The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of a crisis in society. Science "pushes" religion, but does not offer a new moral code in its place. The definitions of "security" are almost as many and as controversial as postmodernism. For the purposes of this study, however, it will be sufficient to define security as "the functional state of a system that provides for the neutralization and counteraction of external and internal factors affecting or potentially damaging the system." This scientific article presents a study, which seeks to answer the question why the paradigm "security" is so important in the postmodern society, what are the roots of its influence and meaning, and to seek conclusions and guidelines for its increase.

The aim was to study the influence of personal factors on the index of individual biological aging in men and women of mature age who continue to work and those who no longer work. The participants were 347 people, including 212 women aged 56-65 years and 111 men aged 61-69 years. Measurement of biological age, relative biological aging index, assessment of subjective psychological age, expected retirement age, life path questionnaire. Biological age was estimated using a formula that included indicators of metabolism, the work of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and balance organ systems; a psychological health questionnaire was also used. The lowest index of relative biological aging was found in people who continued to work part-time. There is a relationship between the index of relative biological aging and one's characteristics. For men, the index was lowered by the following factors: changing the place of residence, continuing to work after retirement, a high indicator of the expected retirement age, and increased by living in a large city. For women, the index was lowered by the following factors: changing the place of residence, continuing to work after retirement, a high indicator of the expected retirement age, higher education, creative hobbies, studying after retirement.

The article presents the results of our own research devoted to the study of the functional characteristics of the digestive system in patients with celiac disease associated with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD).Materials and methods. The study included 90 patients from the register of adults with celiac disease. To assess CTD, patients underwent clinical and laboratory- instrumental examination, including ultrasound of the abdomen organs, kidneys and heart, EGDS. The assessment of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract was carried out according to the ultrasound data of the abdomen organs, coprogram and PEGEG.Results. The results of the study showed that all patients had signs of CTD with involvement of at least two organ systems. The most common visceral stigmas of dysplasia were MVP (66.7%), gallbladder anomalies (53.3%), tracheobronchial dyskinesia (35.6%) and signs of nephroptosis (30.0%). Anomalies of the gallbladder included single bends in the body area — 26 people (28.9%) and in the neck area –5 people (5.6%), and double bend — S-shaped gallbladder — 17 people (18.9%). At the same time, an increase in the proportion of gallbladder anomalies was revealed as the severity of CTD increased, with significant differences in the groups in patients with an S-shaped gallbladder (p<0.05), which correlated with biliary sludge and signs of maldigestion. According to PEGEG data, an increase in tonic activity (Pi / Ps) at the frequency of the duodenum with an increase in the degree of CTD was revealed, with the maximum values in group 3 patients being 3.84 ± 1.03, which reflects the presence of hypertensive dysfunction.Conclusion. The functional state of the digestive system in celiac patients with signs of CTD is characterized by disorders of the gastroduodenal complex and the biliary system. A high degree of CTD in celiac disease patients should be considered as an independent risk factor for motor disorders of the upper gastrointestinal tract and biliary system, which must be taken into account when carrying out therapeutic and prophylactic measures.

Relevance. The need to search and develop effective measures for medical and psychological rehabilitation (MPR), which provide optimization of the functional state of specialists of EMERCOM of Russia.Intention. To determine effectiveness factors of a 10 day MPR program for specialists of EMERCOM of Russia. Methodology. The sample consisted of 110 specialists of EMERCOM of Russia units sent for the MPR. The actual functional state of the body was studied with the help of clinical and psychological interviews, functional tests, psychophysiological examinations on the “Psychophysiologist” and “Reacor” hardware complexes, K. Izard’s differential emotions scale adapted by A. Leonova. Results and discussion. According to the results of cluster analysis, the total sample was divided into groups taking into account the level of ability to restore the functional state of the body after the MPR program: high (26.4%), medium (45.4%) and low (28.2%). The low level group included professionals with low mental stress in their activities. Basically, they needed an organized rest and psycho preventive measures. The critical values of the indicators of the functional state of the specialists of the Emercom of Russia in need of conducting MPR are revealed. According to the results of factor analysis, explaining about 53% of the total variance of indicators, the effectiveness of the MPR program is revealed. The designed algorithm of the 10 day MPR program for EMERCOM specialists allows us to reduce neuropsychic stress, form a positive assessment of professional experience, develop stability and endurance of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, and achieve high functional capabilities of the body.Conclusion. The factors of effectiveness of the 10 day MPR program for EMERCOM of Russia specialists were determined: low neuropsychic stress, a positive assessment of professional experience, stable functioning, endurance of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, high functional capabilities of the body, and readiness for activity. Functional indicators of the need for MPR are established; taking these into account helps to prescribe specific rehabilitation measures for EMERCOM of Russia specialists.

The scientific article analyzes the procedural procedure for acquiring the status of a suspect under the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. It is stated that a person acquires the procedural status of a suspect from the moment of delivery of a notice of suspicion, and in case of impossibility to serve in person - after sending a notice of suspicion in another way. It is emphasized that it can be significantly more difficult to deliver a notice of suspicion in person if a person avoids meeting or appearing with an investigator or prosecutor. It is substantiated that short deadlines do not allow effective use of a formal summons to an investigator or prosecutor. The article draws attention to the fact that it is quite difficult to document the impossibility of personally delivering a notice of suspicion. It is emphasized that sending a report of suspicion in another way (at the place of residence, work) may be complicated by the fact that the place of residence or work may be absent or unknown to the investigator, prosecutor. It is noted that the terms "place of residence" and administration of "place of work" do not have an unambiguous interpretation, which allows to question the appropriateness of sending a notice of suspicion to a known investigator, prosecutor's ddress or place of work. The issue of the impossibility of confirming that the person received an e-mail with a notice of suspicion was raised. Based on the analysis of judicial practice and the practice of the High Council of Justice, it is stated that decisions to refuse to apply measures to ensure criminal proceedings in case of insufficient measures to serve a notice of suspicion are not uncommon. It is stated that in the conditions of the need to deliver a notice of suspicion to a personally suspected or related person, the presence or absence of a person's desire to receive a notice of suspicion is of great importance. That is, the acquisition of procedural status of a suspect depends on the desire of the suspect. It is substantiated that the optimal way to reform the legislation is to obtain the procedural status of a suspect on the basis of the relevant resolution of the investigator, prosecutor.

The role of electron microscopy and associated techniques is assured in diagnostic pathology. At the present time, most of the progress has been made on tissues examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and correlated with light microscopy (LM) and by cytochemistry using both plastic and paraffin-embedded materials. As mentioned elsewhere in this symposium, this has revolutionized many fields of pathology including diagnostic, anatomic and clinical pathology. It began with the kidney; however, it has now been extended to most other organ systems and to tumor diagnosis in general. The results of the past few years tend to indicate the future directions and needs of this expanding field. Now, in addition to routine EM, pathologists have access to the many newly developed methods and instruments mentioned below which should aid considerably not only in diagnostic pathology but in investigative pathology as well.

Two benzofuran derivatives, chlorpromazine and amiodarone, are known to produce inclusion bodies in human tissues. Prolonged high dose chlorpromazine therapy causes hyperpigmentation of the skin with electron-dense inclusion bodies present in dermal histiocytes and endothelial cells ultrastructurally. The nature of the deposits is not known although a drug-melanin complex has been hypothesized. Amiodarone may also cause cutaneous hyperpigmentation and lamellar lysosomal inclusion bodies have been demonstrated within the cells of multiple organ systems. These lamellar bodies are believed to be the product of an amiodarone-induced phospholipid storage disorder. We performed transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive x-ray microanalysis (EDXA) on tissue samples from patients treated with these drugs, attempting to detect the sulfur atom of chlorpromazine and the iodine atom of amiodarone within their respective inclusion bodies.A skin biopsy from a patient with hyperpigmentation due to prolonged chlorpromazine therapy was fixed in 4% glutaraldehyde and processed without osmium tetroxide or en bloc uranyl acetate for Epon embedding.
