The objectives of this study are to 1) evaluate lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore based on context, input, process and product, 2) find out the effectiveness of lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore based on CIPP model evaluation. The research is an evaluation lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore based on CIPP model evaluation. The CIPP consist of Context, Input, Process, and Product. The data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using descriptive and qualitative data analyses included data collection, data condensation, data display, and data conclusion drawing or verification based on theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2004). The result of the study in terms of evaluation lesson study program for English teachers in the SMP Negeri 1 Tidore from context, input, process and product showed there was a need from English teachers to improve their professionalism competence. The government held lesson study program to achieve the goal that is to improve the English Teachers professionalism. The need supported by the input that the government provide everything needed by the English teacher to carry out lesson study program. The process of the implementing of lesson study program showed that program has been carrying out well. The output of the lesson study program, in terms effectiveness of lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore. This study showed that is program has affective enough in improving English teachers professionalism but there should be improvement in some parts. They are related to the schedule of teaching learning so the learners obtain much knowledge from the material given.

This study are focused in : (1) how the context of the Online teaching learning process program on Covid-19 outbreak. (2) how the input of the Online teaching learning process program on Covid-19 to the success program, (3) how far the challenge and the opportunities of the Online teaching learning process program on Covid-19 pandemic. The objects of this study were: the English teacher in government’ schools and private school of junior high school and senior high school, and the students. The data were obtained from interview, classroom observation, and document analysis. Those data were analyzed by using Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) Model by Kellaghan and Stufflebeam (2003). The findings revealed some facts. First, in the context evaluation, it can be concluded that the online teaching and learning program are relevant and formulated in order to meet the students’ needs on this pandemic. Second, in term of input evaluation, the teacher did not fulfill the requirements of a qualified teacher yet. Therefore, this pandemic has become a challenge for educators especially for English teachers and students in higher education level. It impacted classrooms to be hardly. Here, the researcher advice the government to conduct a training and workshop in order to improve the quality and the professionalism.

This study aims to evaluate historical learning programs that are integrated in social science to provide information on the extent of achievement of historical material integrated in social studies using the evaluative approach of the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). This research was conducted at Ambon City Junior High School VII grade. The findings in this study on the context component indicate that the level of actualization in four aspects is moderate; in the input component the actualization level in three low aspects and two aspects shows the level of moderate actualization. In the input component the level of actualization in supporting the implementation of social studies learning in two low aspects and three moderate asepek. In the process component, the level of actualization in the implementation of social studies, especially historical material; and on the product component the actualization level of student learning outcomes is very high. Based on this research, it can be concluded that history learning integrated in social studies at Ambon City Junior High School in class VII is not optimal. Improvements need to be made - reforms by the principal, teachers and the government to support historical learning programs integrated in social studies. Keywords: Learning Social Sciences, History, CIPP Model, Program Evaluation.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran sejarah yang terintegrasi dalam ilmu pengetahuan sosial untuk memberikan informasi sejauh mana ketercapaian dari materi sejarah yang terintegrasi dalam IPS dengan menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kota Ambon kelas VII. Temuan dalam penelitian ini pada komponen konteks menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aktualisasi pada empat aspek sedang; pada komponen input tingkat aktualisasi pada tiga aspek rendah dan dua aspek menunjukkan tingkat aktualisasi sedang. Pada komponen input tingkat aktualisasi dalam menunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS sejarah pada dua aspek rendah dan tiga asepek sedang. Pada komponen proses tingkat aktualisasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS khusunya materi sejarah sedang; dan pada komponen produk tingkat aktualisasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran sejarah yang terintegrasi dalam IPS di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kota Ambon kelas VII belum optimal. Perlu dilakukan pembenahan – pembenahan oleh pihak kepala sekolah, guru dan pemerintah untuk mendukung program pembelajaran sejarah yang terintegrasi dalam IPS. Corona virus (covid) has disrupted the learning process directly. So the government has issued regulations to maintain distance and social distancing. So a solution is needed to answer this problem. Online learning is one way to solve this problem. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the implementation of the application of online learning models in educational seminar courses. 2) To find out what obstacles are the problems in the online model learning process in seminar courses. 3) To find out the development of online learning in educational seminar courses. 4) to find out the skill aspect in online model learning in educational seminar courses at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The research subjects are lecturers of educational seminar subjects and students of the 2018 economic education study program class A and B IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique. Analysis of research data obtained from the process of searching and compiling systematically, data obtained from observations, interviews and the field, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of the application of online model learning in the educator seminar course has been effective; (2) the obstacles that become problems in the online learning process in educational seminar courses are the internet network, communication between lecturers and students, lack of effectiveness and time efficiency, lack of enthusiasm of students in understanding the material; (3) students are able to make proposals and journals and then able to carry out educational seminars online.

This research aimed to describe the evaluation of ELLIS (English Language Learning and Instruction System) Program in English teaching and learning process in SMP Bopkri 3 Yogyakarta in terms of the context, input, process, and product aspects.This research is an evaluation research employing CIPP model by Stufflebeam (2010). The data were collected through observation, open questionnaires, and interviews and were analyzed using Miles, Huberman and Saldana’s flow model of qualitative data research which included data collection, data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing.The findings revealed that the evaluation of ELLIS Program in English teaching and learning process in SMP Bopkri 3 Yogyakarta related to the process of context was in line with the objective of the program that is improving the students’ English skills and the program can support the English teaching-learning process. In term of input, the program is appropriate according to the required standard for good teaching learning English, this program is supported by the school’s entire component, the facilities of the teaching-learning process is completed, the material in ELLIS program can apply consecutively to be able to improve students’ English skill. On the process of teaching and learning has appropriated, the schedules of ELLIS program is held correctly and on time, every meeting the teacher always use ELLIS, the procedures and activities ELLIS program are implemented correctly, the students always participate actively during the learning process, the students more interested in learning English. Dealing with product the students more understand, easier in catching the material and more comfortable in taking part of the learning process, they feel happy and feel that their ability in learning English increase, the students’ English skill can improve successfully, the students can communicate with the teacher and their other friends in English correctly, the aim of this program can hold successfully. Between 250-300 words; must focus on: aims of the study, methods, findings, conclusions, and implications.

<em>This study is aimed at developing ERIES learning model to improve semester V student-teacher’s basic teaching skills in Teaching Learning Strategy lecture in Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program. Through the implementation of Lesson Study, ERIES model was developed by Exploration, Reflection, Interaction, Elaboration, and Summary steps. The method applied in the study is Research and Development and the approach used is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data were gained from needs analysis and response to the developed product, while quantitative data were gained from the test of the product and the effectiveness of the model. Research result shows that ERIES learning model is needed by student-teacher. Structurally this model is valid, relevant and fit the principles of learning model development both in its substance and its structure. Based on the try-out result from experimental research, ERIES learning model is effective to improve student-teacher’s basic teaching skills. The achievement is better than non-ERIES learning model.</em>

This is a descriptive study aimed to examine mathematics teachers’ ability to master various research-based innovative teaching approaches and their ability to plan, implementi, and assess their teaching and learning procesess. The subjects of this study are 16 mathematics teachers from four different districts in West Java who collaborated with 8 post-gradute students of STKIP Siliwangi Bandung as a part of Lesson Study program. The instruments of this study are an observation sheet and writen and oral interview with the teachers. The study revealed that:1) The teachers’ ability on mastering various innovative teaching learning approaches based on a research was at low level; 2) Teachers’ ability on planning, implementing, and assessing their teaching and learning process was at medium level; 3) There is high association between teachers’ ability on mastering various innovative teaching learning approaches based on a research and their abilities on planning and implementing teaching-learning process; 4) There is medium associationbetween teachers’ ability on mastering various innovative teaching learning approaches based on a research and their ability on assessing their teaching-learning process; 5) Lesson Study Activities between teachers and students as an effort to share reseacrh outcomes of university lecturers with school teachers. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan menelaah penguasaan guru matematika terhadap beragam pembelajaran inovatif berbasis penelitian yang dikaitkan dengan kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukannya. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 16 orang guru sekolah menengah yang berasal dari 4 kabupaten yang berbeda di Jawa Barat yang berkolaborasi dengan 8 mahasiswa pasca sarjana Pendidikan Matematika dari sebuah STKIP di Badung dalam rangka kegiatan Lesson Study. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi pembelajaran dan wawancara lisan dan tertulis dengan guru tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penguasaan guru matematika terhadap beragam pembelajaran inovatif berbasis penelitian masih berada pada level rendah; 2) Kemampuan merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran berada pada level sedang; 3) Terdapat asosiasi yang tinggi antara penguasaan guru matematika terhadap beragam pembelajaran inovatif berbasis penelitian dengan kemampuan merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran; 4) Terdapat asosiasi yang sedang antara penguasaan guru matematika terhadap beberapa pembelajaran inovatif berbasis penelitian dengankemampuan mengevaluasi pembelajaran; 5) KegiatanLesson Study antara guru dan mahasiswa merupakan upaya mendiseminasikan hasil penelitian para akademisi kepada guru di sekolah.

Transparency of Village Fund Management in Sunggumanai Village, Gowa Regency. Thesis. Public Administration Study Program. Postgraduate Program. Makassar State University. This study aims to find out and describe the Transparency of Village Fund Management in Sunggumanai Village, Gowa Regency. This research method uses a Qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interactive models, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The results showed that 1). The availability of adequate information about village funds is considered effective. 2). The knowledge and insights of the community about village funds are considered to have been carried out effectively. 3). Increasing public trust in the management of village funds is considered to have been running effectively. 4). Increasing community participation in village fund activities is considered effective. Overall, it can be understood that the Transparency of Village Fund Management in Sunggumanai Village, Gowa Regency, has been effectively achieved by openness in the preparation of village fund programs, availability of information access through village forums, billboards, and the inscription making of every completed project development. So that the response of Sunggumanai villagers to the implementation of village government is going well, allocating in the performance of village funding programs has increased public confidence in the village government, the result of village development is increasingly advanced. Creating a good relationship between the community and the government through community empowerment with a labor-intensive model of the local village community is allowed to implement village funding programs both in physical and non-physical development.

ABSTRAKBelajar merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan seseorang untuk memperoleh suatu perubahan tingkah laku sebagai hasil pengalamannya sendiri dalam interaksi dengan lingkungannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1).mengkaji penguasaan konsep mahamahasiswa  dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis praktikum melalui lesson study pada konsep respirasi. 2) Mengkaji aktivitas mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis praktikum melalui lesson study pada konsep respirasi. Metode kuasi eksperimen dengan disain one shot case study. Sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa kelas A dan kelas B semester I Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP, Universitas Pakuan Bogor sebanyak 45 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mata kuliah praktikum Biologi Umum dengan materi Respirasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep menggunakan soal essai ditambah dengan lembar observasi ketika proses pebelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran inkuiri melalui praktikum berbasis lesson study sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep sistem respirasi dan aktivitas mahasiswa pada saat proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dilihat dari banyaknya nilai mahasiswa yang melebihi batas ketuntasan sebanyak 80%. Saran agar dosen dapat menerapkan kegiatan laboratorium berbasis inkuiri pada materi lain.Kata kunci: Inkuiri, Praktikum, Penguasaan Konsep ABSTRACTLearning is an efforts done by someone to achieve a change in behavior as a result of his/her own interaction with the environment. This research is aimed at 1). Studying students’ mastery concept using inquiry learning model through practicum based lesson study on respiration concept. 2). Studying students’ activity through the use of inquiry learning model through practicum based lesson study on respiration concept. Quasi experiment method with one shot case study is used in this research. The sample is 45 students form class A and B of the first semester of Biology Study Program Faculty of Teachers Training and Education Sciences Pakuan University Bogor. The research was conducted on general biology practicum, discussing respiration system material. Instrument used in measuring mastery concept are essay test item and observational sheet to check the finding during teaching learning process. The result shows that inquiry learning through practicum with lesson study based is very effective in improving mastery concept of respiration system and students activity during teaching learning process. It can be seen from students’ score which mostly higher than mastery limit around 80%. It is suggested that lecturer can apply laboratories activity inquiry based on other materials.  Keyword: Inquiry, Practicum, Concept Mastery

This study aims to see how far the process of learning transfer of training procurement of government goods and services implemented by the Regional Personnel Agency Sidoarjo Regency can be done well. In addition the researchers also see whether the training process has an effect on the implementation in the workplace for trainees who have followed the training. The method used by researchers for this research is to use qualitative research with deductive approach and active participation. After carrying out data collection, data processing and analysis of research results concluded that the input aspects of the learning transfer process has not been maximized because the partici- pants' understanding of the procurement process of goods and services is still theoreti- cal. Viewed from the process aspect of this training is the teaching-learning process that still uses the lecture training model so that the participants only accept the material in theory. While from the output aspect that the granting of alumni of training participants in implementing the materials received during the training but still must be accompanied by an experienced procurement committee. Based on the fact that the learning transfer from the training of procurement of goods and services implemented by the government has not been maximized.

Teaching is one of the fundamental professions in society. Pre-service English teachers’ perceptions and motivations may significantly influence their career decision-making to enter the profession. This study aimed to investigate pre-service English teachers’ perceptions and motivations to enter the teaching profession. It employed mixed-method research with questionnaire and interview as the instruments to collect data. The respondents were 44 pre-service English teachers from an English Teacher Education Department of a well-known university, in East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Results showed that the students had various perceptions regarding the teaching profession and most of them were altruistically motivated to be teachers in the future. The current study offers two important implications. First, since perceptions and motivations to enter the teaching profession are not fixed and may be influenced by the students’ family, environment, and study program, building positive perceptions and motivations should be an integrated element of the teacher education curriculum. Second, graduating students need strong support from the family, environment, and the government to maintain positive perceptions and motivations about the profession.
