Background: Childhood is susceptible to disease. One cause of illnesses in infants is due to unhealthy environmental conditions. Therefore, health efforts need to be done to prevent the emergence of diseases caused by the environment by behaving clean and healthy (PHBS). Method: observational analytic case control design. The number of samples was 142 toddlers with 71 respondents each in the case and control groups selected by consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and illness reports from the health center. Data analysis used Chi Square with. Results: Chi Square test results with 5% α indicated delivery assisted by health workers (cannot be analyzed), exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.00), washing hands with soap and water (p=0.00), eradicating larvae once a week (p=0.00), not smoking at home (p=0.00), and healthy life behavior (p=0.00). Conclusion: there was a relationship of exclusive breastfeeding, washing hands with soap and water, eradicating larvae once a week, and not smoking in the house to the incidence of illness in infants

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

Diarrhea is a symptom of infection in the intestinal tract with the second death rate in the world in children under five years of age. Risk factors for the incidence of diarrhea in children under five are host factors that increase susceptibility to diarrhea, not giving exclusive breastfeeding (ASI), not giving breastfeeding for 2 years, malnutrition, measles and immunodeficiency. Breastfeeding (ASI) contains the best nutrients that match the needs of the baby and exclusive breastfeeding is carried out from birth to the first six months without any additional food or drink. Several studies have shown that the immunity content of breastfeeding is able to coat the gastrointestinal mucosa and protect the digestive tract from incoming pathogens. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in children aged 6-24 months at Puskesmas Aek Parombunan, Sibolga Selatan in 2019. The research design used was observational analytic cross-sectional with the criteria for the research sample of toddlers aged 6-24 months. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. The research instrument was a medical record and data analysis used the chi-square test. Based on the results of the study, there was a relation between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea.

Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.

    Breast milk contains substance known as IgA for the defense system in digestive tract against infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and working mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in Sidomulyo, Stabat. The type of research used is a descriptive analytic survey using a cross sectional study. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with 150 as population and 30 people is involved as the research sample.  The data analysis applied chi square test to determine the relationship between two variables. The results of this study revealed that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breast feeding with a significant level (ɑ) = 5% (0.05) and df = 2, the result is value = 0.026 at df = 2 where sig <ɑ (0.026 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.  Therefore, mothers are advised to continue to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies even though they work by storing breast milk in the refrigerator.

Abstrack Emotional maturity is a person's ability to control and control his emotions well.This is based on a condition of feeling or reaction feeling stable towards an object of theproblem so that to take a decision or behavior based on a consideration. One of the factorsthat influence emotional maturity is parenting which is divided into three types, namelyauthoritarian parenting, permissive parenting, and democratic parenting. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the relationship of parenting parents with the emotional maturity ofadolescents in SMA N 1 Sinonsayang. The design method uses a cross sectional approach.Respondents consisted of 95 teenagers with sampling techniques using total sampling. Datacollection using a questionnaire. Chi Square Test Results with a confidence level of 95% v (α0.05), where the value of p = 0,018 is smaller than α = 0.05. Salah satu faktor yangmempengaruhi kematangan emosi adalah pola asuh orang tua yang terbagi dalam tiga tipe,yaitu pola asuh otoriter, pola asuh permisif, dan pola asuh demokratis. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kematangan emosi remaja di SMAN 1 Sinonsayang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Respondenterdiri dari 95 remaja dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Uji Chi Square dengan tingkatkepercayaan 95%v(α 0,05), dimana nilai p = 0,018 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan adahubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kematangan emosi remaja di SMA N 1Sinonsayang.Kata Kunci: Pola asuh orang tua, Kematangan emosi, Remaja.

Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Hiang Health Center Working Area in 2019 was 49.1%. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between family and health worker support with exclusive breastfeeding at the Hiang Health Center, Kerinci Regency Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 165 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The samples taken were mothers who had children aged 6-23 months with the mother's condition physically healthy, able to read, write and speak Indonesian, did not suffer from serious diseases that harm the baby when breastfeeding, such as HIV, Active TB, and Hepatitis. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021 with the interview method using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. Results: The proportion of children who did not get exclusive breastfeeding was 45.5%. Bivariate analysis showed that family support (p=0.004 OR= 1.68 95%CI 1.2-2.3), and support from health workers (p=0.000 OR=2.42 95% CI 1.73 - 3.37) were associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Family and the health workers support were associated with exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract: Relationship of Parenting with Language Development in Children 1 - 2.5 Years at Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan. This study aims to determine the relationship of parenting with language development in children 1-2.5 years. The design of this study is correlation research with the Crossectional approach. This research has been carried out in the South Denpasar Health Center I. The sample size is 40 people, using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by direct observation method with KPSP monitoring equipment. The data analysis technique used is the Chi-Square test because the data are not normally distributed. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the majority of respondents (55%) had language development that was not appropriate for their age and the majority of respondents (52.5%) were given democratic parenting. Based on the chi square test results obtained p value = 0.005 (p <0.05) which means there is a significant relationship between parenting with language development.

ABSTRAK Pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan di Kota Semarang telah mencapai target Renstra Kota Semarang (65,20%). Namun demikian pencapaian dalam program ASI Eksklusif ini harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus agar mencapai 100%. Dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor eksternal yang besar pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif. Adanya dukungan keluarga terutama suami akan memberikan dampak peningkatan rasa percaya diri atau motivasi ibu dalam menyusui. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif di RW I Tambakharjo Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian observasional dengan metode penelitian survei analitik. Populasi adalah semua keluarga yang memiliki bayi usia 5-24 bulan di RW I Kelurahan Tambakharjo Kota Semarang dengan sampel sejumlah 35 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan tentang ASI Eksklusif yang kurang (94.3%), sebagian besar responden tidak mendukung pemberian ASI Eksklusif (56.6%) dan sebagian besar responden tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif (62.9%) dan hasil uji Chi Square nilai ρ value = 0,031  dan ρ value = 0,007  < 0,05. Ada Hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungna keluarga terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Kata kunci : ASI Eksklusif ; dukungan; pengetahuan FAMILY SUPPORT IN EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING ABSTRACTExclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months in the city of Semarang has reached the target of the Renstra of the City of Semarang (65.20%). This type of observational research was analytic survey research method. The population were all families who have babies aged 5-24 months in citizen Associations I Tambakharjo, Semarang City with a sample of 35 people. Data collection used a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis used  Chi-Square test. The results of the study most of the respondents have less knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding (94.3%), most respondents do not support exclusive breastfeeding (56.6%) and most respondents do not provide exclusive breastfeeding (62.9%) and Chi Square test results ρ value = 0.031 and ρ value = 0.007 <0.05. Based on the preliminary survey researchers the number of obesity increased from March and April to May and June 2018. From the results of research conducted by researchers, more eating patterns are less good than good diet and more who do less physical activity than moderate and heavy physical activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village, Gantarang District. This study uses an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 1011 people. The sample in this study were 47 respondents. Data analysis using the Chi-square test on diet and using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test on physical activity. The results of the analysis of diet with obesity using the chi-square test obtained the value (p = 0.000) indicating that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of obesity in housewives in Taccorong Village. Whereas physical activity analysis with obesity using Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained values ​​(p = 0.022) showed that there was a relationship of physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village, Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba District. It is recommended for housewives to behave in a healthy life by maintaining a good diet and regulating physical activity well in order to avoid various degenerative diseases due to complications from obesity. For Bontonyeleng health centers to be able to form cadres to detect total obesity. For the next researcher who uses food recall 24 hours if using repeated time.
