According to the results of the empirical research, the relationship of students' PN with indicators of life-meaning orientations, motives for choosing a profession and training was revealed; the relationship between students' life-meaning orientations and indicators of motives for choosing a profession and training at the stage of digitalization of education. The factors influencing the personal condition, and the factors of the formation of the personal condition of students, who are trained according to the programs of training and retraining of specialists, have been determined. As a result of an empirical study, it was concluded that a negative impact on the formation of PN is created by factors caused by various life circumstances, lack of independence of decisions in choosing a profession, low reflection of life goals, prospects for the future, rigidity of volitional and personal qualities, internal conflict in the structure of personality relationships, low pleasure training and the like. The article “Education in the Context of Interdisciplinary Paradigm in the Transitional Period” by Т. Dyak deals with the issues of interdisciplinary approaches in education in the transitional period. The problems of the essence and distinguishing features of education in the transitional period are defined. The role and place of interdisciplinary bonds as well the requirements for the educational process to meet the needs of the person, society and state are substantiated. The transitional period is revealed to be characterized by the emergence of a set of pedagogical practices caused by the pluralism of cultures, and, consequently, different requirements to education. The formulation of the educational goals and content should take place in a synergistic atmosphere. Intensification of education and the formation of personal qualities appear to be a universal human need nowadays. The problem of creativity as a manifestation of spirituality is emphasized to become the main criterion for the effectiveness of educational processes. Thus, the creation of the necessary, most favorable conditions for self-realization and self-development of a particular person by means of intellectual, emotional, moral, cultural, informational and other vectors of personality formation are found to be the most important tasks.

The challenge, for the parties (learners included) over their life course, is to make clear of: first, the issues of training (repository of skills with challenging situations); second, the training requirement specifications dealing with the pedagogical culture of the trainers, the design of the Formative Work Situation and the responsibilities of actors helped by their inventive use of innovative tools (brown paper mapping) for the guidance; third, the chosen multi-level organization to monitor and ensure compliance thanks to convenient processes for quality. Despite the perceived complexity and difficulty of Work Integrated Learning, the choice of alternation is a key element to target excellence. Indeed, the integrated constraint of training for and through the workplace enhances the relationship between parties, their involvement and active attitude while sharing outcomes, benefits and cost.

Purpose – This study investigates the relationship between employment status (full time (FT)/part time (PT)), organizational culture and institutional effectiveness in higher education. The purpose of this paper is to answer the question, “Does the growing population of PT faculty preclude effective cultures from developing and, accordingly, adversely affect institutional effectiveness?” Design/methodology/approach – The study surveyed 159 PT faculty and 65 FT faculty from seven schools of an online, proprietary university. The instrument, consisting of the Organizational Culture Survey Instrument and demographic questions, was distributed and data collected utilizing an online survey application. Statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistics, analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. Findings – The study found no significant differences between perceptions of organizational culture or institutional effectiveness FT and PT faculty. Inter-school differences in perceptions were identified. Further research in this area is warranted to investigate discipline as a cause for the inter-school differences. Research limitations/implications – The study included respondents from only one online university. Therefore, additional studies involving traditional, ground based and hybrid institutions are required to establish generalizability. Additionally, self-assessments of institutional effectiveness were used. Future studies should consider quantitative research models for the measurement of institutional effectiveness. Practical implications – The study indicates that PT faculty are not less committed to the institution than their FT counterparts. This strengthens the case for using PT faculty, particularly in an online environment. Originality/value – This study investigates the relationship between organizational culture and institutional effectiveness in higher education from the faculty perspective. This has not been done before.

Serikov, E.V. Bondarevskaya, M.A., Andreev V.I. and others, as well as conceptual provisions in the field of emotional intelligence of scientists (J. Meyer, P. Salovey and D. Caruso R. Bar-On and D. Goleman N. Hall). We have chosen as research methods: diagnostics of "emotional intelligence" (N.Hall); questionnaire to identify the level of innovative readiness for personality-centered interaction of university teachers (author's methodology). As a result of the conducted empirical research, the hypothesis put forward by us about the presence of a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and the innovative indicator of the ability for person-centered interaction of higher school teachers was confirmed.

It is well known that programs and places are agents of educational process, but the interaction between them is very different during each of the 5 years of an architectural degree course. Since its launch in 1991, Ferrara school of architecture has experimented a new teaching method in Italy based on interdisciplinary laboratories, inspired to the Bologna Agreement. The themes on which these laboratories were based were mainly referred to project of new settlements. This interaction through design between disciplines and new settlements was for many years in Italy the leitmotif of teaching methods until the beginning of the new century, when following the building boom it was clear how the speculative bubble would burst out loud, leading to a revision of the global economic system and to the consequent effects on the architectural design role. It was precisely from those years that in Ferrara the introduction of themes related to the recovery of disused or fragile areas was started, with particular attention to the relationship between built landscape, dismissed areas and regeneration processes.
