Under today’s conditions the system of higher education should gradually but steadily move from the transfer of information to managing educational and cognitive activities of students, to forming their skills of creative independent work. This problem is especially topical for students of artistic specialties, in particular, music students. Their independent work actively influences the nature and quality of educational process throughout the whole period of instruction, underlies artistic education and is an important part of training process. Based on the above, there is a need to reorient the educational process so that professional development of future specialists would be primarily aimed at forming the skills of independent work. The effectiveness of independent work directly depends on the methodology of its organization. It should organically continue classroom work. From the standpoint of management approach to the organization of students’ independent work we understand this category as a purposeful activity of the teacher, ensuring the effective functioning of educational process and development of professional skills of students as the objects of management. The technology of carrying out independent work by the student-musician largely depends on his/her performing skills, as well as command of methods of working on a musical work and methods of processing scientific and scientific-pedagogical sources. The teacher determines the type of independent work (for example, learning musical works of educational or children’s repertoire, scales, etudes, etc.), which is performed by the student, as well as where and how he/she reports on completing tasks for independent work. The system of independent classes should also cover other types of educational performance activities, namely: reading music at sight, transposing, creating variants of artistic interpretation, artistic-pedagogical and performance analysis of musical works, etc. Each of the listed activities has its own specificity and therefore presupposes appropriate forms and methods of independent work. Thus, the effective training of students of artistic specialties should be aimed at forming their ability to independent creative activity, which should become one of the strategic directions of building a qualitatively new system of training.

In the context of modern educational conditions, it becomes actual to solve the problem of preparation of such teaching aids that would act as an integral tool of the pedagogical technology of effective training in power exercises. The aim of the article is to present the results of the analysis of modern requirements for the didactic projection of teaching aids, to justify the demand for their design and to present a project for the integrated use of didactic tools in the training of power exercises. The study used a method of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature on the issues reflecting the state of the problem of the didactic facilities projection, the theoretical foundations of training motor activities, the problems of creating and using didactic means for teaching motor activities. To determine the efficiency of the traditional methods of teaching power exercises a pedagogical experiment was established. 34 girls and 47 boys participated in the experiment. The results which showed the quality of learning the orienting basis for motor actions were obtained by testing. Results of the study. The modern requirements of the theory of projecting teaching aids indicate the need for a comprehensive design and reflection of the components of the implemented didactic system in the teaching facilities, namely: the purpose of training, the content of training, the learning process itself and organizational forms of education. Projecting these elements in accordance with the requirements presented in the theory makes it possible to implement a pre-designed didactic system in practice. The analysis of the theoretical bases of teaching motor actions shows that the process of mastering knowledge of motor actions as an indicative basis for carrying out these actions is of primary importance for developing motor skills and abilities. The obtained results of power exercises training system according to the traditional method showed the following: 70.2% of young men and 84.3% of girls reached the first level of learning the orienting basis of motor actions in power training. Indicators of the second level of learning were extremely low: only 5% of boys and 18.7% of girls reached it. The project has been created for training motor activities using such didactic facilities as an electronic educational resource and instruction cards. Each facility has its own functions in providing the stages of the educational and cognitive cycle, the use of which is designed depending on the way the group of students are organized, the forms of the educational process organization.

The main direction of improving the process of professional development of doctors at the stage of postgraduate training is the gradual introduction of modern forms of education. Internship is the first step to independent work of a doctor, so it is important from this stage to direct the efforts of a young specialist to self-improvement. Traditional methods of training interns are primarily aimed at obtaining and deepening knowledge through the transfer of information with subsequent implementation in specific professional activities with recognized algorithms. However, this method of teaching does not contribute to the development of independent cognitive activity of young colleagues, although it is on this postulate the concept of distance learning is based as a new form of postgraduate education. The article characterizes the modern system of training of interns-ophthalmologists. The use of distance learning, clinical analysis of patients’ data, stage test control, situational tasks in the educational process is substantiated. Wishes are expressed to improve the organization of the internship in ophthalmology.

The following paper deals with the independent work of students as an important factor of modern higher education. The author describes specifics and features of students independent work accomplishment in the conditions of electronic training, distant education forms expansion and educational process transfer to the Internet. The essence of students independent work and influence of educational risks of different nature on it is determined. Taking into account the international standards ISO determining the main task of quality assurance as management of risks arising during its achievement, students independent work quality can be provided with pedagogical controls. Search of pedagogical controls quality of students independent work was performed in Tolyatti Academy of Management where they have been applying the open information and education environment for more than 10 years. The research results showed that effective management of students independent work quality in new conditions of its accomplishment requires implementation of three different types of management - mediated pedagogical, self-government and co-managing, as well as different pedagogical means. The received materials can form a basis for quality improvement of students independent work as well as of the higher education in general.

Abstract The schoolbook in general is important in the educational process and their own importance; given the role of the Arabic language in preserving the identity and culture of society, it is therefore necessary to pay attention to its design and preparation, so that it achieves the desired goals. It meets the standards and performance of the quality of the book and addresses the gap between the elements of the language and its skills. Teaching books include an important component in learning, therefore must meet the criteria of teaching books that are worth using in accordance with applicable provisions. And the teaching material in it is also good quality material. The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of the Arabic teaching book grade IV issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2021. The methods used are library research and content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis can be known if there are still some errors in terms of content, presentation, language, and radiography. More research is needed on this book. Keywords: The School book _ standards _ goals _ skills. Teaching Book, Arabic
