This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and multitasking abilities with readiness to change among students. This study used a quantitative correlational method. The total number of 30 members of Psychology Student Association in Universitas Negeri Surabaya was recruited. Data were collected using three instruments, namely self-confidence, multitasking ability, and readiness to change scales. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression technique with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows program. The statistical analysis results showed that the hypothesis of this study is approved. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of self-confidence and multitasking ability with readiness to change among subjects.Keywords: Self-confidence, multitasking ability, readiness to change, students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada mahasiswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Seluruh 30 mahasiswa pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya direkrut secara purposif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan yang bersifat positif antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada subjek.

This study aims to determine the relationship of interest and level of parents with social studies learning outcomes of students in Palangka Raya 6 Public Middle School. The research method used in this study is a correlational method. In this study the population of class VIII students was 252 people. So the researchers took a sample of 152 students. MANY in this study are called sample research. The variables in this study there are 3 (three) variables, namely the interest-free variables and the level of parents, while the variables are the results of social studies learning. Data writing techniques use questionnaire and test techniques, and analysis techniques are used multiple. From the data analysis, the results of the study were obtained. (1) There was a positive relationship between interest in learning and the results of social studies learning of students, with an explicit coefficient of rX1Y = 0.521. This correlation is significant in the population. (2) There is a positive relationship between parents with social studies learning outcomes of students, with a secret coefficient of rX2Y = 0.496. This correlation is significant in the population. (3) There is a positive relationship between interest and parents with social studies learning outcomes of students, with an explicit coefficient of R = 0.52 Fhit (27.04)> Ftab (3.07). This correlation is significant in the population.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of self-confidence with the shooting results of Futsal extracurricular participants. This study uses a correlational method that links the variable confidence with shooting results. The population in this study were 20 Futsal extracurricular participants of Palembang State Junior High School 24 in which the entire population was sampled. The test instrument consists of 2 types, namely a questionnaire to measure the level of confidence and skills tests to measure shooting results. Data analysis technique used t test analysis with 95% confidence (p = 0.05). The results showed the correlation coefficient between the level of confidence with the results of the shooting kick was 0.473, with a ratio of r table = 0.444. Hypothesis test results obtained t count is 2.276, with a ratio of t table = 2.101. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and shooting results.

This research to find out in depth about the relationship of self confidence to the ability to think creatively mathematically MTs students. The population in this research is MTs in Cimahi City. Instrument in this research in the form of description of ability of mathematical  creative thinking as much as 5 item, and self confidence questionnaire of student. Methods in this research using correlational research  methods. The result of this research shows that there is a correlation (r) value on Person Corellation between self confidence with students’ mathematical creative thinking ability is 0,597**. Form these results show the level of relationships that are classified and indicate the direction of a positive relationship.

The study aims to determine the relationship of Muslim dress and promiscuity in students at Trimitsa Cibinong Vocational High School. The population is 41 students from the whole class 12, and the sample is 36 students. The method used is quantitative and questionnaire as an instrument, testing of research hypotheses is done using correlation analysis and regeneration, data analysis using Pearson Correlation statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the positive relationship between Muslim dress variables and promiscuity variables is calculated with Pearson Correlation, the correlation coefficient value obtained between these variables is 4,861. The coefficient of determination in this analysis obtained a value of 0,637 which means that promiscuity variables can be explained by Muslim dress variables. Based on the results of the study it can be said that Muslim dress (X) has a relationship with promiscuity (Y) of SMK Plus Trimitsa Cibinong female students. Keywords: Muslim dress, dress criteria, promiscuit Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan berbusana muslimah dan pergaulan bebas pada peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Plus Trimitsa Cibinong. Populasi berjumlah 41 siswi dari keseluruhan kelas 12, dan yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 36 siswi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen, pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regreasi, analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan positif antara variabel berbusana muslimah dan variabel pergaulan bebas dihitung dengan Pearson Correlation, nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh antara variabel tersebut sebesar 4,861. Nilai koefision determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh nilai 0,637 yang berarti variabel pergaulan bebas bisa dijelaskan dari variabel berbusana muslimah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikatakan bahwa berbusana muslimah (X) memiliki hubungan dengan pergaulan bebas (Y) siswi SMK Plus Trimitsa Cibinong. Love is more than a close friendship. It acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationship. Love is positive in nature and leaves a positive affect on every individual. An individual in love not only feels positive but spreads positivity around. They smile, be kind to other people, behave compassionately with everyone. If the person is happy then he is likely to be psychologically and emotionally healthy. The current study aimed at understanding the relationship between love, affect and wellbeing among young females aged between 20-25 years. The study reported a significant positive relationship between love and positive affect with the significant correlation of 0.29 at 0.05 levels (p<0.05). It was also found a significant positive relationship between love and wellbeing with the significant correlation of 0.58 at 0.01 level (p<0.01). This means that people in love experience positive emotions and healthy wellbeing. The correlation between love and negative affect came out to be insignificant. The correlation turned out to be -0.13. This means that people in love do not experience negative emotions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

To study the relationship of parents' attitudes towards teachers, school, and education with the academic achievement of their children, a questionnaire was given to the parents of 1021 Standard 7 pupils (369 boys and 652 girls) randomly chosen from the Standard 7/Year 9 population of 14,765 boys and 26,109 girls. Analysis of variance indicated a positive relationship between parents' attitudes and the academic achievement of their children regardless of whether the children's parents were deceased or alive.

This paper aims at investigating the relationship between the application of innovation and entrepreneurship system and the university competitive advantage in the Jordanian higher education sector.     To collect the required data, the number of some concerned individuals was surveyed through a carefully designed questionnaire that has become the main instrument to obtain the required data.A random sample of university managerial staff was withdrawn from five private Jordanian universities. The collected data was audited, reviewed and statically analyzed using the most relevant statistical test. The results of the statistical analysis have clearly pointed out that university adoption of innovation and entrepreneurship system has a significant effect on its competitive advantage.

Metadiscourse is a tool for writers to guide and interact with readers through texts. Yet in most student texts, one of the points lacking is the interaction between writers and readers. In this study, frequency and type of interactive and interactional metadiscourse features were explored via students’ research-based essays based on Hyland’s metadiscourse taxonomy. Additionally, the students’ English Vocabulary Profile (EVP), lexical diversity, lexical density, and readability features of the texts in the corpus were scrutinized, which serve as an indicator of writing quality. Finally, the relationship of metadiscourse use with students’ writing performance, lexical diversity, lexical density, and readability was explored through statistical measures. Findings show that following explicit metadiscourse instruction, students’ research-based essays included more interactive metadiscourse than interactional metadiscourse, indicating that the students were dealing with more textual features, such as coherence, than interactional metadiscourse. Apart from findings regarding EVP such as lexical diversity, lexical density, and readability features, a positive relationship was explored between metadiscourse use and writing performance, lexical components, and textual features. It is concluded that metadiscourse should be integrated into the writing syllabus since it has a positive relationship with students’ use of academic vocabulary in their essays.

This study aims to analyze the green CSR  of innovation performance  with firms approval variables  and public visibility   can support moderating the relationship of green CSR  and innovation. The research sample was 33 manufacturing companies. The results showed that the  green CSR has a positive and significant effect on innovation . Also, the company approval variable has been proven to moderate the direction of a positive relationship between green CSR and innovation . The results also prove that public visibility is proven to moderate the direction of the negative relationship between green CSR and performance. This study provide information that shows great concern for the environment; it will increase the company in making changes through innovation activities. Also, the higher the company's approval and public visibility, the company will get support from various stakeholders to run the firms. The level of company concern for CSR activities will be a misjudgment for investors.
