The rapid development of information technology and digitalization has formed a specification in the economic field, in the form of a digital creative economy. This economic cluster generally refers to entrepreneurship developed through the use of the internet and digital advancements to create business opportunities with excellence in the value of services and products. In strategic management, the development of technology that is widely adopted in company policy in improving service and product quality is an external element. In addition to having an extraordinary impact on consumption patterns, distribution and production, information technology is now able to become a fundamental instrument as the essence of creating value for products and services. This leads to a paradigm shift in the strategic management perspective, from the perception of technological externalities to internalities in value creation and policy making. This study seeks to identify shifts in the paradigm of the external environment of technology in contemporary business that develops ICT and the internet as the basis for digitalization and virtualization of exchanges of products, services and transactions between business actors. The results show that unlike conventional companies that respond to technological advances need technological advancements as an added value of their products and services, digital entrepreneurship uses technological advancements as a core part of product development and value creation. This study identifies important elements regarding adaptive strategies of external environmental effects in digital entrepreneurship. The results show that the shift in technological externalities to integrated digital entrepreneurship is capable of digitizing the creation of values ​​and opportunities and operating digital-based businesses.

Given the modern global conjuncture, technological innovation and creative thinking play a major role in the process of implementing entrepreneurial activities. The rapid development of digital technologies and the emergence of diverse digital platforms have given impetus to the transformation of entrepreneurial behavior and the conduct of entrepreneurial activities from the real - to the virtual environment. In the modern digital world, there is no alternative to technological entrepreneurship. 5G network, blockchain, 3D printing and other technological innovations make business processes faster, more reliable and flexible. The generation and implementation of continuous innovative ideas in technology has led to the emergence and development of information technology, digital technology, digital platforms, on which the modern form of entrepreneurship - digital entrepreneurship is based. One of the obstacles to the development of digital entrepreneurship in Georgia is the lack of proper access to digital technologies. At the same time, the population of Georgia has not yet developed the digital culture and skills that ensure the implementation of commercial activities in the virtual space. According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia in July 2019 in the country: 70.6% of households actively used the Internet, only 20.8% of them purchased goods and/or services through digital channels. In 2018, only 3.2% of enterprises received an order through the website. These data indicate the low level of Internet use by the public and, consequently, enterprises for commercial purposes. This untapped segment, at the same time, creates a solid potential for further development of digital entrepreneurship. Especially today, when physical mobility is restricted due to the worldwide pandemic COVID-19. Innovations and technologies are the main driving forces of modern entrepreneurship. Therefore, the emphasis of the Government of Georgia in this direction and the launch of appropriate economic policy instruments should positively support the transformation of the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial behavior in the country. Given the current situation in Georgia, in order to identify and develop digital entrepreneurial opportunities, it would be appropriate to take the following measures: First, the state must ensure that more people have access to the Internet and digital technologies; Second, increase the scale of financial support programs for innovative and digital entrepreneurial initiatives, also, to help startups attract funding sources, to consult on opportunities to attract venture investments, to make it possible to implement a more technologically innovative idea; Third, primacy should be given to Georgian universities in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation and technology, computer science; Fourth, the network of innovation centers should be expanded and similar educational spaces should be created to ensure the development of technical and entrepreneurial skills of the population (especially the rural population) in the field of innovation and technology.

Advances in computer and information technology also provides a positive impact on education. Application areas of computer technology and information technology are the most influential in the field of education is the use of computer networks and the Internet. With the internet information services to target students are not limited space, where time and distance. Through the internet information services can be provided as a source of learning, learning media can be studied according to the speed of learners. Media study is not limited to letters and pictures but can be combined with graphics, animations, video, audio together so that the media is better known as multimedia. Positive influence of Internet use for education in developing human resources education should be able to follow the development of science and technology applications. Applications include the industrial world so that graduates are able to meet the demands of the workplace competencies. Based on these facts one way to be able to follow the rapid development of science and technology is to always access the information up to date and all it can in the can over the internet. However, its implementation is still required in support of infrastructure and human resource capabilities well as providers, managers and information users.

The rapid development of information technology has offered a very good chance for the development of travel industry, there is a great space for travel agencies of our country to apply the internet. Because the conceptions of development and design are backward, tourist products of China’s travel agencies are crude and lack personalities, thus have restricted the development of China’s travel agencies seriously. Aiming at these problems, this paper adopts the methods of induction and systems analysis, has explained the necessities for China’s travel agencies to innovate on tourist products by using the internet, analyzed the problems existing in the tourist products of China’s travel agencies and proposed some corresponding innovative strategies. Finally, such a conclusion has been reached: as long as China’s travel agencies understand fully the existing problems in their tourist products, adopt some corresponding measures, using internet to innovate on their products continuously, then China’s travel agencies will surely get a sustainable and healthy development.

Purpose The widespread use of the internet and the rapid development of the internet of things in information technology have increased the need for network-enabled marketing. It is important to service a broad class involving logistics, buyer, seller and end-users. During various phases of the sales, purchases and marketing process, IoT will influence decision-making. Electronic commerce is a new form of trade under the development of modern information technology. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, the integrated neutrosophic framework based on the internet of things (INF-IoT) has been proposed to support marketers and companies to make a powerful marketing strategy using identified data from IoT devices. Findings The experimental results show that the proposed method has high performance and very efficient. Originality/value This approach may reduce business activity to its core components, which include, in the simplest case, a value proposal, distribution channels and customers, and explain how a network of multi-actors generates a product and services, distributes and uses the value in production. Furthermore, an efficient interface is provided by the logistic module to maintain an order list.

The article reveals the problem of the influence of information technologies on personal development of bachelors at a university, in particular, the relationship between the development of the Internet and a person’s self-esteem. The urgency of this problem is primarily due to the rapid development of information technologies and their introduction into almost every aspect of human life. The results of the study of the relationship between the level of self-esteem of bachelors in the university and the degree of development of the Internet are presented. The survey respondents are future bachelors in teacher training universities. The research methods were a questionnaire survey, revealing the degree of mastery of the Internet, and a self-assessment technique (a modification of the DemboRubinstein technique). The results of the study showed that information technologies actively used on the Internet have a significant impact on the success of the formation of self-esteem of a student. It in turn suggests the relationship between the level of formation of technological competence and the development of the personality of the future teacher. With the rapid development of information technology, all kinds of smart home appliance has appeared. Smart refrigerator is one of them. In this paper, a food management system for smart refrigerator is proposed, which is based on the Internet of Things. This management system could collect the food information in the fridge and analyze the user's preferences. Shopping list and recommended recipes could be generated and sent to user. It provides users with a more personalized service, improve the user experience.
