the problems examined are: 1 learning activities of students. 2)  Teacher teaching Activity.  3) Improving learning results. The aims  of this research to.  1) Improve the students learning activity  , 2) increases teacher teaching activity.  3) Knowing the increase in the results of the study. This  study is An action classroom Research, which has been implemented in  2 cycle. The subject of this research  the students are registered on the even- in academic year of  2016/2017, numbered 20 students. The date of this research is the activity of teacing process of teacher and learning activities of the students which obtained from the observation sheet and the results of learning as measured through tests. Date analysis was conducted a descriptive statistic. The results showed if. 1) learning activities at each cycle tends to increase. This is demonstrated by average score on each cycle, in cycle I score average is 2.7 students activity increased in cycle II becomes 3.25. 2) on cycle I score an average teacher's teaching activity is increased 2.85 cycle II becomes 3.65. 3) results of study geography enhanced through generative learning model. On cycle I students who finished 13 (65%) and not completely and absolutely no 7 (35%)  with an average of 72.25 whereas  at the second cycle was increased to 17(85%) The students who did not complete 3 students (15%).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menerapkan Model Active Learning Start With A Question sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan segiempat dan segitiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek Penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa kelas VIIB SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah adalah lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa yang dilakukan dengan cara membentuk kelompok diskusi yang heterogen, menggunakan bahan ajar berupa handout, membimbing untuk mengambil andil tugas kegiatan kelompok, dan memberikan motivasi dan apresiasi berupa nilai plus dan pujian. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar dapat dilihat dari rata-rata skor pada lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I sampai siklus III secara berturut-turut: 14 (kriteria kurang); 20,375 (kriteria cukup); 26,5 (kriteria baik).Kata kunci: Aktivitas Belajar, Model Active Learning Start With A Question AbstractThis study aims to find out how to apply Active Learning Start With A Question Models so as to improve learning outcomes of mathematics on the topics of rectangle and triangle. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is 22 students of class VII B SMP Negeri 6 Bengkulu City even semester of 2017/2018 academic year. The instrument used is activity observation sheets. The results showed that there was an improvement in the student's learning activities by forming heterogeneous discussion groups, using handout as assistance, guiding them to take on the task of group activities, and providing motivation and appreciation in the form of plus values and praise. The improvement of learning activity can be seen from the average score on the observation sheets of student learning activities from cycle I to cycle III respectively: 14 (less criteria); 20,375 (sufficient criteria); 26,5 (good criteria). <p><em>The Aim of this research is to increase the student's study results on theme 8 sub theme 1 in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Ragatunjung 04, Paguyangan. Brebes in the academic year 2018/2019. This research uses Project Based Learning model and it is an Action Classroom Research. The subject of the study is the students of SD Negeri Ragatunjung 4 for 26 students in the academic year 2018/2019.  The Result of the reasearch is find out the precentages of the completeness that students achieves in the first cycle is 11 students (42,30%) success and 15 (57,70%) still get failed, which the average score 68,5. In the second cycle students succes increase in 24 students (92,30%) and 2 students (7,7%) still failed because they didn't get average score 84 yet. According to the explanation above can be concluded that using Project Based Learning Model is increasing the students study results on theme 8 sub theme 1 on the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Ragatunjung 4, Paguyangan. Brebes in the academic year 2018/2019.</em></p>

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

This research aimed to investigate the implementation of cooperative learning model in the type of Think Pair Square (TPSq) in order to improve students’ achievement. The design of the research was a Classroom Action Research with the techniques of collecting the data were through the observation sheet of students’ learning activities and summative test. The subject of the research were the 1st grade students of SMPN 4 Bengkulu City academic year of 2018/2019 with total amount of students were 32 consist of 16 males and 16 females students. The research was conducted in three cycles from 7th September 2018 until 13 October 2018. The result of the research showed that the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Square improved students’ achievement in Mathematic. Students’ learning activities were improved by giving the students work sheet that contains a completion process so that facilitate students in working on the students work sheet, appreciating the student with applause after they delivered their opinion, and dividing students in heterogenous groups based on their academic skills. The improvement on students’ achievement can be seen from the increasing on the mean of students’ scores from first cycle to third cycle namely: 74.35; 79.91; 81.14 and the percentage of classical learning completeness from first cycle to third cycle is : 76.67%; 83.33%; 93.33%.

The goal of this investigation to implement a problem-based learning model as an effort to improve student learning activities and outcomes. This model of research is a classroom action research divided into two cycles. The study conducted at High School 1 Piyungan class X MIPA 1 totaling 35 students consisting of 15 male and 20 female, the topic used the momentum and impulse of semester 2. The research instrument is observation sheet, achievement test, and questionnaire. The results of the analysis learning model with problem-based learning can increase the activity of studying physics class X MIPA1. Improved physics learning activities of class X MIPA 1 students at High School 1 Piyungan with problem-based learning for the academic year 2018/2019 from the first cycle at the first meeting and the second meeting increased from 84.75% to 91.11% which was 6.36In the second cycle there was an increase from 85.28% to 91.85%, an increase of 6, 57%.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) learning model in mathematics learning for VII grade students of SMP Negeri Selangit. This research is in the form of quasi-experimental. The population is all grade VII students of SMP Negeri Selangit in the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 98 students and as a sample are class VII.3 students, amounting to 24 students. Data collection is done by test and non-test techniques. The collected data were analyzed using t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) learning model in mathematics learning with an average score of 74.44 with the percentage of students completing 79.17% of students' responses to learning in the good category with a percentage of 72.44 %, and student learning activities in the quite active category with a percentage of 28.45%.

General chemistry is a subject that being studied in almost every science course. The subject is closely related to the environment, so it will be very easy to learn when involve examples in everyday life. The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach is an approach that links the learning materials with the real-world environment. This research was conducted by using a CTL approach in a general chemistry subject which is one of the compulsory subjects in Biology Education Program of Tarbiyah Faculty UIN Ar-Raniry. The aim of this study was to determine the increase of student learning activities after using the CTL approach to general chemistry lecturing activities. The design of this study used action classroom research. This study was conducted to the first semester students. The student amount was 31 students. The instrument used was an observation sheet of learning activity. The results was obtained that the activities of the student during the learning process in the first cycle reached 70% and increased to 90% in cycle II. This proves that the application of CTL approach can increase the learning student’s activity of Biology Education Studies in general chemistry courses.

This type of research is qualitative research as the subject in this study is 37 students of class XI Boga SMKN 2 Pariaman consisting of 36 female students and 1 male student. In conducting this research, researchers examined the implementation of learning by applying the cooperative learning model type Group Investigation. Based on the results of research carried out at SMKN 2 Pariaman in class XI Boga students in the second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year with the application of the Cooperative Learning Model Group Investigation type, it is known that there is an increase in learning outcomes obtained by students in cycle I on average 70.6 to increase in cycle II, the class average score reached 81.84 above the KKM 75

This study aims to describe the improvement in students' ability to find news headlines by using the Jigsaw model in class VIII E of SMP Negeri 16 Jambi City, Kota Baru sub-district, Jambi City in the academic year 2020/2021. The object of this research is students assessment which are scored based on news substance and linguistic aspects. The substance aspect consists of the ability to determine news headlines using the Jigsaw learning model. Meanwhile linguistic aspects include the ability to use news elements, namely 5W + 1H in determining news headlines. The data source of this research is Class VIII E SMP Negeri 16 Kota Baru Subdistrict, Jambi City in the academic year 2010/2011. The number of the students is  41 people from the total class VIII students as many as 162 people. The results of this research showed that the jigsaw model has not been effective in improving students' ability to find news headlines.  It is known from the ability of students in determining the subject matter is still low.  This can be seen from the percentage results, students get a very good categorical score of only 2 people or 4.88%, the good category is either 13 people or 31.70 %, the fair category is 18 people or 43.90 % while the less category is 8 people or 19.51 % as for the average score they get 57.70 and rounded up to 58. Thus the ability to determine the news headlines by students of Grade VIII E SMP Negeri 16 Jambi City District Kota Baru, Jambi City in the 2010 / 2011 academic year is classified as less.

This study is categorized as a classroom action research that aims to improve the Accounting Learning Activities of the students of class XI Accounting 1 SMK N 1 Depok Sleman academic year 2013/ 2014. This study is a collaborative research which is conducted in two cycles using the two methods of data collection which are observation and questionnaire. The data is first collected and then analyzed by the analysis of qualitative data through two stages, namely the presenting the data and drawing the conclusions. Qualitative analysis is then fitted with a descriptive analysis using quantitative percentage to calculate the score Accounting Learning Activities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model using Numbered Head Together type can improve Accounting Learning Activities of the students of Class XI Accounting Skills Competency SMK N 1 Depok Sleman Academic Year 2013/ 2014. It is evidenced by an increasing score on Accounting Learning Activities of the students’ of class XI Accounting 1. It increased from 67.30% in the first cycle to 83.04% in the second cycle. It also shows that the average score of students’ Accounting Learning Activities in the second cycle has reached the expectation score, i.e. 75%.   Keywords: Cooperative Learning of NHT type, Activity, Accounting Learning Activity
