathers were two bulls LADDIE 135797213 with a genotypes CSN3 AB and LOMAX 10785322 with a genotype CSN3 BB. Based on the results of genotyping, the frequency of occurrence of genotypes AA, AB, BB kappa-casein and allelic variants A and B in daughters was calculated. The bull with the CSN3 AB genotype produced the largest number of offspring with the CSN3 AA genotype 50.0-51.8 %, and the bull with the homozygous BB genotype produced 24–25 % of daughters carrying the BB variant and 75 -76 % of the AB genotype. The frequency of occurrence of the Kappa-casein allele in the daughters of bulls with the genotype CSN3 BB was 0.63, which is almost 2 times more than the allele A. When comparing heifers with the same genotype (CSN3 AB), it was found that at the Azeleevo farm, the daughters of the bulls having the genotype BB of kappa-casein are superior to cows born from bulls with the genotype AB by the milk yield (+36 kg), mass fraction of fat and protein (+0.01 %), the amount of milk fat (+2 kg) and protein (+2 kg). In the group of first-calf heifers with the BB genotype, daughters of the producer with the BB genotype are superior by the milk yield (+ 175 kg), the mass fraction of fat in milk (+0.1 %), the amount of milk fat (+12 kg), the mass fraction of protein in milk (+0.09 %), the amount of milk protein (+11 kg). At the Vakhitovo farm, similar results in the group of CSN3 AB heifers born from the bulls with the BB genotype was observed
