The purpose of this research is 1) To find out the positive influence of Hedonic Motivation on the Use of Marketplace in UMKM registered in the Hipmi Province of Bali. 2) To find out the positive influence of social influence on the use of the marketplace in UMKM registered in the Hipmi Province of Bali. 3) To find out the positive influence of Perceived Enjoyment on the Use of Marketplace in UMKM registered in Hipmi Province of Bali. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 people who belonged to the active member of Hipmi Bali Province with a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using regression analysis techniques, descriptive statistics, determination, F test, and t test with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The results of the study found that 1) Hedonic Motivation had a positive and significant effect on marketplace use in UMKM. 2) Social Influence has a positive and significant effect on marketplace use in UMKM. 3) Perceived Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on marketplace use in UMKM.Keywords: hedonic motivation, social influence, perceived enjoyment, umkm, marketplace

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Solvability, and Company Size on Company Values on LQ-45 companies for the period 2015-2017. As many as 99 companies registered in the LQ-45 index were sampled. This study chooses the purposive sampling method to obtain the data.  This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques to reach the inferred results.</em><em>The results of this study show that profitability and company size have positive influence on company value; solvency does not have an influence son company value.</em></p>

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy and debt policy on the value of the company in state-owned companies (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2018. The variables examined in this study were profitability, dividend policy and debt policy while the sample used in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The error or significance level used is 5%. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has a significant effect and debt policy has a significant effect on firm value, while the dividend policy variables have no significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Profitability, Dividend Policy and Debt Policy. ABSTRAK     Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2018. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Tingkat kesalahan atau signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Deviden dan Kebijakan Hutang

Effect of entrepreneurship education has been considered as one of the important factors to grow and develop interest in entrepreneurship among students. With the influence of entrepreneurship education, required an understanding of how to foster young entrepreneur potential while still in college. Several previous studies mention that the student interest in entrepreneurship is the source for the birth of future entrepreneurs. The researchers using purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 45 students majoring in Accounting active in the UAD (Ahmad Dahlan University), class of 2009 who have followed the entrepreneurship courses given, and active semester 2013/2014. Source of data obtained from questionnaires, and then analyzed using analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis techniques and tested with the F test and t test. From the test results we concluded that the resulting regression analysis to determine the effect of motivation on student interest in accounting for entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship does not affect the mental accounting student interest in UAD for entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the Effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Independent Commissioners on Corporate Tax Aggressiveness in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2013-2017. The number of samples in the study were 10 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The data used are secondary data in the form of audited annual financial statements in the period 2013 - 2017 taken from the sites www.idx.co.id and www.idx.co.id. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, assumptions test and multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of the study were conducted based on the T test, liquidity using the quick ratio had no effect on tax aggressiveness, leverage it affected on tax aggressiveness and for independent commissioners too it affected tax aggressiveness. The results of the study are based on the F test, simultaneously liquidity and independent commissioners influence the aggressiveness of corporate taxes.

This study aimed to examine the effect of skepticism, the experience of auditors, and self-efficacy on audit judgment. This research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the auditors who worked at BPKP Bengkulu province. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. 60 questionnaires were distributed to respondents (sample), but only 52 questionnaires that can be analyzed or processed. The study used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that skepticism, the experience of auditors and self-efficacy has a positive influence on audit judgment. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for the representative offices Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Bengkulu Province to give more attention about the importance of skepticism, the experience of auditors and self-efficacy affecting the audit judgment.Keywords: Skepticism, experience of auditor, self efficacy, and audit judgment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer delight on customer loyalty with service quality as a moderating variable (Study at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali). This research was conducted at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali with data analysis techniques Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). The sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as many as 120 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that customer delight has a positive and significant effect on consumer customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Service quality moderated the influence of customer delight on consumer customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Suggestions that can be recommended for Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak should pay more attention to fair service regarding products, prices and services from staff of Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. Abstrack: The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of Third Party Fund (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), the BI Rate and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) partially and simultaneously to the Distribution Financing Islamic Banks in Indonesia 2011-2015. The population in this research is all Islamic Banks in Indonesia in Period 2011-2015. This research uses purposive sampling method. The amount of sample in this research is 5 (five) Islamic Banks. The analysis model uses panel data reggresion model and analysis techniques techniques to the hypothesis uses Ftest,t-test, and R2 test.The results in this research in Third Party Fund (DPK) partially has positive andsignificant effect to Financing Distribution of Islamic Banks in Indonesia in Period 2011-2015, Ratio of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) partially negative and not significant to Distribution Financing Islamic Banks in Indonesia in Period 2011-2015, BI Rate is partially positive and significant to FinancingDistribution of Islamic Banks in Indonesia period 2011-2015, and the ratio of Capital Adequacy ratio (CAR) partially negative and significant to FinancingDistribution of Islamic Banks in Indonesia 2011-2015 , Simultaneously ThirdParty Fund (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), the BI Rate and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have significant effect to Financing Distribution of Islamic Banks in Indonesia 2011-2015.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price and promotion on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang at the Honda Gajah Motor Padang, totaling 584 people. While the number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variable brand image and promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. While the price variable does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang.

This study aims in general to produce a determinant model of firm value with profitability as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all general pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. Sampling in this study used a census technique, which was to place the entire population into an observation sample. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 6 Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and data from 2013 – 2018. Data collection is carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the website www.idx.co. en. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis and path analysis to test the mediating variables. The results of the study show that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability has no significant effect on firm value. The liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value with profitability as an intervention variable.
