Plagiarism is a crime that often occurs in the academic world, plagiarism occurs because of theft of other people's work that is illegally recognized as if the work is his own. N-gram is an algorithm by cutting as many characters as N-characters in a sentence or word. While the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm is a string search algorithm, this algorithm is used to maintain information that is used to carry out the number of shifts whenever there is no matched patency in the text. The purpose of this study is to create a system to measure the comparison of the accuracy of the N-gram algorithm with a website-based KMP on a thesis abstract document. This research uses the waterfall system development method which has stages, namely analysis, design, coding, and testing. The KMP test results are better than N-gram where kmp has an average percentage of 3.8% while the N-gram 3.5% results are obtained from an average of 10 trials and 5 documents tested.

Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

Plagiarism is the use of data, language and writing without including the original author or source. The place where palgiate practice occurs most often is the academic environment. In the academic world, the most frequently plagiarized thing is scientific work, for example thesis. To minimize the practice of plagiarism, it is not enough to just remind students. Therefore we need a system or application that can help in measuring the level of similarity of student thesis proposals in order to minimize plagiarism practice. In computer science, the Rabin-Karp algorithm can be used in measuring the level of similarity of texts. The Rabin-Karp algorithm is a string matching algorithm that uses a hash function as a comparison between the search string (m) and substrings in text (n). The Rabin-Karp algorithm is a string search algorithm that can work for large data sizes. The test results show that the use of values on k-gram has an effect on the results of the measurement of similarity levels. In addition, it was also found that the use of the value 5 on k-gram was faster in executing than the values 4 and 6.

This research aims to produce products such as module, which supporter statistics courses in IKIP Budi Utomo Malang institutions. It can be used to enhance the students' ability to solve problems. This research development method using ADDIE models which include analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Methods of data collection in this study include legibility test. Results of this study we concluded the step wrote statistics module that determining competency standards, specify the title of the module, arrange the contents of the module, cover design, legibility test, revision and production. Based on the conclusion that thelegibility test for aspects of language, presentation, and graphic declared valid while the worthiness aspect of the module is very valid. So based on student legibility test module does not need to be revised.

This research was motivated by the lack of learning tools that can improve students' Mathematical Communication Skills (KKM). Activities that can encourage students to improve KKM have not been designed by the teacher in the learning device properly. This study aims to produce learning tools by applying Problem Based Learning models to improve KKM. This development research used the ADDIE development model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of Syllabus, RPP, LKPD and KKM validation results showed highly valid criteria with percentages of 91.67%, 91.30%, 89.09%, and 87.15%, respectively. Practicality results indicate a very practical criterion with the percentage of small group trials at 95.57%, large group trials at 96.07%, and teacher responses at 96.25%. The effectiveness test results state that KKM of students who use learning tools with PBL models is better than KKM of students who use conventional learning.

The purpose of this research is to design and make software of letter archiving at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Pagar Alam. This is because data processing at PT. Plantation Nusantara VII Unit Pagar Alam still using conventional way (manual) in the form of archiving of letters that are still stored in the archive folder so that when the search data takes a long time. System development method used is waterfall method through the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. With the help of this letter archiving software, the management of incoming and outgoing mail can be done easily, and able to solve existing problems at this time. The mail archiving auxiliary software is done electronically, ie the storage of softcopy documents, and comes with incoming and outgoing mail reports. The results obtained by the existence of software aids filing letters at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Pagar Alam.

Technological developments in the communication and information  area can changes the lifestyle of the human become the digital lifestyle. Digitalization on the aspects of life can provide convenience for humans. Like the household appliances that can be controlled by a smartphone. In 2015 Nugraha build a light management system with android smartphone via bluetooth media. In addition, the lights are also can be controlled automatically by time and light (LDR). The disadvantages of this system are the lights that can not be used remotely and can not give notice to the home owner about the status “on or off” of the light.  This research aims  to design a multicontrol system to control the light with several media follows : bluetooth, voice, light (LDR), timer, website and SMS as notification of light status. System development method in this research using Waterfall method. The test results using bluetooth, light(LDR), voice, and timer provide a fast response with average less than 2 seconds.

<span lang="EN-US">Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has succeeded in shaking the whole world. This situation requires medical personnel to work extraordinarily to treat COVID-19 patients with very high risk of transmission. For this reason, this study aimed to helping medical personnel handle COVID-19 patients through robotic technology. The development method in this study is proposed as a way to develop robots to serve patients in isolation rooms controlled at a distance away from other rooms. From technical testing, the movement of the robot with a load of 12.59 kg only experienced a speed slowdown which was not too significant, namely at 0.43s with an average percentage of slowdown of 8.96%. The accuracy of the proximity sensor testing is close to perfect with an accuracy percentage of 99.62%. The robot control distance was monitored and running well. Also, the increase in motor temperature is not too large, supported by measurement results of 32.13%. From non-technical testing, based on the test results of the feasibility test of all respondents with 25 indicators reached a feasibility level of 91.46%. In other words, healthcare mobile robots developed for helping medical personnel in dealing with COVID-19 patients are very feasible to be applied in hospitals.</span>

AbstractThe monitoring system carried out at Unit X still uses Microsoft Excel, making it less effective and frequent errors. Monitoring records have not been able to provide a warning when contractual deadlines and supplier data have not been properly recorded. So a database application is needed that can help the finance department in monitoring the contractual package. This study uses the Research and Development method. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which through several stages including Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing, implementation and maintenance. Development of this application using the PHP and MySQL program. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring procedures that have been done manually are not optimal. The design of the contractual package database application is expected to be able to overcome the obstacles encountered before and minimize human error. The application of this application is able to facilitate the financial section in monitoring contractual packages and producing new products that are declared effective and feasible to use. Keyword : Contractual Database, Web. AbstrakSistem monitoring yang dilakukan pada Satker X masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kurang efektif dan sering terjadi kesalahan. Pencatatan monitoring belum bisa memberikan warning ketika paket kontraktual deadline dan data – data supplier belum terekam dengan baik. Sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi database yang dapat membantu bagian keuangan dalam memonitoring paket kotraktual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang melalui beberapa tahap diantaranya Analisis, Desain, Pengodean, Pengujian, implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Pembangunan aplikasi ini  menggunakan Program PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur monitoring yang telah dilakukan secara manual kurang maksimal. Perancangan aplikasi database paket kontraktual ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi kendala yang ditemui sebelumnya dan meminimalisir human error. Penerapan aplikasi ini mampu memudahkan bagian keuangan dalam monitoring paket kontraktual dan menghasilkan produk baru yang dinyatakan efektif dan layak digunakan. Kata Kunci: Database Paket Kontraktual, Web.

Abstrak - Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki keanekaragaman seni budaya, namun tidak semua masyarakat Indonesia mengetahui kebudayaan apa saja yang ada. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah belum tersedianya mediavisual interaktif yang dapat mempermudah dalam memberikan informasi seni budaya Indonesia secara lengkap yang dapat diakses kapan saja, dimana saja secara online. Masalah tersebut coba diselesaikan dengan mengembangkan sebuah rancangan sistem geografis seni budaya Indonesia berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi beberapa tahapan seperti : Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation dan System. Sistem inidibuat dengan program PHP dan Database MySQL. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa peta geografis Indonesia dengan dilengkapi keterangan informasi seni budaya yang mewakili beberapa provinsi di Indonesia.Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat agar lebih mengetahui keanekaragaman budaya yang dimiliki Indonesia akan terselesaikan.Katakunci: MySql, PHP, seni budaya, SIG,waterfall Abstract - Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of cultural arts, but not all Indonesian people know what culture exists. This study was aimed to (1) describe the problems in the drainage system in MonangManing area, (2) design the waterway of the drainage system based on subak local genius,and (3) implement the design model of drainage system based on subak local genius, especially for the route along Monang Maning area, in West Denpasar district – Denpasarmunicipality, by using the Geography Information System.This research used the software development method called System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which was divided into 5 cycled phases; Planning, Analysis, Design,Implementation and Maintenance. This study produced some products based on the purposes of the study; (1) thedescription of the problems in the drainage system in Monang Maning which included thewaste disposal into the water, the land exploitation, the utilization of the buildings, the trespassing over the river border sign, sedimentation, the constriction of the river orwaterway, and the constriction or the loss of the water holes on the pavement due to theraising of the street height, (2) the waterway of the drainage system based on subak local genius, which involved the transformation of telabah gede / telabah aya into 9 (nine) primarydrainage waterways, the transformation of telabah pemaron gede into 16 (sixteen) secondarydrainage waterways and the transformation of telabah pemaron cenik into 27 tertiary drainage waterways, in which the division buildings for the drainage waterways based onsubak local genius in Monang Maning were 7 primary inlet-outlet control, 23 secondary inlet- outlet control and 28 tertiary inlet-outlet control, (3) the implementation of software usingMAPINFO, MySQL 5, VB 6 and ODBC 5.3 software. The software presented the primary,secondary and tertiary waterway design, the direction and the connectors on each waterway.
