Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the potential effect of using contextual-based teaching books on the academic level of law. The background of this research is a lack of learning resources that students can contextually understand. This method of research is development study with observation, poll and test data collection techniques. Data analysis used is quantitative descriptive data analysis. The samples in this study were third-semester students who were studying in the academic sciences. Through the validity test on the material and language aspects it is known that the teaching book is developed valid with 97% details on the material aspect and 96.42% in the language aspect. To know the potential effects of teaching books conducted tests that are pretests and posttest. The average value of pretests obtained was 69.5 and posttest amounting to 82 based on the acquisition of Pretests and posttest values, there is an increase of 12.5 with N-Gain of 0.4. So it can be concluded that this teaching book has a potential effect in order to help students to be able to better understand the material learnedKeywords: potential effects, teaching books, statutory sciences Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek potensial penggunaan buku ajar berbasis kontekstual pada Mata Kuliah Ilmu Perundang-Undangan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya sumber belajar yang secara kontekstual dapat dipahami oleh mahasiswa. metode penelitian ini adalah penelitan pengembangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, angket dan tes. analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester tiga yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah ilmu perundang-undangan. Melalui uji validitas pada aspek materi dan bahasa diketahui bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan valid dengan rincian 97% pada aspek materi dan 96.42% pada aspek bahasa. Untuk mengetahui efek potensial buku ajar dilakukan tes yang berupa pretest dan posttest. Nilai rata-rata pretest diperoleh 69.5 dan posttest sebesar 82 Berdasarkan perolehan nilai pretest dan posttest tersebut diketahui terdapat peningkatan sebesar 12.5 dengan N-Gain sebesar 0.4. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar ini memiliki efek potensial dalam rangka membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat lebih memahami materi yang dipelajariKata kunci: Efek Potensial, Buku Ajar, Ilmu Perundang-undangan

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks pidato siswa kelas X MA Al-Muhajirin Tugumulyo menggunakan model pembelajaran kumon yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini�menggunakan teknik tes. Hasil data tes dianalisis dengan melihat nilai rata-rata peningkatan pada pratindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menjumlahkan skor dari indikator penilaian yang diperoleh siswa. Pada kegiatan pratindakan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 71,71% dengan ketuntasan sebesar 34,38% dengan jumlah siswa tuntas sebanyak 11 orang dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 21 orang. Tindakan siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa 75,53 dan ketuntasan hanya mencapai 71,88% dengan jumlah siswa tuntas sebanyak 23 orang dan tidak tuntas sebanyak 9orang. Sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata mencapai 80,93 dengan jumlah siswa tuntas sebanyak 30 orang dan tidak tuntas 2 orang, berarti dari siklus I sampai siklus II meningkat sebesar 21,87%.. Simpulan, melalui model pembelajaran kumon kemampuan menulis teks pidato meningkat.Kata Kunci: Teks pidato, pembelajaran, kumon.AbstractThis study aims to improve the ability to write speech texts in class X MA Al-Muhajirin Tugumulyo using a kumon learning model of 32 students. This research uses a classroom action research approach. Data collection techniques in this study used test techniques. The results of the test data were analyzed by looking at the average value of the increase in pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. Data analysis technique is done by adding up scores from assessment indicators obtained by students. In the pre-action activities the average value of students was 71.71% with completeness of 34.38% with the number of students as many as 11 people and as many as 21 people who did not complete. The first cycle of action, the average value of students 75.53 and completeness only reached 71.88% with the total number of students as many as 23 people and not as many as 9 people. While in cycle II the average value reached 80.93 with 30 students completing as many students and not completing 2 people, meaning that from cycle I to cycle II increased by 21.87%. increased.Keywords: Speech text, learning, kumon.

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

The aim of this research was to develop the material of poetry appreciation at the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. The type of this research was Research and Development (R&D) which was developed by the Dick, Carey, and Carey. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire, interviews, and tests. The data analysis and validity test were performed by using pretest and posttest of performance. The data is then processed by using a simple paired t test with the SPSS 20 program.� The result of this research can be measured Asym.Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000... < 0,05. Therefore the value of t-hit 36,956 and t-tab 2,045 to (d) 17 and alpa 0,05, so it can be concluded� t-hit <t-tab, so Ho has rejected, an Hi was accepted, its� meaning that the average value of students' ability to appreciate poetry after using instructional materials as a result of development was equal to 70 or more than 70. Thus, the model of instructional materials developed has been feasible and effective for lecturers

This study was intended to produce a learner worksheet based on problem based learning with valid and practical, and to determine the potential effects on students mathematical connections ability in derivative material. This is development research type of formative research. The subjects of this research were students of class XI MIPA 1 SMAN 2 Palembang as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, document analysis, and test. The result of document and data analysis could be concluded that this research procuded worksheet based on problem based learning in derivative material valid and practical, and LKPD that had been developed had a potential effect on on students mathematical connections ability in derivative material. Therefore worksheet that had been developed can be used by the students.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of lending by PT. BPR Tangerang Branch.The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Determination of respondents was chosen by using purposive sampling with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis.The results showed that the level of attainment of the percentage of the effectiveness of giving credit as a whole is in the effective category (82.75 percent), thus it can be said that the credit given by Bank PT. BPR Tangerang Branch is effective seen from the 5C principle, namely Character, Capacity, capital, Collateral, and conditon of economic. Judging from the results of the measurement of the Characteristics of lending effectiveness through its dimensions shows that all dimensions support the effectiveness. Judging from the table above 1 dimension is in the very effective category, namely the Character dimension 86.93%, 4 dimensions are in the effective category, namely the dimensions of Capacity 78.14%, capital 82.86% and dimensions of Collateral 84.86%, and dimensions condition of economy is 74.71%.

Abstract This research is aimed to describe the professional competences of economic teachers at SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. It is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were all of economic teachers forwhom had educational sertificate at SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. The data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive data analysis through data reduction, data classification, data interpretation, data display, and inference. Validity test was conducted through source triangulation. The result shows that the highest indicator was learning planning shows the results of 91,66%, it?s indicated a highest criteria. Understanding of professional development shows the results of 82,23% it?s indicated a highest criteria, so the average total of both indicator show the results of 87,02% it?s indicated a highest criteria. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi profesional guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru mata pelajaran ekonomi yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan data melalui mereduksi data, mengklasifikasi data, menginterpretasi data, menampilkan data, dan inference. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator tertinggi yaitu kemampuan penguasaan materi dengan persentase sebesar 91,66% tergolong kriteria sangat tinggi, pemahaman terhadap perkembangan profesi dengan persentase sebesar 82,38% tergolong kriteria sangat tinggi, maka total rerata kedua indikator sebesar 87,02% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi.

The research aims to determine the productivity of broiler chickens' maintenance in broiler breeder business with a partnership pattern in Sei Bebanir Bangun Village, Sambaliung District, Berau Regency. This research was conducted for two months, from October to December 2016. The research method was quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques with purposive sampling with census sampling. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel and mathematical calculations. The results showed that data on cage density were density <10 heads of chicken/m2, ± 10 head of chicken/m2, and> 15 heads of chicken/m2. Chicken mortality is still high, more than 1%, the lowest is at a density of ± 10 heads of chicken/m2, at 2.69 heads of chickens/m2. Production at a density of <10 heads of chicken/m2 with an average weight of 1.71 kg, at a density±10 heads of chickens/m2 with an average weight of 1.80 kg, and at a density of>15 head/ m2 with an average weight of 1.81 kg. At densities>15 heads of chicken/m2, it is more efficient in using a cage but has higher mortality than those with densities <10 heads of chicken/m2, ± 10 heads of chicken/m2

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the 2013 curriculum in geography subjects. Data analysis techniques were used quantitative descriptive analysis as to analyze the data in ways that describe or depict the data that has been obtained. This study was used data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive data analysis techniques . The results showed that the use of the 2013 curriculum was still not going well. The effectiveness of learning with the application of the 2013 curriculum in geography is still needed a lot of review and adaptation of characteristics.

This research is a research follow class by using the secound cycle that there is the first cycle and cycle II. On the cycle I and cycle II each cycle there four stage of the (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. Each cycle has two meetings in one week, namely the first meeting and the second meeting with the allocation 2 x 40 minutes of each meeting. Subject in research is learners class VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya totaling 37 learners contained 16 learners men and 21 learners woman. This school is located in Jl. Kebraon Indah Permai Blok K/23 A Surabaya. Data collection techniques to use the observation and test, data analysis technique using the percentage of. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that using pictorial writing media on the meme on Instagram can improve the writing skills of class students VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya. This can be seen from (1) population activity in the cycle I 84,61% on the cycle II 100%, (2) activity learners in cycle I 83,44% on the cycle II 90,20%, (3) the test results writing skills poerty in cycle I 56,73% one the cycle of II increased 83,70%.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.
