Problem and goal. The purpose of the study was to conduct a comparative veterinary and sanitary toxicological assessment of the products of the agro-industrial complex in terms of the content of nitrates. Methodology. The article deals with the method of determining the content of nitrates using a portable nitrate tester in order to monitor and establish the veterinary, sanitary and toxicological safety of plant food products for the population. The object of research was the plant products of the agro-industrial complex. The research was conducted in the conditions of the Department of Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise, Obstetrics, Surgery and Internal Diseases of Animals of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Ryazan State Agrotechnological University named after P. A. Kostychev" in 2015-2020 in the laboratory of "Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology". Results. The work presents a comparative quantitative assessment of the indicators of the content of nitrates in vegetable products of vegetables and fruits in diferent regions of the region. Installed slight excess of 135 mg/kg to 80 mg/kg concentrations of nitrate in Luque; in the potato, the nitrate level is set at the upper normal limit of 250 mg/kg; in the lemon were found above the level of nitrates in 2 times in comparison with the norm MAC. The increased content of these substances, which is found in plant products, creates a risk of poisoning animals and humans. Conclusion. Thus, the veterinary and sanitary toxicological assessment contributes to the timely control of the level of nitrates in crop products, which in turn allows timely measures to prevent products with a high content of nitrogenous compounds from being sold to the population. It is possible and necessary to reduce the level of accumulation of nitrates as a natural compound. To this end, we recommend that when growing all crops, strictly observe the maximum permissible standards for the application of nitrogen fertilizers, which guarantee the production of" environmentally friendly " products and exclude environmental pollution.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the state of the equipment recycling system in Russia and the issues of improving the legislative framework that accompanies it. The role of state structures in solving the problems of forming a resource-saving ecooriented system for the disposal of decommissioned equipment is reflected. To analyze the work in the field of waste management, to reflect the state of the legislative framework for the existing system of recycling equipment in Russia and abroad, to make recommendations for its improvement. Problems with waste appear when, in the process of production and consumption of substances, objects (equipment), he/she becomes unnecessary for their owners, their owner tries to get rid of this object in the most accessible way. According to numerous information, the disposal of equipment in Russia is mainly carried out (black waste collectors), which control more than 60 % of the scrap of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, so the solution to the problem of creating an effective system for the disposal of equipment becomes not just relevant, but vital for our state. The scientific community in Russia is constantly conducting research on the creation and implementation of a system for the disposal of decommissioned equipment, so, for example, MADI scientists proposed a regional car recycling system for implementation, the scientists of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution FNAC VIM also developed a regional system for the disposal of agricultural recycling equipment. In order to quickly solve the problem of working out a general strategy for creating an effective system of recycling equipment in Russia, taking into account the revision of the legislative framework, it is advisable to "run-in" it at the industry level, for example, in the agroindustrial complex, with subsequent replication in other industries.

The article discusses research on improving the elements of the technology of cultivation of spring rape in the Ryazan region. The experiments were carried out on the territory of the experimental agrotechnological station of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Russian State Aviation Technical University, Ryazan Region, on dark gray forest heavy loamy soils. In the experiment, with an agroecological test against the background of the action of the levels of mineral nutrition, on average, a higher yield according to the experience was recorded on the variants with the action of high doses of nitrogen fertilizers N90-180, and the complex action of the elements N180P120K60. On average, the maximum yield was recorded on variants with Cebra KL hybrids - N180 (28.2 c/ha), N180P120K60 (27.3 c/ha). In the experiment, with registration tests of the agrochemical NPS 11-37-5 in different doses on spring rape, it was found that the use of different doses of fertilizer led to an extension of the interfacial period of flowering - seed formation up to 4-5 days in comparison with the control, with a long duration of this period was observed with increasing fertilizer dosage. The use of NPS 11-37-5 fertilizer contributed to an increase in comparison with control of plant height by 0.4-18.9%, leaf area by 2.5-29.4%, the number of pods per plant by 3.2-29, 1%, respectively, with an increase in the fertilizer dose. On average, the highest yield of spring rape was observed in the variant with the use of an increased dose of the preparation von NPK + NPS 11-37-5, 350.0 kg / ha (21.7 c/ha). Tuberculosis (TB) is a socially significant disease for the entire world community. An important challenge in successfully combating this infection is the avalanche increase in the number of drug-resistant tuberculosis. Currently, among the reasons for the development of pulmonary tuberculosis, a complex of etiological and pathogenic factors contributing to the disruption of the immune response to M. tuberculosis and the formation of secondary immunological failure (SIF) accompanying the disease are of particular importance. However, the issues of discoordination of cellular components of the local immune system of the lungs leading to T-cell deficiency, as well as the ineffectiveness of the B-cell link, reduction of lymphocyte proliferative activity and activation of apoptosis, cytokine imbalance and activation of immunosuppression mechanisms are not fully studied and have a scattered nature, which does not allow us to assess the overall picture of violations. The goal: determining the immunophenotype of lymphocyte population in lung tissue biopsy specimens of patients with various forms of secondary tuberculosis depending on resistance in case fibrosecavernous tuberculosis (FCT). The material in the study was pulmonary tissue fragments of 30 patients with the verified diagnosis of FCT, and distributed in 2 main groups: resistant forms of secondary tuberculosis (n = 15) and 15 patients not resistant forms of secondary tuberculosis. The standard histological method was used. Immunohistochemically panel of markers included CD68, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD138. The study was conducted at the Center for the collective use of scientific equipment «Molecular Biology» of the Medical Academy named after S.I. Georgievsky in the framework of the grant № ВГ 09/2019, supported by federal state autonomous educational institution of higher education «V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University». The results of the study have shown that in the conditions of secondary tuberculosis, regardless of resistance, the formation of local immunodeficiency with an immune response along the Th-2 pathway is determined. The prevalence of cytotoxic lymphocytes in the area of specific granulation tissue and the draining bronchus indicated the prolongation of inflammation and its transfer to the latent phase. The increase in the number of T-helpers and activated plasma cells can serve a reliable prognostic and diagnostic marker for the reactivation of the tuberculosis process.
