The pesantren moderation life is a cultural agent of noble religious life. As understood together, that Kyai is a source of pesantren culture. The success of the institution's moderation culture, is certainly inseparable from the communication patterns in creating an important component in the pesantren moderation culture. Based on that opinion, this research is very important to do. This study examines the pesantren leadership model in developing its moderation culture. The study will be conducted using a qualitative phenomonological approach. After conducting in-depth study, the discussions can be concluded that leadership communication is carried out based on the kyai knowledge and awareness. In the process, there are several important things to be found, namely, first, purposes. It includes informing, influencing or persuading, instructing and engaging moderation process. Second, the compilation of messages based on weakness of pesantren moderation and feedback shown by the pesantren society. Third, the selection of communication channels which includes verbal (meeting communication and the important meeting others) and nonverbal (uswah action and postering).

In the present work the age hardening parameters of a 14Ni (200) maraging steel are studied in order to optimize mechanical properties of the steel. The initial characterization of the as received solution annealed steel has been carried out by optical and scanning electron microscopy (LOM and SEM), and hardness measurements. To identify the structural changes during ageing, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests were performed. Different time-temperature combinations were considered for the precipitation hardening treatment of as-quenched material samples. After hardness measurements, three of these treatments were selected for an in depth study. The obtained microstructure at the maximum hardness peaks then analysed (LOM, SEM and TEM) and mechanical behaviour (strength, toughness and wear resistance) was studied for the final selection of the age hardening conditions.

Over the years, many attempts have been made to define and characterise rock abrasiveness. However, it is found that abrasiveness of rocks is not only difficult to define but also hard to measure. A number of relative rock abrasiveness tests have emerged but their results do not always faithfully reflect the characteristics of the rocks that may be useful in the excavation process. Under the circumstances, an in depth study of rock abrasiveness is warranted. The present study may provide additional help to fill a gap in this area. The study has addressed a number of issues on abrasivity of rocks and the objectives included inter-alia the following: 1. Developing and standardising appropriate testing techniques for evaluation of the abrasiveness and microhardness of the mine rocks. 2. Evaluating the abrasivity characteristics of mine rocks from Mosaboni copper mine, Jhinkpani limestone quarry and Indian coal-measure strata, Jharia, all from the Bihar State of India. 3. Evaluating the characteristics of a suite of rocks from Nepal (limestone from Nigale and quartzite from Bhedetar, Dhankuta District, Nepal). In this study a number of testing methods have been used to evaluate rock abrasiveness of rocks, specially the Cerchar Abrasivity Index (CAI), Schimazek Index and Indian School of Mines Abrasivity Test (ISMAT). The tests were performed in the rock mechanics laboratory of Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad, India. The results of these tests are discussed in detail. Hopefully, this study on abrasivity characteristics of rocks will aid in the selection of appropriate tools and excavation systems thereby enhancing the work performances and reducing the costs in excavations.

In order to gain understanding of the meaning of symbolic variants of the myth in Kampung Naga, an objective analysis is required. Therefore, this paper applied the linguistic model study offered by Levi-Strauss as a new step for the objectivity of myth interpretation. The basic assumption of Levi-Strauss’ linguistic model is that myth often display a diverse surface structure, but in fact the diversity is the description of the human deep structure. The selection of this myth was solely based on the life of the Kampung Naga community as part of Sundanese Society. The results indicated that the myth in the religious life of the Kampung Naga community contains a various stories which include the revelation, the reincarnation, and the descent of revelation. These episodes can be constructed into the structure of a Levi-Strauss linguistic model, a binary opposition, namely the mandate giver (active) the mandate recipient (passive). The relationship between the giver and the receiver is vertical (structural) called “structure of three” (regular). From the “structure of three”, the “culinary triangle” can be constructed. From the “combined triangle”, the Batara Guru will also appear to become a central event that other figures have to go through. Finally, it can be stated that the deep structure construction that still refers to the aspect of Javanese cosmology in General.

Matching problem of submersible mixer and pool has been a difficult problem. Based on in-depth study of the flow field characteristics of a submersible mixer, combined with fluid mechanics theory, the matching problem is discussed in this paper. Calculation formulas of the axial advance distance x and effective stirring radius R are obtained; meanwhile the critical dimension of matched pool is proposed: length × width × height = xv0.3 × 2 k1 Rv0.3 × 2 k2 Rv0.3, and calculation formula of the critical impeller diameter Dcritical is obtained. They are theoretical foundation of matching criterion between pool and submersible mixer. Matching relationship of pool and submersible mixer is widely used in engineering practice with the help of experiment and CFD numerical simulation, and it can provide significant help for the selection of a submersible mixer.

When people speak, they gesture. However, is the audience watching a speaker who is sensitive to this link? We translated the body movements of politicians into stick-figure animations and separated the visual from the audio channel. We then asked participants to match a selection of five audio tracks (including the correct one) with the stick-figure animations. The participants made correct decisions in 65% of all cases (chance level of 20%). Matching voices with animations was less difficult when politicians showed expansive movements and spoke with a loud voice. Thus, people are sensitive to the link between motion cues and vocal cues, and this link appears to become even more apparent when a speaker shows expressive behaviors. Future work will have to refine and validate the methods applied and investigate how mismatches between communication channels affect the impressions that people form of politicians.

The article is focused on the consideration of the advantages of the technology of subject-language integrated learning (CLIL) and the problems of its use in English lessons in an innovative school. Currently in Kazakhstan the most popular secondary educational institutions are schools with in-depth study of subjects in English, the essential difference of which is the attitude to educational innovations, the search for new models of education, the creation of fundamentally new educational information. An important role in this is played by the choice of the optimal teaching method. In this capacity the generally recognized technology of integrated teaching of a language and a subject, known as the CLIL technology, is used. This teaching method is the study of a certain science using a second or third language, mastering the language in a subject, achieving subject and language goals. In the course of applying CLIL, learning English becomes more focused, as it is used to develop specific communicative and sociocultural competencies. In addition, by working on various topics, students learn specific terms, replenishing their vocabulary with subject terminology, which prepares them for further study of subjects in English and successful dialogue in various fields of activity. An important place is occupied by the selection of educational material, which depends on the structure and specifics of the subject, which, in turn, requires professionalism from the teacher and a constant search for new methodological solutions. When compiling assignments, the teacher should take into account the specifics of language forms, include exercises for the development of four types of speech activity (reading, listening, writing, speaking), use various types of assessment to stimulate independent and creative activity of students, as well as increase their motivation

The article demonstrates that, despite certain achievements of the national management science in theory and practice of leadership in the field of public management and administration, the results of the practical use of these recommendations in the management of the state remain unsatisfactory. The authors prove that the main reason is the unsatisfactory state of the morality and integrity of most managers - leaders of the system of public management and administration, since there are no corresponding requirements and examinations of applicants in the processes and technologies of personnel selection of the system based on the above mentioned characteristics. Taking into account the existing world practice of using test instruments to determine the level of morality and integrity of the applicants, it is proposed to supplement the process of selecting candidates for entry into the civil service by making them pass obligatory tests on morality and ability for moral leadership, intensifying the process of training applicants on the basis of intellectualization using modified authors of the leadership model, which will provide the leader's ability to effectively use both their own intellect and intellect of their followers.
