Effect of entrepreneurship education has been considered as one of the important factors to grow and develop interest in entrepreneurship among students. With the influence of entrepreneurship education, required an understanding of how to foster young entrepreneur potential while still in college. Several previous studies mention that the student interest in entrepreneurship is the source for the birth of future entrepreneurs. The researchers using purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 45 students majoring in Accounting active in the UAD (Ahmad Dahlan University), class of 2009 who have followed the entrepreneurship courses given, and active semester 2013/2014. Source of data obtained from questionnaires, and then analyzed using analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis techniques and tested with the F test and t test. From the test results we concluded that the resulting regression analysis to determine the effect of motivation on student interest in accounting for entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship does not affect the mental accounting student interest in UAD for entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. The purpose of this research is 1) To find out the positive influence of Hedonic Motivation on the Use of Marketplace in UMKM registered in the Hipmi Province of Bali. 2) To find out the positive influence of social influence on the use of the marketplace in UMKM registered in the Hipmi Province of Bali. 3) To find out the positive influence of Perceived Enjoyment on the Use of Marketplace in UMKM registered in Hipmi Province of Bali. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 people who belonged to the active member of Hipmi Bali Province with a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using regression analysis techniques, descriptive statistics, determination, F test, and t test with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The results of the study found that 1) Hedonic Motivation had a positive and significant effect on marketplace use in UMKM. 2) Social Influence has a positive and significant effect on marketplace use in UMKM. 3) Perceived Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on marketplace use in UMKM.Keywords: hedonic motivation, social influence, perceived enjoyment, umkm, marketplace

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. While loan capital is not have significant impact on net income cooperative in Sukabumi City.Key words : Equity, Loan Capital, Net Profit Margin

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Budaya Tri Hita Karana Sebagai Pemoderasi Pengaruh External Locus of Control Terhadap Kinerja Auditor: Studi pada Kantor Akuntan Publik se-Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keberadaan external locus of control dan Budaya Tri Hita Karana sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap kinerja auditor. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah auditor yang tergabung dalam kantor akuntan publik di seluruh provinsi Bali. Pemilihan sampel yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan memilih kriteria auditor yang memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih dari satu tahun. Data bagi penelitian ini didapat dengan cara menyebarkan quisioner dan pengukuran hipotesis dilakukan dengan mempergunakan t test dan F test. Teknis analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah MRA (moderated regression analysis). Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa external locus of control memiliki dampak signifikan pada kinerja auditor. Disisi lain terungkap bahwa external locus of control memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor ketika dimoderasi dengan keberadaan budaya tri hita karana (studi pada kantor akuntan publik se-provinsi Bali) Kata kunci: External locus of control, budaya Tri Hita Karana, kinerja auditor

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

<p>This  study aims to determine  tbe Employee   Skills in the Konveksi  Istana  Mode Madiun,  to determine  Employee  Productivity  in the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun,  as well as  to  determine   the  presence   or  absence   of  Vocational   Effect   on  Productivity   Among Employees   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  The  samples  in this  study  is purposive sampling   technique   that  all  employees   at  the  Konveksi   Istana   Mode   Madiun   part  of convection,   amounting  to 30 people.  Data  collection  using  questionnaires,   documentation and interviews.In    analyzing  the data using statistical  methods  Product  Moment,  To test this hypothesis   using the r test, F test and t test. The results  of the regression  analysis  ofY  = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X,  to test that rcount  &gt; r liable  (0.784  &gt; 0.361),  or may be rejected  HO means  that there  is a skills  significant  relationship   with  work  productivity   of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  Furthermore,   also obtained  results  which indicate that the F test ofF count &gt;F table (44,5752::4.196)  or ::;;Sighit Sigprob  (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected,  it means  there is an overall  effect of skills on labor productivity   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  In addition,  the t-test results  obtained  thit&gt;  ttab  (6.676  &gt; 2.048) or Sig hit &lt; Sig prob (0.000 &lt; 0.025) this situation  can be said to be no different  from the effect of employee  skills on work productivity  of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun.</p>
