Резильентность педагога физической культуры рассматривается как опора формирования социальной безопасности. Main objective. Theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model and methods of training future teachers of Physical Culture. The pedagogical factors of future teachers of Physical Culture training to the implementation of individual educational trajectories in the educative process The thesis deals with the problem of future teachers of Physical Culture training to the implementation of individual educational trajectories in the students’ activity. Future teachers of Physical Culture preparedness to the implementation of individual educational trajectories of students’ activity" has been defined, the concepts " future teachers, individual educational trajectory, educational environment have been defined; the essence and the structure (motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive components) of future teachers preparedness to the implementation of individual educational trajectories of students’ activity have been revealed. Methodology. Literature analysis, pedagogical research. Results The pedagogical factors of future teachers’ of Physical Education training to the implementation of individual educational trajectories in the educative process. Significance. Organization of future teachers’ of individual work according to individual educational trajectories have been theoretically substantiated.

The level of training for future teachers of physical education should be in line with the current requirements of a comprehensive school, this necessity prompts us to find ways to increase the efficiency and quality of their professional development. The article presents the methodology and results of the experiment, aimed at increasing the professional training of physical education teachers at sports-and-pedagogical improvement classes (volleyball). A step-by-step algorithm of actions is developed, which shows ways of formation of knowledge, skills and abilities. The components of the content of vocational training, which determined the effectiveness of the introduced methodology, were revealed. The study envisaged increasing attention to interdisciplinary integration in order to improve the quality of theoretical knowledge, practical skills for the preparation of a competent, competitive expert in physical education and sport.

The article analyzes the current state of professional training of future physical education teachers in higher education institutions of Ukraine for local lore on the basis of a competent approach. The criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future physical education teachers for local lore in the course of their professional training are highlighted. A number of different approaches to the evaluation of the criteria for the formation of readiness of future specialists have been investigated. The correspondence of each criterion of readiness of future teachers of physical culture to local lore activity is established by the indicators reflecting qualitative and quantitative characteristics of its competences. On the basis of the analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature, the indicators of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture for local lore are determined, namely: motivational, cognitive and activity. The boundaries of the level of preparedness of future physical education teachers for local lore are clearly defined on the basis of the competence approach: insufficient, sufficient and high. The criterion of formation of future physical education teachers' readiness for local lore is an objective characteristic that reflects its essential features and by means of which they make comparative assessment of the effectiveness of its formation in traditional and isolated pedagogical conditions. The structure of future physical education teachers' readiness for local history activities included a motivational component, a cognitive component, and an activity component. The level of readiness for local lore activity of future physical education teachers has been determined: insufficient level (low, reproductive), sufficient level (average, productive), high level (creative). The readiness of physical culture teachers for local lore is determined by the functions: cognitive, communicative, developmental, adaptive, informative, reflexive.

The content and forms of educational process of the physical education faculties students were analyzed in this article to organize physical culture and sports work. Pedagogical condition of formation of readiness to organize physical culture and sports work at comprehensive schools by future teachers of Physical Education was justified on the basis of isolated problems. This is directing of the combined efforts of Lecturers of professional disciplines and physical education teachers to support the professional development of future physical education teachers. The pedagogical condition is based on the three-personal interaction within the framework of equal relations in the system «teacher — student — teacher of physical culture», which is directional on the formation of readiness to organize physical culture and sports work by future teachers of Physical Education and provides for the linking of the faculties of physical education with comprehensive schools and another physical culture and sports institutions, where the students join the organization and holding different forms of the physical culture and sports work. Specialists in the field of physical culture and sports role in gaining professional experience by future teachers of Physical Education was found out. Lecturer, this is a person, who has a leading place in the three-personal interaction, who controls this process and directs it. The student is an active participant in the educational process, who has opportunity to form his own professional readiness and gains experience in organization of physical culture and sports work. Physical education teacher and other specialists in this field help to students to see and understand the essence of professional activity «from inside». They coordinate student activities in the organization of various forms of physical culture and sports work in the conditions of comprehensive schools and another physical culture and sports institutions.

Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma investigação de natureza qualitativa realizada em aulas de educação física em escolas públicas da cidade de Porto Alegre—RS. O propósito do estudo foi examinar a relação entre a produção de conhecimento e 3 prática profissional de futuros professores de educação física. A pesquisa enfocou o ensino de um elemento específico da cultura física brasileira (futebol) a estudantes de 5a a 8a série, durante o período de um semestre acadêmico, por 11 estudantes em fase de conclusão de curso, da Escola de Educação Física da Universidade Federal de Rio Grande do Sul.  This work presents the results of a qualitative investigation carried out in physical education classes in the public schools of the city of Porto Alegre -RS. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between the production of knowledge in physical education and the professional practice of future physical education teachers. The research focused on the teaching of a specific element of the Brazilian physical culture (soccer) to students of 5th to 8th grades during a period of an academic term by 11 final year undergraduate students of the Faculty of Physical Education of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

The article examines the effectiveness of interdisciplinary integration in the training of future physical education teachers. The purpose of the article is to test the effectiveness of interdisciplinary integration in the training of future teachers of physical education. Research methodology includes: empirical methods: observations, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment is for checking the effectiveness of interdisciplinary integration in the training of future teachers of physical education; methods of mathematical statistics are for processing the results of experimental work. Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of interdisciplinary integration in the training of future teachers of physical education is based on a certain system of standards: pedagogical orientation, independence and professional maturity, which we used to diagnose their development by those activities that included students of the experimental group. After analyzing the data, it was found that students of the control and experimental groups have significant differences on such scales as: awareness, decision-making, planning and communication; as well as a positive trend on the scales: mnemonic, volitional and mental. According to the study, it can be said that future physical education teachers of the experimental group are more knowledgeable and confident in choosing their profession, they more rationally and adequately assess the situation and plan their future more thoughtfully than students in the control group.

This article presents application program „Harmony in the preparation of undergraduate students of physical education teachers“. Th e  experiment  verifies the effects of this program on development of creativity of future teachers. Based on tests of creativity, to capture the scale of interpersonal relationships and the questionnaire revealed positive changes in the development of creative abilities of students in the experimental group interpersonal relations, climate, attitudes and personality profile.

We aimed to develop pedagogical techniques among students, improve their pedagogical abilities as important components of pedagogical excellence during practical classes in the educational disciplines “Introduction into the specialty”, “Culture of professional speech and communication”, “Pedagogy”, “The content and types of professional activities in the field of physical culture and sports”, in particular: organizational, creative, perceptual abilities, emotional stabilit y, optimistic forecasting, For future physical culture teachers to learn how to introspect their skills in pedagogical interaction, we proposed such topics for creative reflection: “My pedagogical culture”, “Pedagogy: science or art”, „My memories of my favorite teacher”, “Physical culture teacher of the future” etc. The inclusion of students in personally oriented activities through the use of the latest educational technologies and the introduction of a special course in the educational process “Fundamentals for the development of pedagogical skills of future physical education teachers” made it possible to reveal the potential of each future teacher of physical education. The comprehensive observance of the above-mentioned pedagogical conditions ensured the effectiveness of the pedagogical skills development of future physical education teachers in the process of training.

Traumatism of schoolchildren in physical education and sports, according to questioned teachers, has assorted reasons. The main ones are: violation of discipline by students, failure to observe safety rules, inept insurance and selfinsurance, unsatisfactory technical condition of sports equipment and places for physical culture and sports. The most traumatic means of physical education teachers consider team sports games (soccer, handball, basketball), during which it is possible to injure hands and feet with hard drops on the ground or collisions with rivals, blowing the ball into the face or body. Long-term pedagogical experience in school and analysis of publications of specialists studying the problems of injuries in children and young people make it possible to assert that in connection with a significant number  of injuries in schools in different countries, it is necessary to improve its prevention and improve the safety of students' life and health in teaching and educational The process, in particular, in physical education classes and sports sections of schools. It is necessary to improve the effectiveness of training future physical education teachers in higher education institutions on the prevention of injuries in classes and sports sections, where various means of physical training and sports are used, to be able to monitor the technical condition of physical culture equipment and equipment, sports objects for physical education and sports, to teach students The methods of insurance of children and youth in classes and non–class sports.
