Agriculture is the one of the most important sectors in our economy as well as country. Most of the peoples have depended on agriculture works. Nowadays, agriculture contribution of towards GSDP has been continuously declined from 28.1 per cent in 1999-2000 to 14.7per cent in 2014-15. The MGNREGA has become a world largest public wage employment programme. This scheme is also tool for inclusive growth and sustains agriculture. The present study explores the role of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Programme in Development of Agriculture in Karnataka: Emerging Issues and Evidence. The study is mainly based on secondary data sources. The data has been taken from the year 2013-14 to 2018-19. In this study intended to know the agro-climatic zonal level MGNREGA towards contribution of agriculture development works and expenditure and also to know the status of agriculture productivity in terms of total area under cultivation, cropping intensity, irrigation intensity and food grain production and wage rate in Karnataka. As compared to the other years, the study found that in the year 2016-17 all category works and all zones has better performed and most of the works and utilization of fund have done in arid and coastal zone in Karnataka. As compared to the after MGNREGS implementation, on an average there has been increased total area under cultivation (124.39 in lakh, ha), cropping intensity (122.81 per cent), irrigation intensity (32.28 per cent) and food grains (117.53lakh tonnes). but drastically low in before MGNREGS implementation in Karnataka. Gender difference in agriculture field labour has been declined from 8 rupees in 2005-06 to 4 rupees in 2009-10, then it was increased from 5 rupees in 2010-11 to 44 rupees in 2014-15, it means high gender difference in agriculture wage rate. But MGNREGA it provides equal wage for male and female in rural Karnataka and India and also intervention of MGNREGS has to be hike agriculture wage rate. Therefore, the study suggests distribute equal expenditure on natural resource management works, water related and plantation works and to suitable steps towards timely work completion and convergence of MGNREGA with development programmes is should be ensured in respective all zones in Karnataka and India. To focus on productive assets and land development works for especially SCs/STs and small and marginal farmers should be given more priority and should be made to provide full 100 days employment to these households. KEY WORDS: MGNREGA, Utilization of Fund, Agriculture, Wage rate and Employment.

In the ruling man is created unable to live alone, the law is human created to live both and add to his descendants and successors. This leads to a bond of marriage between men and women, whose purpose is to create happy families and homes, harmoniously with the virtue of the one true deity. The marriage is held with the Customs and culture of each party, because basically the two human beings are backed by different customs and cultures. Indonesia's state with a forward minded society wants to make its life more improved, both in the field of work and home, not infrequently in the Indonesian economic system has established relationships with foreign nationals as Investors to improve the economic system in Indonesia. It is not uncommon for Indonesian citizen to have a relationship with foreigners to work, do business, and be friends and friendly, because humans are created to require each other, profitable, and adjoining. The relationship between WNI and WNI is not uncommon in marital relationship, namely mixed marriage between citizens and foreigners who occur on the basis of affection and love and want to live a life together. The marriage itself has been governed in the marriage act, i.e. the marriage has been recognized by the State, and against the marriage of the mix has also been recognized by the state because it has been demonstrated and regulated in the marriage act as well. Through life, in it for future survival, sought and acquired wealth that can be a common treasure or can also be a split. The common treasures are the treasures obtained throughout the marriage, without the agreement of marriage. The Covenant of marriage is made with the purpose of the separation of the property of each party, meaning there is no mixing of possessions in the family, and with this each party has each responsibility. In this journal is conducted empirical research because it is to be able to discuss issues raised as to how the role of notary in protecting the status of property rights on land resulting from mixed marriages and how the status of ownership On the ground when a divorce occurs, it must be research directly with the source of space. Implemented using the fact approach, and the collection of secondary data and primary data, so as to discuss the role of notary in protecting the property rights on land is to make a marriage agreement before or after the marriage In progress, by providing legal certainty against the separation of the property that has occurred and the status of ownership of the land when divorce occurs can remain the property of Indonesian citizens, or the status is given to children born of marriage The

The status of college which is social/nonprofit which means not profit oriented to many universities to enliven its social character, only get the receipt of money from Education Development contribution (SPP) of students, the obstacle is if the students are few, so the budget for the cost of Tri Dharma can be disrupted when the function of universities is to implement Tri Dharma.Reinventing is allowed as long as it is nonprofit because the profits earned are used for institutional development, not for the personal benefit of foundations and lecturers. While the purpose of this research is to know the role of reinventing in developing universities and developing reinventing colleges by establishing Blue Ocean Strategy. The research methodology used by using descriptive qualitative approach, that is using empirical experiences and sources of secondary data/literature.The result of this research is that universities especially (PTS) are non profit/ social, which rely solely on the receipt of money SPP students, so PTS less developed, then PTS in the need to open additional branches of business/business/reinventing. The reinventing remains a nonprofit status because of the profit gained for institutional development.Private universities (PTS) have advantages: technology, human resources, and market segment such as: students, lecturers, alumni/family (alma mater) so that they can move in blue ocean strategy.

One measure of the maturity of a device technology is the ease and reliability of applying contact metallurgy. Compared to metal contact of silicon, the status of GaAs metallization is still at its primitive stage. With the advent of GaAs MESFET and integrated circuits, very stringent requirements were placed on their metal contacts. During the past few years, extensive researches have been conducted in the area of Au-Ge-Ni in order to lower contact resistances and improve uniformity. In this paper, we report the results of TEM study of interfacial reactions between Ni and GaAs as part of the attempt to understand the role of nickel in Au-Ge-Ni contact of GaAs.N-type, Si-doped, (001) oriented GaAs wafers, 15 mil in thickness, were grown by gradient-freeze method. Nickel thin films, 300Å in thickness, were e-gun deposited on GaAs wafers. The samples were then annealed in dry N2 in a 3-zone diffusion furnace at temperatures 200°C - 600°C for 5-180 minutes. Thin foils for TEM examinations were prepared by chemical polishing from the GaA.s side. TEM investigations were performed with JE0L- 100B and JE0L-200CX electron microscopes.
