This study aims to determine the development strategy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in strengthening the populist economy of coastal communities in shrimp sauce business in Lamongan Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The subject of the research is the shrimp chili business owner in Lamongan Regency. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. Where qualitative analysis uses triangulation data collection techniques while SWOT analysis is used to identify various factors systematically and formulate a company's strategy. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of developing small businesses in strengthening the people's economy in the shrimp chilli business in Lamongan Regency that can be used is the development of markets and products, as well as intensive market penetration by increasing promotion, quality, and innovation of marine products of Lamongan Regency.Keywords: Development strategy, strengthening people's economy, UMKM.

<p>Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role and strategic for economic growth. This is because at the time of the economic crisis in Indonesia, SMEs are the economic sectors which have the most excellent durability. Wedoro Village in Sidoarjo city, Indonesia, is famous for the footwear creative industry especially slippers and shoes. A wide variety of slippers and shoes with different types available. Stores and outlets are widespread across the village. Wedoro region has been known as one of the predecessors of creative industries in the field of footwear. Currently the industrial centres of creative footwear is experiencing a decline in sales compared with its heyday in 2001-2006 years ago. This research aims to design a development strategy of the creative industry centre in Wedoro by using SWOT analysis and grand strategy. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the decline in sales is a flood of Chinese products, rising raw material prices, and the lack of innovation in product design. Hence, creative industry in Indonesia especially in Wedoro Village might need a guidance from the government in developing innovation in product design and marketing. It is therefore expected that the existence of a creative industry in Wedoro can grow and create occupations especially for local residents and also increase the revenue of the Sidoarjo city.</p>

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Indonesia has some important roles in development, one of which is MSMEs are able to reduce unemployment due to labor force that is not absorbed in the world of work. One of the village development efforts is through One Village One Product approach. Kauman Village is the center of amplang MSME which is considered by the community to be a typical product of the area and has been operating for years and still exists up to today. Despite being operated for a while, its financial feasibility has not been recognized. In addition, business development strategies are also essential because until now most of these MSMEs still face challenges which one of them is on the marketing aspect. The marketing strategy used is conventional one, which is considered less suitable for today’s digital era. The analytical method used to determine the financial condition ofamplang’s business in KaumanVillage,Ketapang is by calculating the net profit of the business. While the SWOT analysis is used to formulate the amplang MSME development strategy in Kauman Village based on the respondents’ answers on the questionnaires. Based on the results of the financial analysis with net profit calculation, it can be concluded that all amplang MSMEs are feasible to maintain. Meanwhile, according to the results of the SWOT analysis, all amplang MSMEs are positive and in quadrant I which proves that amplangMSMEs are very strong and have a chance to grow and develop.

Muntigunung Tourism Village is currently designated as a tourist village by the Karangasem Regency Government. The reason of Muntigunung Tourism Village as a new tourism village in Karangasem Regency because Muntigunung Tourism Village has natural beauty that is still natural, a culture that is still traditional and expected to minimize the level of poverty and beggar activities carried out by the Muntigunung Tourism Village community. This research analyzes the development strategy of Muntigunung Tourism Village. The data can be described descriptively qualitatively and analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. The research of this study indicate that the strategy S-O (strengts-opportunities) that is applied aims to use the power possessed by utilizing the opportunities that exist. The S-T Strategy (Strenghts-Threats) that is applied aims to utilize the strength that is possessed to minimize existing threats. W-O (weakness-opportunities) strategy that aims to minimize weaknesses that are owned by exploiting opportunities. W-T (Weakness-Threats) strategies are implemented to minimize weaknesses to avoid threats. Keywords: SWOT, Development Strategy, Tourism Village

From the results of interviews and preliminary observations that the development of Small and Medium Enterprises is essentially a shared responsibility between the government and society. In order to support the empowerment and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially in encouraging the distribution of credit to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cibaduyut Urban Village, for the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cibaduyut Village, Bandung, the strategies included in the first Bank Partner Financial Consultants in fostering and mentoring Micro Small Enterprises and Medium prospects who apply for business loans; second, socializing profit sharing or venture capital financing; third Increasing the participation of credit guarantee institutions for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and prospects who are faced with collateral requirements. It is expected that with the implementation of the above strategies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will no longer experience difficulties in the submission of business capital loans from Credit Distribution Agencies. From each solution above, it is building and mentoring Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises, prospects who will apply for business loans. The results of the study showed that the community in the Cibaduyut Village with the optimization of the role of the Bank Partner Financial Consultant (KKMB), the requirements and procedures established by the credit channeling institutions, were no longer an obstacle for Micro and Small Businesses in obtaining business capital loans. The success of this approach will be seen from the increasing number of bankable Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and obtaining business capital loans, and having a Bank Partner Financial Consultant (KKMB) operating on a business (mutually beneficial) basis so that it can finance itself.

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in economic development. It is reasonable if the empowerment of MSMEs gets special attention by the government, including MSMEs in tourism villages. The tourist village of Loram Kulon MSME which is one of the objects of this research is growing and diverse in both number and type. The diversity of MSMEs has resulted in village governments having difficulties in implementing MSME development programs that are in harmony with the characteristics of tourism villages. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy model for MSMEs in resource-based and local wisdom-based tourism villages. Except in the village of Loram Kulon, research has been carried out with the object of the Jambearum tourism village in Kendal Regency. The study used 7-10 samples of MSMEs taken randomly. Respondents are owners / managers of MSMEs. Data was collected through interviews with the help of questionnaires. Processed using descriptive statistics and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. From these two studies can be formulated a model of village tourism MSME development. The results show that the development model based on the SWOT analysis is the right model for formulating the tourism village MSME development strategy. This is because the SWOT analysis considers the internal and external conditions of MSMEs and provides four alternative strategies namely SO, ST, WO, WT which can be selected according to the general objectives of MSMEs in the tourism village

The circulation of screen printing Ulos and the Covid 19 pandemic caused a negative impact on Ulos SMEs in Tarutung District which could threaten the sustainability of small industrial businesses. The strategic importance is right in accordance with Ulos and its ancestral values by the Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Trade Office and the North Tapanuli Dekranasda. The purpose of this research is to see how the Ulos development strategy through SMEs is carried out by the Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Trade Office of North Tapanuli Regency and what factors influence the Ulos development strategy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive data, followed by a strategy formulation using the SWOT analysis method. Based on research and discussion, it was found that the Ulos Development Strategy through SMEs in Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency had not been implemented optimally, this was influenced by limited capital and the less than optimal role of the government.

The research aims to identify the fundamental potential information of internal and external factors that determinant strategies that can be used in strategy development. The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Rumah Sayur impresses slowly, because of the missed in e-commerce technology in its business. Cause a lack of opportunities to be able to compete in the business world. There needs to be a system development strategy to run and develop well. One of the ways that can be done to help determine an e-commerce technology system development strategy is to conduct a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is necessary to know the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats to the company or business to face strict competition as well as to give competitiveness among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM. And the results of the analysis describe the analysis of the internal business factors and the company's e-commerce technology system as well as the external factors of business and the SME's e-commerce technology system Rumah Sayur From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Rumah Sayur need to take policy aggressive strategy to develop e-commerce technology given the high strength and opportunity in the middle of existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) competition

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an inseparable part of the national business world. The existence of MSMEs is something that is quite vital in improving the economy of the Indonesian people in various regions. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of the Kiso "Jago Abadi" handicraft SMEs in Kemiri Village, Banyumas Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods that involve researchers in their research subjects, then participatively identify problems and design empowerment models for development in the form of work programs that can be done. The strategy applied is to design the programs needed for MSMEs as capital for strengthening and knowledge for MSME actors who are involved in it. The way that can be applied is to continue to develop the uniqueness of handicraft products, expand market reach, always maintain and improve product quality, and consistently promote and maintain the production of Kiso "Jago Abadi" handicrafts. The results of this study are the finding of more optimal and efficient results in the production and marketing process of Kiso "Jago Abadi" handicrafts. The strategy for developing the potential of micro, small, and medium-sized handicrafts Kiso "Jago Abadi" in Kemiri village, Banyumas district can achieve maximum results. Tujuan pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi daerah Desa Gubugklakah. Tujuan kedua adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Desa Gubugklakah yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Tujuan terkahir dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gubugklakah sebagai desa wisata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi Desa Gubugklakah dan mengidentifikasi faktor utama pada faktor internal (IFE) dan eksternal (EFE) sedangkan dalam analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT yang berupa matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Desa Gubugklakah menggunakan analisis QSPM. Kata kunci: evaluasi faktor internal , evaluasi faktor eksternal, matriks SWOT, matriks QSPM. The first objective of this research is to identify and analyze potential areas Gubugklakah Village. The second objective is to identify and analyze the internal and external environment Gubugklakah Village of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The last destination of this research is to determine the right strategy to be applied in the development of tourism Gubugklakah Village as a tourist village. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of the Gubugklakah Village and identify the main factors on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE) whereas in qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis in the form of a matrix IE and SWOT matrix.
