This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the 2013 curriculum in geography subjects. Data analysis techniques were used quantitative descriptive analysis as to analyze the data in ways that describe or depict the data that has been obtained. This study was used data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive data analysis techniques . The results showed that the use of the 2013 curriculum was still not going well. The effectiveness of learning with the application of the 2013 curriculum in geography is still needed a lot of review and adaptation of characteristics.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

The competition between Banks in Indonesia required the existence of a marketing strategy for appropriate banking products and services offered on the state-owned bank in Indonesia, including in Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between variable Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality, to Saving Decision in State-Owned Bank in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using a survey distributed to 127 customers. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis and method of data analysis used in this research is multiple regressions. The results of this study, shows that Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality has an influence on Customers Saving Decision at State-Owned Banks in Jakarta.

This study aims to increase students' learning motivation using the Project based learning model in 4th grade of SD Negeri 2 Ngadimulyo. This research is a Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Data analysis in this study is guided by quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' learning motivation from cycle I to cycle II. The results of the first cycle of observations reached the sufficient category, namely 68% and 69% for the results of the questionnaire which were in the sufficient category. In cycle II there was an increase in students' learning motivation with good categories, the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires were 80% and 81%.

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

As human social beings in everyday life always want to relate to other humans. He wants to know the surrounding environment, even wants to know what is happening in him. This curiosity forces humans to communicate. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with a population of 24 people. And the data is processed using the quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the extent of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at the Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication among Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar  staff with indicators namely: openness with a percentage reaching 90.83 percent, empathy with a percentage reaching 90.56 percent, supportiveness with a percentage of 83.13 percent, positiveness with a percentage reaching 89.44 percent and equality with a percentage reaching 92.08 percent of all the indicators are in the very good category. This is demonstrated through overall data analysis which shows the percentage reached 89.08 percent, the value is in line with related observations made by researchers in the field.

Customer's purchase decision is company's hope to sell product. To persuade customers to buy, company is willing to give the best quality of their product, also to give the special price, and to give maximum satisfaction to the customer. Therefore, this research was conducted to know the effect of product quality, price, and customer's satisfaction on customer's purchase decision partially and simultaneously. This research's method is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population are 258 customers who bought company's product, then become 72 repondents by the Slovin formula as samples. We use F test, T test, multiple linear regression, and classic assumption test as data analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 program. Data results show that partially, product quality and price have significant effect on customer's purchase decision. While customer's satisfaction doesn't have significant effect on customer's purchase decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and sarisfaction have significant effect on customer's purchase decision. Customer's purchase decision can be explained by product quality, price, and customer's satisfaction by 46,50%, the rest 53,50% is explained by other variables that are not being researched.

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in the study were all employees in a total of 165 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in research shows partially it can be seen that leadership (X1) has a tcount of 1,589 and a ttable value of 1.658, then a tcount <ttable (1,589 <1,658) and a sig.0.00 value <0,115. This means that the hypothesis is rejected, namely: partial leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan. The results showed that motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the motivation variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.511 and a ttable value of 1.658 then the value of tcount> ttable (2.511> 1.658) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.014. The results showed that competence (X3) had no positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) in PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the Competency variable (X3) has a tcount of 1,498 and a ttable of 1,658 then the ttable value <ttable (1,498 <1,658) and sig. 0.00 <0.137.
