Abstract: Planning is important in carrying out an activity or activity, especially development activities. Planning is an effort in selecting and linking facts and making and using assumptions about the future by describing and formulating the activities needed to achieve the desired outcome (Susanto, 2016). Rejang Lebong Regency is one of the Regencies in Bengkulu Province that is included in the zone for the development of the Coffee Agribusiness area. Planning for the development of the coffee area was arranged by the Bengkulu Provincial Government. This study aims to examine the concepts related to coffee area development planning. The research method used is based on a literature review. From the results of the Literature study it was found that planning for the development of the coffee area in Rejang Lebong Regency should be carried out in accordance with considering the condition of the land, weather and climate of the region in Rejang Lebong Regency..  Abstrak: Perencanaan adalah hal yang penting dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan atau aktvitas , terutama aktivitas pembangunan. Perencanaan adalah suatu upaya dalam memilih dan menghubungkan fakta- fakta dan membuat serta menggunakan asumsi - asumsi mengenai masa yang akan datang dengan jalan menggambarkan dan merumuskan kegiatan - kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil yang dinginkan (Susanto, 2016). Kabupaten Rejang Lebong adalah salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Bengkulu yang masuk di dalam zona untuk pengembangan kawasan agribisnis Kopi. Perencanaan untuk pengembangan kawasan kopi di susun oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan pengembangan kawasan  kopi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berdasarkan kajian literature. Dari Hasil studi Literatur di dapatkan bahwa perencanaan pengembangan kawasan kopi di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong sebaiknya  dilakukan sesuai dengan mempertimbangkan kondiri lahan, cuaca dan iklim kawasan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong.agar dapat menghasilkan produksi yang optimal.

Trafficking in persons is a criminal act of organized crime that occurs internationally. Indonesia, as one of the countries with the fourth largest population, has experienced this crime. One of the provinces that is the center of this biggest crime is East Nusa Tenggara. In this case, the Indonesian government through existing state institutions coordinates to eliminate the crime of trafficking in persons. Immigration as one of the agencies that deals with immigration traffic problems plays a major role in efforts to deal with the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. Coordination between one party and another is carried out by the provincial government of East Nusa Tenggara. However, improving coordination is a key point of success in handling the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. This research was conducted by conducting a literature case study which aims to find out more about the crime in question. This writing is done with a descriptive research method by describing the research results in a case study literature from various literatures used by the author.

The condition of the people of Kulon Progo Regency, has faced problems and challenges in the future, and by taking into account the strategic and potential factors possessed by the community, stakeholders, and the Regency Government, the Vision of Kulon Progo Regency is as stated in the Regional RPJP of Kulon Progo Regency 2005-2025. . The purpose of this study was to determine whether the development planning process of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Kulon Progo Regency is in accordance with law no. 25 of 2004. The research method used is qualitative. These results indicate that the development planning process at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Kulon Progo Regency is in accordance with Law No. 25 of 2004, this has been proven by the initial stage process starting from the preparation of the SKPD Renstra document compiled by referring to the 2017-2022 Kulon Progo Regency RPJMD which starts from planning preparation, planning determination, controlling plan implementation; and evaluation of the implementation of the plan. However, the concrete implementation is not evenly distributed in the Kulon Progo area.

This scientific paper aims to examine the scientific articles of international repute that discuss Sports Development. The research method that is used in this research is the bibliometric analysis method. The process of bibliometric analysis includes; data extraction, processing, networking, interpretation, and visualization. The findings in this study indicate that there are 406 interrelated articles. The articles are divided into 3 clusters. Cluster 1 relates to the parties involved in the sports development planning process and the prioritized criteria in the discourse on sports development. Then cluster 2 emphasizes the data that used as a benchmark for sports development. Last, three is about the goals to be achieved in sports development.

Easter is one of the most important Christian and Catholic holidays and dates back to the church in the first century until today. The Passover holiday reminds Christians how Jesus died and was resurrected for the sake of human salvation. There are many ways Christians celebrate Easter, but the most popular of which is Easter is identified with eggs. This study aims to increase understanding of church traditions, especially easter eggs which are believed to have no biblical basis because the Lord Jesus in his ministry never used them as illustrations to explain His death and resurrection. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative with literature study and exposition approach on the text on John 12:20-26. Celebrating Easter according to Bible standards is very significant today and in the future. That is why taking up Jesus' parable of the wheat is an offer for the church today to gain a relevant understanding of the Passover. Easter celebrations using plant seeds become a symbol of survival for oneself, family, church, environment, and government.AbstrakPaskah adalah salah satu hari raya Kristen dan Katolik yang sangat penting, dan telah dimulai sejak gereja abad pertama hingga saat ini. Hari raya Paskah mengingatkan orang Kristen bagai-mana Yesus mati dan dibangkitkan demi keselamatan manusia. Beragam cara orang Kristen da-lam merayakan hari raya paskah, namun yang paling populer paskah diidentikkan dengan telur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai tradisi gereja, khususnya telur paskah yang diyakini tidak memiliki dasar Alkitab, karena Tuhan Yesus dalam pelayanannya tidak pernah menggunakannya sebagai ilustrasi untuk menjelaskan kematian dan kebangkitan-Nya. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan dan pendekatan eksposisi pada teks Yohanes 12:20-26. Merayakan paskah sesuai stan-dar Alkitab adalah sangat signifikan di masa kini dan di masa mendatang. Itu sebab-nya, mengangkat perumpamaan Yesus tentang biji gandum menjadi tawaran bagi ge-reja saat ini untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang relevan tentang paskah. Perayaan paskah dengan menggunakan benih tumbuh-tumbuhan menjadi simbol keberlang-sungan hidup bagi diri sendiri, keluarga, gereja, lingkungan hidup dan pemerintah.

This paper aims to identify key insights from the available literature review on blockchain in the sukuk market and provide a commentary of its prospects specifically in its application within the sukuk market advantages and challenges. The paper primarily applies a qualitative approach and literature review as a research method. The result showed that smart sukuk has the potential of becoming the future for sukuk issuances and may contribute to the spread of sukuk more widely, leading to the expansion of Islamic funding. The advantages of smart contracts could facilitate transactions in convenient way and hence would contribute to wellbeing of the ummah, thus achieving the maslaha. The use of smart contracts designed to protect against fraud is also consistent with maqasid al-Shariah (purposes of Shariah), which is the protection of al-mal (property).

The purpose of this petenilian is to implement character education in early childhood by using global warming symptom material. It can be seen at this time that the effects of global warming can be clearly felt. To minimize the impact of global warming, we need a good character in each individual. For this reason, character education is aimed at early childhood. Early childhood was chosen because it has a better tendency in planting and implementing good character in the future. The research method used is a literature study that is compiled comprehensively so that it gets relevant results. The results of this study explain that there is a relationship between character education through global warming symptoms that are applied to early childhood.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine the implementation of Musharakah Mutanaqisah. Research methodology: This research method was a literature study with data obtained from previous research and theories relevant to the research topic. Results: The research results show that Musharakah Mutanaqisah in the two countries still needs to be encouraged for its development, because Murabahah still dominates it, Ba'i, ijarah and others financing, the results of the study also concluded that the implementation of Musharakah Mutanaqisah is equally an alternative in property financing in Malaysia, and homeownership loans in Indonesia. Limitations: This research only examined the application of MMP in Southeast Asia Contribution: Findings contribute that internationally, accounting for Musharakah Mutanaqisah refers to IFRS and FAS. In Malaysia, the regulations governing the accounting for Musharakah Mutanaqisah are regulated in the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS). ). In Indonesia, the regulations governing the accounting for Musharakah Mutanaqisah are not yet available, so they are still regulated in PSAK No. 106 (Musharakah Akad). It was known that there were lack of order mandatory submission in Local Library of South Sumatra. Implementation of handover and savings of print and record work policy was one of the steps of South Sumatera Provincial Government to preserve the work of the region. This implementation was very influential in determining the quality of local policies or regulations. The purpose of this study was to find out how many local works produced by South Sumatera Province. This research used qualitative research method with descriptive form. Data collected via interview to key informants, observation and literature study using Ripley and Franklin's theories of compliance, the smoothness of the function routines and the realization of the desired performance and its impact. The first dimension of compliance level had indicated the implementation of the handover and the saving of the work in the Library Board of South Sumatera Province, the second dimension of the smoothness of the function routine was the implementation of socialization and the data collection of published works, and the last dimension is the increasing of knowledge and the amount of work received at Delivery of Print Works and Record Works at the Library Board of South Sumatra Province. Indicators of this study can be concluded that the three dimensions used are quite ideal.

The tourism sector in Indonesia has been established as the main sector in the future. Visits of Chinese tourists ranked highest in 2017 than any other country. The huge potential of China's market in the world demands that the government together with tourism stakeholders jointly increase the number of Chinese tourists visiting Indonesia. This reserach is a literature study on the characteristics of Chinese outbound tourists from various sources, as well as strategies to increase the visit of Chinese tourists to Indonesia. The results of this literature review is expected to be an input for the development of tourism sector in Indonesia in reaching outbound tourists from China, and can be an inspiration for a suitable research theme in the future.
