This study studies and at the same time has succeeded in proving that there is a significant influence of the role of mitigation management on variations in changes in community attitudes in terms of flood disaster mitigation in the Mutiara Gading Timur, Mustika Jaya sub-district, Bekasi. The role is partially proven and significantly influential, which is indicated by the influence coefficient of 0.496. By using a sample of 98 respondents and using a simple SEM analysis method, where the data is processed by the SMART PLS application. So if you look at these facts, it is hoped that in terms of translating the managerial implications, it is to always pay attention to the mitigation management system and structure as well as the consistent implementation of improving the quality of collegial collective community management, in this case, is to increase efforts to improve community attitudes in the mitigation process so that all efforts in anticipating flood disasters in the Mustika Jaya Bekasi area can take place well. Abstrak Studi ini mempelajari dan sekaligus telah sukses membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari peran manajemen mitigasi terhadap variasi perubahan sikap masyarakat dalam hal mitigasi bencana banjir di kompleks Mutiara Gading Timur kelurahan Mustika Jaya Bekasi. Peran tersebut baik secara parsial terbukti dan signifikan cukup berpengaruh, yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien pengaruh sebesar 0.496. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebesar 98 responden dan menggunakan metode analisis SEM sederhana, dimana data diolah oleh aplikasi SMART PLS. Sehingga bila melihat fakta tersebut diharapkan dalam hal menerjemahkan implikasi manajerialnya adalah untuk senantiasa memperhatikan sistem dan struktur manajemen mitigasi serta implementasi konsisten atas perbaikan kualitas manajemen masyarakat kolektif kolegial dalam hal ini adalah meningkatkan upaya perbaikan sikap masyarakat dalam proses mitigasi sehingga seluruh upaya dalam hal mengantisipasi bencana banjir dikawasan Mustika Jaya Bekasi bisa berlangsung dengan baik.

The coastal area of Semarang City has a strategic function for regional economic development. Due to land use change, the environmental quality of coastal area is damaged and declining. The environmental quality decline has affected the socio-economic quality of local community. This research aims to investigate the role of local community in sustainable environmental management in Semarang City coastal area. The study takes place in two kelurahans, namely Tugurejo and Mangunharjo, and applies a descriptive qualitative approach to figure out the local community role in the coastal environment rehabilitation. Data collection through a preliminary survey supported with a satellite imagery study covers up an appropriate ecosystem with the research substance. Then the following data analysis and interpretation uses Miles and Huberman interactive analysis method. The results show the significant role of the local community in coastal area quality management and improvement in Semarang City more effectively and efficiently. This relates to their active interactions in various community-based programs including wave-breaking instrument building and mangrove nursery and planting.

The paper investigates the effect that the country image of an ethnic restaurant plays on consumers attitudes and intention to patronize it. Using a multi-cue approach, the study verifies the effect that the image of Italy as a country, of its cuisine and of the perceived quality of Italian restaurants exerts on consumers intention to patronize them, mediated by attitude and controlling for some demographic variables. Although the richness of the country of origin literature, studies on services are limited in comparison with the ones focused on tangible products.The survey was administered to a sample of Spanish customers of Italian restaurants located in Spain and applying SEM. Results support all the postulated hypotheses. Scientific and managerial implications are derived.

<em>This study aims to perceptions and responses to flood disaster risk reduction social media in Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta City, 2020. Utilization of whatsapp social media as a means of delivering information to the public in an effort to reduce disaster risk flooding in Pasar Kliwon Subdistrict, Surakarta City, 2020. the impact of the use of whatsapp social media as a means of delivering information on community efforts to reduce the risk of flood disasters in Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta.The results of the study are as follows: Perception of flood disaster in Pasar Kliwon Subdistrict, if viewed from the potential of the disaster, it can be categorized as very large. For flood disaster vulnerability is also categorized as flood disaster prone. And disaster mitigation is carried out in the form of responsiveness and preparedness from stakeholders. Here the use of social media as a means of delivering flood disaster information.</em>

Sharia banks have an important role to do with the development of MSMEs and the economy in Indonesia. The share of sharia bank financing in MSMEs decreased beyond the minimum limit set. This study aims to look at the role of MSME financing on the performance of Sharia banks and economic growth in Indonesia. The study used monthly data for the period 2016-2019 with the two stage least square (TSLS) analysis method. The results of this study revealed that financing in MSMEs contributes greatly to the improvement of the performance (ROA) of Sharia banks.  The financing of MSMEs of Sharia banks does not contribute directly to economic growth. The contribution of MSME financing to economic growth occurs through the role of profit (ROA) of Sharia banks. There is a two-way relationship and mutual influence between sharia bank profits and economic growth. The role of economic growth towards bank profits is greater than the role of sharia banks in economic growth. It is important to pay attention to the portion and quality of financing in MSMEs that can improve the performance of Sharia banks and at the same time boost economic growth in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of gold goods quality and service quality on WOM (Word of Mouth) by using consumer satisfaction as a variable mediator (intervening) study at Mirage Jewellery Gold Shop. The quality of gold goods is a consideration for consumers in making purchases at Mirage Jewellery Gold Shop. Respondents in this study were consumers who made transactions at Mirage Jewellery Gold Store. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis that is run with AMOS program. Hypothetical test results with SEM indicate that 1. The quality of gold goods has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, 2. The quality of service has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 3. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on WOM4.The quality of service positively influenced WOM’s study on Mirage Gold Jewellery Stores.

The main objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of affective and cognitive trust in bank advertising toward its potential customers. An advertising experiment was conducted by creating two bank advertisements focusing on affective and cognitive trust in bank advertising. SEM analysis is conducted with a sample of 254 customers who banked with the Central Bank of Ghana using STATA 14.1. Results showed that customers of a bank are more drawn to affective advertising than cognitive advertising. Results also showed that cognitive trust is a stronger predictor of anticipation towards future interactions with a bank than affective trust. Uncertainty and commitment had insignificant relationships with affective trust. Cognitive trust had a positive relationship with commitment, while affective trust had no significant relationship with commitment. Managerial implications and future research of the findings are discussed.

Social commerce (s-commerce or SC) is rapidly growing and it is an increasingly favourite shopping way that customers adopt. Based on the view of trust as a social reality and Petty & Cacioppo’s (1986) ELM theory, the paper proposes a theoretical model integrating information quality and social support to explain information adoption through perceived consumer trust. A survey with PLS-SEM analysis of 333 consumers shows that 7 out of 11 hypotheses are empirically supported and the model explains up to 47.4% of consumer information adoption. Moreover, as expected, the information quality of s-commerce sites is always to be present to build consumer trust in s-commerce sites and in members of s-commerce sites.

The shift of the use of conventional transportation to online transportation networks has resulted in a decrease in the market share of conventional transportation. The design of this study is causal research, which explains causal relationships between research variables to determine the causal relationship pattern of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The variables in this study are the service quality of the independent variable, customer satisfaction of the dependent variable, and the value of the customer intervening variable. Samples obtained by 100 respondents and taken by Purposive Sampling. The number of samples in this study was determined by the SEM analysis method where the number of indicators multiplied by five. Analysis of the data used is SmartPLS version 3.2. The results showed that all hypotheses could be accepted, where service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer value, but the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction had positive but not significant results, customer value had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality had a positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction through customer value.

The Jakarta Capital Special Region of Jakarta is an area in the Java Island that has the highest level of vulnerability to land subsidence disasters. Land subsidence is caused by several factors such as excessive use of groundwater and natural compression of soil conditions. This study used a review analysis method based on a literature study on mitigation of land subsidence disasters in Jakarta city. The mitigation planning of land subsidence disasters in Jakarta will refer to government regulations on disaster management and Jakarta City spatial planning. Disaster mitigation is necessary to anticipate or reduce disaster risk. Disaster mitigation is a series of efforts to reduce disaster risk through physical development combined with awareness and capacity building in dealing with disaster threats. Education cannot be separated from the active role of the community and local government. High-densely populated areas will lead to more use of groundwater in Jakarta city. The excessive use of groundwater has resulted in more intensive land subsidence in Jakarta’s urban area. The safe zone mapping of subsidence disasters is prominent to reduce and control land subsidence disasters. The government’s efforts to lessen the impacts of land subsidence are by educating the population in disaster areas.
