This study aims to find out how much the analysis of employee performance in terms of work discipline, work motivation and leadership style at Kodim 0307 / Tanah Datar. Data collection methods through surveys and questionnaires. Total sample of 121 respondents. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 7.054 + 0.426 X1 + 0.186 X2 + 0.274 X3. There is a positive and significant influence between leadership style (X1) on employee performance (Y), with t count 0.426 or significantly lower than alpha (0.000 <0.05). Then a positive and significant effect between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a t count of 0.186 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0.012 <0.05). There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y), with tcount 0.274 or significantly lower than alpha (0.001> 0.05) and significant influence between leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2) and work motivation (X3) together on employee performance (Y) as well as a strong relationship between each of these variables with f count 28,534 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05).

This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and job stress at PT. Padang Broad Bay. The method of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires. The sample was 144 respondents and the analytical method used was regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 21.790 + 0.256X1 + 0.615X2 - 0.482X3 is obtained. There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 3.697 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 8.426 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Furthermore, there is a negative and significant effect between work stress (X3) on employee performance (Y), with t -3,697 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0,000> 0.05). Finally there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and work stress (X3) together on employee performance (Y) there is also a strong relationship between each of these variables with a fcount of 75,486 or a significantly smaller level from alpha (0,000 <0.05).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline against Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra.The research design is based on the study environment, the research is included in the field research design category. Researchers focus attention on phenomena in the field so that direct involvement of researchers is limited to observations as cross-information material obtained from the object. The research location was in the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, with a total sample of 128 respondents. The analysis technique used: validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results of the analysis state that there is a significant influence on Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline together against employee performance. And partially significant influence of Leadership Style against Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Work Motivation and Discipline partially do not have significant effects against Employee Performance.

This Research Aims To Uncover The Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Motivation And Work Discipline Of Employee Performance. The population of this study are all employees At PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatra Branch Painan which amounted to 45 people. Samples were taken from all populations of 45 people. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results obtained: Multiple effect of variable X together to variable Y at PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch is equal to 0,573 or 57,3% with Sig. F at 0.000 <0,05 or Fthitung nilat bigger than F table that is 26,445> 3,34, hence can be said that leadership style (X1) work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) have positive and significant influence to Performance employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch. Partially, leadership style have positive and significant influence to employees performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of leadership style bigger than t table (t count 2,713> t table 1,9883) or its significance is smaller than alpha (0,010 <0,05). Partial of work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of work motivation bigger than t table (titung 2,181> t table 1 , 9883) or its significance is less than alpha (0.035 <0.05). Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect to the performance of employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable work discipline is greater than t table (t count 4,636> t table 1,9883) or siginifikansinya smaller than alpha (0,000 <0.05), and the regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 26.445 + 0.299 X1 + 0.220X2. + 0.409 X3.

The independent independent variables in this study as many as 89 respondents are determined by using saturated samples. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic&gt; R- table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of the instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Competence on Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria of the Instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Competency and Employee Performance have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, that is valid and reliable. The result of regression analysis of Leadership Style obtained by tcount = 20,91 while ttable value = 1,988 tcount&gt; ttable proved variable of Leadership Style influence to Employee Performance. Work Motivation regression analysis obtained tcount = 17.62 while the value ttable = 1.988 tcount&gt; ttabel proven Motivational Work variables influence on Employee Performance. Regression analysis Competence obtained value tcount = - 06.85 while ttable =1.988 so thitung&gt; ttable and proven variable Competence have a negative effect on Employee Performance.

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Development

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

The Purpose of this research is to process, analyze, prove empirically and discuss: (a) the effect of perfrormance benefits on the performance of Sorong Maritime and Fisheries Polythecnic employess; (b) The influence of motivation on the performance of Sorong Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries employess; and (c) The join effect of performance and motivation allowance on the performance of Sorong Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries employees. This research was conducted in September to November 2018. The author collected data through questionnaires and observation for a month. The population in this study is the Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries totaling 66 people. This study is a study of facts in the form of opinions/opinion, attitudes, experiences or characteristics of people (respondents) as subject data in the form of primary data obtained from interviews, questionnaire and observation, also seconday data. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistics, with a view to finding strong relationship between variables through correlation analysis with regression analysis, by making comparisons by comparing the average sampel data or population. The results showed that (1) Performance allowance (X1) with all the components of its formation had no effect on employee performance (Y), so the first hypothesis stating that performance allowance (X1) affected employee performance (Y) was not proven; (2) Motivation (X2) with all the components of its formation affect employee performance (Y), so the first hypothesis stating that Motivation (X2) influences employee performance (Y) is proven.
