This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence and self-awareness on the performance of the employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of East Java Province. Respondents in this study amounted to 55 employees through the distribution of questionnaires with sampling techniques using saturated samples. This study uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, competence has a significant effect on employee performance, self awareness has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, competence and self-awareness simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination show a value of 65.7% which means that all independent variables (organizational culture, competence and self-awareness) affect the Employee Performance variable, while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From this explanation, the authors suggest evaluating and developing organizational culture, competence and self-awareness in order to improve employee performance.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 &lt; 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 &lt; 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 &lt; 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

This study aims to describe the influence of communication, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan which lasted for 3 (three) months, starting from February 2017 until May 2016. This research uses census method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan, amounting to 72 (seventy two) people. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from communication variables, organizational culture and compensation and employee performance variables. Data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis results for communication and organizational culture variables are in good category while the compensation and employee performance variables are in the category of good enough PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Based on partial analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama. Based on the simultaneous analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Contribution from communication variable, organizational culture and compensation to improve employee performance variable at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan is equal to 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 0.188 or 18.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study, suchas leadership, work environment, workmotivation, competence, workcommitment and othesetc

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

specific and detailed objectives of this study are another way to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and Good Corporate Governance on employee performance at K.H. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal Jambi Hospital. The method used is quantitative research with the design of the research used is survey research for descriptive and expansive purposes. The population of 342 employees and the technique of withdrawal of samples on a non probability. The sample in this study was taken 10% of the population, resulting in a sample of 34 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) partially obtained calculations and discussions that the cultural variables of the organization (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) where the calculation results showed a t count of 3,349 > t table of 1,697 to H0 rejected and H1 accepted and for good corporate governance variables (X2) shows there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y), obtained calculation t count of 2,067 > t table 1,697 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted , and 2) simultaneously organizational culture (X1) and good corporate governance (X2), a significant impact on employee performance (Y), obtained a calculation of F count of 7,643 > F table 3.30 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance of Makassar City Bappeda Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The population in this study all employees in the Makassar City Bappeda office were 50 with ASN status, all of whom were respondents. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of motivation, leadership and competence on employee performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Motivation, and Competence together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance), while the leadership variable has a significant negative effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.622, the coefficient of determination states that the variables of motivation, leadership and competence can only explain or contribute to variations in changes in employee performance by 62.2 percent.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of kaizen culture and rewards in increasing employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) sukabumi. The variables in this study are kaizen and reward culture as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Thissstudy usespprimary data in the form of questionnaire answers and secondaryydata through documents. The data analysissmethod used isddescriptive and associative analysis. The research method used in this study is explanatoryyresearch with a quantitativeaapproach. This type of researchhmethod uses a type of non-probability sampling included in the saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients.The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.251 can be interpreted that the role of kaizen culture and rewards in improving employee performance amounted to 25.1%. The remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.532, it shows that there is a moderate relationship between kaizen culture and reward with employee performance. This study aims to identify the effects of direct compensation, indirect compensation and non-financial compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of private health clinics. The population of this research is private clinic employee in Lumajanga Regency with 34 respondents used as sample. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have no significant effect on motivation and performance. While simultaneously the three variables only have a significant effect on motivation but not on employee performance. In addition, this study indicates that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination for motivation variable equal to 58,9% which means this variable can be explained by three independent variable in this research. This is different from the performance variable which is only 14.2%. As for the influence of motivation on the performance of coefficient of determination of 14.2%. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference for further research
