Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Analysis of the data was used descriptive qualitative and quantitative including instruments data test, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination and hypothesis test partial and simultaneous. The results of this study that showed the partial test results and simultaneous between the independent variables are financial compensation (X1) and nonfinancial compensation (X2) to the dependent variable is the employee performance (Y) which has a positive and significant impact to overall the formulating of research hypothesis was resolved. Through the test results of coefficient determination is known that variable financial compensation and non-financial compensation can explain by employee performance at 60%. Multiple Linear Regressions showed that the independent variable has positive coefficient values respectively is 0306 and 0608 with financial compensation as independent variables were the most dominating in affecting the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.

The population of this research were 46.261 and the samples used were 80. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The analytical method used was the Data Quality Test (Validity Test and Reliability Test) and the Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heterosedactivity Test). The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the result test partially (t test), the advantage of NPWP and taxation penalty had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer understanding and service quality did not affect taxpayer compliance. The test results simultaneously (F test) showed the advantage of NPWP, taxpayer understanding, service quality, service penalty affected taxpayer compliance. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) showed that the advantage of NPWP, taxpayer understanding, service quality, service penalty were able to explain taxpayer compliance by 24% and the remaining 76% was explained by other variables.

The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Tool collecting data using a detailed questionnaire with Likert scale, which consists of a detailed questionnaire for academic procrastination and academic efficacy. While the achievement of student learning is measured based on the CPI. The analysis used in this study is the technique of correlation of Product Moment with the help of SPSS Version 18.0. The first hypothesis test results showed that the relationship between academic procrastination and academic achievement, known (r) correlation coefficient between academic procrastination and academic achievement of 0.015 with p 0.890 > 0.05 negative correlation, direction and with the guidelines of the wear level of significance of 5%, obtained p 0.890 > 0.0.5 then correlation between academic procrastination and academic achievement is declared not significant. The second hypothesis test results showed a relationship between academic efficacy with academic achievement, known coefficient of correlation (r) between academic efficacy and academic achievement -0.004 0.970 > with p 0.05, direction correlation negative and wear guidelines significance level 5%, obtained p 0.970 > 0.05 then correlation between academic efficacy with academic achievement is expressed is not significant. While the third hypothesis test results showed the absence of significant correlation between academic procrastination and academic efficacy simultaneously toward academic achievement with the retrieved R square (coefficient of determination) of 0000, and the coefficient correlation of 0.015 with 0.990 > p 0.05.
