This study aims to analyze the effect of Tax Access, Facilities, Complain Center and Website to Taxpayer Compliance In Karanganyar District. The population in this study are all Motor Vehicle Taxpayers registered in Karanganyar District. Sampling technique using random sampling technique with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Analytical techniques consist of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicolinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, T test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. Hypothesis Test Result proves that Access Taxes, Facilities, Complaint Center, and Website have positive and significant impact to Taxpayer Compliance. F test results prove that Tax Access, Facilities, Complaint Center, and Website together have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. The result of determination test (R2) proves that the overall influence given by independent variable to the dependent variable is 31.3% while the rest of 68,7% is influenced by variable or other model not included in this research.Keyword: Tax Access, Facilities, Complain Center and Website, Taxpayer Compliance

This study aims to analyze the effect of Tax Access, Facilities, Complain Centers and Websites on Taxpayer Compliance in Boyolali Regency. The population in this study are all Motor Vehicle Taxpayers registered in Boyolali Regency. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis technique consisted of validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis Test Results prove that Access to Tax, Facilities, Complaint Center, and Website have a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. F test results prove that Access to Tax, Facilities, Complaint Center and Website together have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. The results of the determination test (R2) prove that overall the effect exerted by the independent variable on the dependent variable was 31.3% while the remaining 68.7% was influenced by other variables or models not included in this study.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and services on student satisfaction Study Program Economic Education Faculty of Education Social Sciences IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Procurement of facilities and services starting from the needs of students, so that the success or failure of facilities and services provided can be seen from the perception of students on the quality of facilities and services which is a total assessment of the benefits of facilities and services provided to students. In this case, student satisfaction will be achieved if the quality of facilities and services provided in accordance with the required. The population in this study are the students of Economics Education program level I to IV as much as 402 respondents. Sample taken 10% with probability sampling technique equal to 40 respondents. Technique of gathering datamenggunakan instrument in the form of kuesioner. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test), and test of coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that the variables of the facilities have a significant effect on the students 'satisfaction, while the service variable has no significant effect on the students' satisfaction. F test results show that the means and services have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the students of Economic Education Study Program of 58.3% based on the R2 value of 0.583 with the significance of 0.000.Keywords : Facilities, Service, and Students Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Pengadaan sarana dan pelayanan dimulai dari kebutuhan mahasiswa, sehingga berhasil atau tidaknya sarana dan layanan yang disediakan dapat dilihat dari persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang merupakan penilaian total atas keunggulan sarana dan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Dalam hal ini, kepuasan mahasiswa akan tercapai apabila kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang disediakan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi tingkat I s/d IV sebanyak 402 responden. Sampel diambil 10% dengan teknik probability sampling sebesar 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel sarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan variabel pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi sebesar 58,3% yang didasarkan pada nilai R2 sebesar 0,583 dengan signifikansi 0,000.Kata Kunci : Sarana, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh keandalan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh daya tanggap terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh jaminan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, interaksi pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 151 responden dari 243 responden siswa, ditentukan oleh rumus Yamane (1967), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Uji instrumen pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji F-test, lima dimensi kualitas yang sama untuk kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (Y). Dari hasil perhitungan t-test terbukti bahwa variabel reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), asuransi (X3) dan tangible assets (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y), sedangkan variabilitas empati (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y). Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menghasilkan nilai 0,145, yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 14,5%, sedangkan sisanya 85,5% dari variabel lain dipengaruhi di luar lima variabel bebas. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa, pendidikan Abstract- This study aims to determine:the influence of physical evidence on student satisfaction, the influence of reliability on student satisfaction, the influence of responsiveness to student satisfaction, influence of guarantee to student satisfaction, student satisfaction, interaction of influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy toward student satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with survey approach. The sample used was 151 respondents from 243 respondents students, determined by the formula Yamane (1967), while the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling method. Test the examination instrument using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that from the F-test results, the same five dimensions of quality for student satisfaction at the Faculty of Computer Science (Y). From t-test result, it is proved that the variable of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), insurance (X3) and tangible assets (X5) have significant effect on dependent variable (Y), while empathy variation (X4) has no significant effect on the dependent variable Y). From result of calculation of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) yield value 0,145, which means that influence of independent variable to dependent variable is 14,5%, while the rest 85,5% from other variable influenced outside five independent variable. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Minimum statutory reserve, BIRate, and Inflation towards Loan to Deposit Ratio. Population in this research used JointVenture Bank in Indonesian Banking Directory during period 2013 through 2017.Purposive sampling method were used as samples determining method and 14 bankselected as the sample of the research. This type of research is descriptive quantitative.Presentation and analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis, paneldata regression models, data estimation methods namely Chow Test, classicalassumption analysis using normality test, multicollinearity test and hypothesis test. Thisresult of research show that variable GWM have positive and not significant influence toLDR. Variable BI Rate have negative significant influence to LDR. And variable inflationhave positive significant influence to LDR. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 89%compared to the independent variable on the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio in 2013-2017. While 4% is contributed by other factors.

Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.131> 2.024), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.4%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (5.625> 2.024) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. A simultaneous test of work discipline and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (25.798> 2.860)  g thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline and work discipline on employee work performance.

<em>This research is aimed to analyze and identify the signification influence of product ,price, promotion and place to the saving deccison at Bank Jateng Cabang Ungaran and partially. Data were collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents who are customers of saving at Bank Jateng Cabang Ungaran. Which is obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The calssical assumption of normality test,multicoloniarity, heteroscedasticity test and multiople linier analysis test and coefficient of determination. The hypothesis proved using the t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the product, price, promotion, placesimultaneously have significanctly influence against the customer’s decision to save. Partially there are one significant variabels that influence the customer decision saving of promotion. For product, price, place variables not significant on the customer’s decision to save at Bank Jateng Cabang Ungaran</em>

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

The background of this research is that the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency tends to decline, allegedly due to a lack of skills and work experience.  This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work experience partially and simultaneously on the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population was 84 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency and the sample size was 84 employees, while the sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions, correlation test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study obtained a hypothesis test of the skill variable on career development obtained tcount> ttable (3,913> 1,989) which means significant, work experience on career development obtained tcount> ttable (4,627> 1,989) means significant, while skills and work experience on career development obtained Fcount> Ftable (51,616> 3,11) means significant.

This study aims to determine the experiential effect of marketing on customer loyalty at Strawberry D'Mooat Gardens. Experiential Marketing is a marketing approach that involves the emotions and feelings of consumers by creating positive experiences. Customer loyalty is a reliable measure to predict sales growth and customer loyalty can also be defined based on constitutional buying behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 50 respondents who are customers of Strawberry D’Mooat Gardens who have visited more than twice. The sampling technique in this study is to use Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple linear analysis method which includes validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test and analytical test of the coefficient of determination. It can be seen from the results of testing statistically it can be seen clearly that the independent variable Experiential Marketing affects the dependent variable Customer Loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it shows that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This shows that experiential marketing is one of the determinants of Customer Loyalty because good experiential marketing will create and maintain customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on visit decision in Tourism Village Cibeusi Subang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approach. The data used in this study including primary and secondary data. The samples amounted on 100 respondents, taken from the tourist population in 2018 counted as 3.218 tourists . This sample is calculated by using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique is done using incidental approach. Data collection is done using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The model of the questionnaire used a Likert scale. The verificative analysis used were instrumental test (validity test and reliability test), normality test, heteroscedascity test, simple linear regression, correlation analysis, analysis of determination and partial hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that the correlation between variables categorized as moderate. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable was 23.7%, whilst 76.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The t test result showed that the value of  tcount  > ttable (5,512 > 1,984) with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Cibeusi Tourism Village, Subang Regency.
