The research aimed at identifying the relationship between motivation and self–confidence on the performing routines in the parallel bar. The researchers used the descriptive method on (480) thirds year college of physical education and sport sciences/ university of Baghdad students. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that there is a high correlation relationship between motivation and self-confidence with routine performance on parallel bars. In addition to that, the researchers concluded that third-year students have high motivation and self – confidence and there is a positive relationship between motivation, self-confidence, and routine performance on parallel bars.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and multitasking abilities with readiness to change among students. This study used a quantitative correlational method. The total number of 30 members of Psychology Student Association in Universitas Negeri Surabaya was recruited. Data were collected using three instruments, namely self-confidence, multitasking ability, and readiness to change scales. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression technique with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows program. The statistical analysis results showed that the hypothesis of this study is approved. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of self-confidence and multitasking ability with readiness to change among subjects.Keywords: Self-confidence, multitasking ability, readiness to change, students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada mahasiswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Seluruh 30 mahasiswa pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya direkrut secara purposif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan yang bersifat positif antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada subjek.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self confidence with adversity quotient of post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between self confidence and adversity quotient in post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The research method is a quantitative approach. The number of participants was 130 people with a purposive sampling technique. The scale used is a scale of self confidence and adversity quotient. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank and analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results show the correlation is 0.844 (significance level 0.000 0.05) which means the level of relationship between variables is very strong. It illustrates that there is a positive relationship between self confidence and adversity quotient in post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menguji hubungan self confidence dengan adversity quotient mahasiswa pasca drop out di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Adapun hipotesisnya adalah ada hubungan antara self confidence dengan adversity quotient pada mahasiswa pasca drop out di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Metode penelitiannya adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah partisipannya sejumlah 130 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala self confidence dan adversity quotient. Analisis data memakai Spearman Rank serta dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil menunjukkan korelasinya adalah sebesar 0,844 (taraf signifikansi 0.000 0,05) yang artinya tingkat hubungan antar variabel adalah sangat kuat. Hal itu menggambarkan ada hubungan positif antara self confidence dengan adversity quotient pada mahasiswa pasca drop out di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima.

The aim of this study is to understand and identify the relationship of the LGU’s functions to the preservation of the consciousness of the citizens. It sought to answer the following questions, (1) the mean level of the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of the citizens, (1.1) education, (1.2) laws implementation, (1.3) cultural heritage; (2) the mean level of the citizens’ consciousness of their culture, (2.1) customs, (2.2) habits, (2.3) values, (3) the significant relationship between the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of the citizens. Descriptive method of research was used to analyze the data systematically. The researcher looked for the population of the Pagsanjan, Laguna. From the population, the researcher used purposive sampling were in the members of the population are selected based on the objective of the study. The researcher formulated the self-made questionnaire and made it validated by set of experts before it was distributed through MS Forms. The approval of the municipal mayor of Pagsanjan, Laguna was also seeking by the respondents as courtesy for the implementation of the study. After the data collection, the researcher analyzed, presented and interpreted them. The best performed LGU’s function identified by the respondents to preserve the culture is laws implementation which rated 4.73 followed by education which rated 4.33, both are in a very high extend and lastly is the preservation of cultural heritage that rated 3.88 as high extent. The respondents are said to be most conscious in their culture in terms of both Habits and Values which rated 4.42 as very high while customs rated 4.07 as high. LGU’s functions in the preservation of the culture provide a ‘positive relationship’ to the citizens’ consciousness of their culture. The hypothesis which stated that there is no significant relationship between the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of its citizens is ‘not supported’. This study aims to examine the level of confidence relationship with physical education learning achievement in elementary schools in the Tawang sub-district, Tasikmalaya City. The research method uses descriptive-correlational. The sample in this study is the sixth-grade students selected representing several schools in the District of Tawang as many as 60 students employing a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a confidential questionnaire. Data processing procedures to obtain answers about whether or not the hypothesis is accepted following the proposed significance are: (1) looking for averages, (2) looking for standard deviations, (3) testing normality through the Lillefors test (4) testing the correlation of two variables. Based on the results of research and statistical calculations on hypothesis testing the relationship of the level of confidence with physical education learning achievement, the authors can conclude as follows; there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and student achievement in class VI in Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. Because the significance value obtained is greater than 0.05, and the value of Yxy (0.90)> (0.250) rtable (0.05) (60) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and achievement learning (significant).

Abstract: Self-confidence is one of the important aspects of a person's personality, including students at the school in stages of development into adulthood. One of the factors that influence the formation of self-confidence is parenting styles. This study aimed to determine the relationship between parenting styles with student’s self -confidence. This research is an analytical quantitative research methods. Sampling in this study are 50 students of SMP Kristen Ranotongkor. The data was collected with questionnaires. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between parenting styles and self-confidence among the students of SMP Kristen Ranotongkor with p=0,015 (p < α = 0,05) and the correlation value is 0,343. It means that the democratic parenting applied, the higher the level of self-confidence. In conclusion, there was a positive relationship between parenting styles and self-confidence of the students in SMP Kristen Ranotongkor Kabupaten Minahasa.Keywords: parenting styles, self-confidence.Abstrak: Kepercayaan diri merupakan salah satu aspek kepribadian yang penting bagi seseorang termasuk siswa di sekolah dalam tahapan perkembangan menjadi dewasa. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri adalah pola asuh orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa SMP Kristen Ranotongkor. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri siswa SMP Kristen Ranotongkor dengan nilai p=0,015 (p < α=0,05) dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,343. Artinya, semakin demokratis pola asuh yang diterapkan, semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan diri. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri.Kata kunci: pola asuh orang tua, kepercayaan diri.

The study aims to recognize the relationship between organizational culture and administrative innovation in private schools in Jordan. The study uses the descriptive method through the distribution of two questionnaires: the first is to measure the organizational culture, and the second is to measure administrative innovation. The study sample consists of (197) teacher from private schools during the academic year 2018/2019, Validity and reliability coefficients were ensured for the tool. The results of the study shows that the organizational culture level among the principals of private schools is high, and the level of administrative innovation is moderate. The results of the study show a statistically significant positive correlation relationship between the organizational culture and administrative innovation. The study shows no statistically significant differences in teachers' estimates of the level of organizational culture among school principals due to gender and experience variables.

This research to find out in depth about the relationship of self confidence to the ability to think creatively mathematically MTs students. The population in this research is MTs in Cimahi City. Instrument in this research in the form of description of ability of mathematical  creative thinking as much as 5 item, and self confidence questionnaire of student. Methods in this research using correlational research  methods. The result of this research shows that there is a correlation (r) value on Person Corellation between self confidence with students’ mathematical creative thinking ability is 0,597**. Form these results show the level of relationships that are classified and indicate the direction of a positive relationship.

The research aimed at identifying the relationship between academic achievement using blended learning (online and face to face) and performing serving in players from Babel national center for gifted in volleyball aged U15. The researchers used the descriptive method on (7) players for the season 2020 – 2021. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude a significant correlation relationship between academic achievement results and serving performance accuracy. Finally, the researcher recommended the necessity of using blended teaching because it saves time in repeating instruction. Blended learning is also important for all age groups and in addition to that, the researcher recommended making similar researches in other sports.

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and learning independence. This research was conducted on 233 students of Cahaya Medan High School who were selected using the disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the scale used was a scale to measure self-confidence and learning independence. The calculation is done through an analysis prerequisite test (assumption test) which consists of a normality test and a linearity test. The data analysis used is Product Moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. Besides self-confidence, learning independence is influenced by other factors such as learning motivation, self-concept and democratic parenting of parents. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, namely, there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and learning independence.Keywords: Self-confidence; Learning independence Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kemandirian belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 233 orang siswa-siswi SMA Cahaya Medan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode disproportionate stratified random sampling dan skala yang digunakan yaitu skala untuk mengukur kepercayaan diri dan kemandirian belajar. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melalui uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Adapun analisis data yang dipakai yakni dengan korelasi Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows. Selain kepercayaan diri, variabel kemandirian belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti motivasi belajar, konsep diri dan pola asuh demokratis orang tua. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima yakni ada hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan kemandirian belajar.Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan diri; Kemandirian belajar
