The research method used to examine this problem is field research, utilizing interview, questionnaire, and observation techniques. This study concludes that there are dimensions of Islamic economic law in setting religious tourism. Although there is a difference of opinion on whether or not religious tourism is allowed, it should be noted that religious tourism provides benefits such as increasing the country’s foreign exchange income and developing the community economy. Thus, it is necessary that the government makes regulations that emphasize the purpose of opening religious tourism to the public, including the rights and obligations of managers and visitors, as well as relevant warnings and signs. The regulations have multiple functions, including to improve the economy, to increase the number of visitors, to guarantee the protection of the right to access while maintaining the teachings of their respective religions, to eliminate doubts about the occurrence of deviations of purpose, and to strengthen inter-religious unity. The concept that can be carried out in managing religious tourism objects of different religions is by making rules that integrate arrangements for the benefit of fostering inter-religious relations so as to create harmony in a Pancasila-based society. In the study of Islamic economic law, the arrangements of religious tourism objects will have an impact on creating harmony between religious communities, increasing people’s income, opening up employment opportunities, and strengthening the unity of the nation and the people.

Housing as a place where household members spend about half (12 hours) of their daily time, including six to eight hours in sleep, is one of the essential conditions in the fight against poverty and precariousness.  The current Congolese urban environment is facing serious problems: small plots of land, lack of suitable housing in relation to the size and composition of households, overcrowding, and water and electricity supplies. This situation is becoming critical with the appearance of deviant behavior among children aged between 10 and 30. The government and its development partners have demonstrated their powerlessness face to this situation, leaving thousands of children on the streets without education or family warmth to form real criminal gangs. These street children have created the phenomena of "kuluna" and "black babies". It has been shown that these one act in this way for their survival, claiming their rights. In this study, we find innovative proposals to provide households sheltering adulterine and adoptive children with low-cost social housing, in order to restore the image of the head of the household and provide the children with a pleasant space for their physical, economic, cultural and spiritual development. This will undoubtedly help to find solutions to the problems facing children and indeed Congolese society as a whole today. The study revealed that if the government does not take practical measures in response to the phenomena created by wayward children, especially "black babies" and "kuluna", there will be a massive adherence of other children, especially the adulterine and adoptive ones. There will be a risk of the phenomena will to be exported to rural areas. The study recommends a "State - Household" partnership in the manufacture of new types of urban housing for households housing children likely to integrate or create gangs, jeopardizing social order and public security.

In Mexico, the community service strategy and requirements for undergraduate students are both longstanding and mandated by the Mexican Constitution. Students undertake a minimum of 480 hours of service during their undergraduate degrees, which are coordinated through their universities’ Social Service (SS) departments. Many Canadian universities and colleges offer community service through courses and volunteer programs; however, the practice and adoption levels vary widely. Student involvement with community partners, as represented through community service-learning (CSL) and volunteerism in Canada, are sponsored by many post-secondary institutions but are not driven by a national agenda. While, in Mexico, community service is documented at a departmental and institutional level for reporting to stakeholders and the government, in Canada, documentation of community service varies with the institutional mandate and is often sporadic or non-existent; the imperative for systematic student engagement and citizenship development has not been recognized at the national level. This research paper provides an overview of the community engagement practices in both countries, with the national patterns represented through a summative review of selected Canadian and Mexican universities. Suggestions for processes and practices for Canada are proposed based upon the Mexican model.
