The development of a sparkling apple cider based on French technology and quality and desirable characteristics for Brazilian consumer may be a stratagem to development of a new beverage. The objective of this work was to develop and to characterize this beverage through physical-chemical and sensory analysis. The ordering and acceptability test and quantitative descriptive analysis (QDA) were performed in this work. The QDA was performed with 13 selected and trained testers. 16 aspects of product were evaluated: color, foam, turbidity, brightness, bubbles, the fruity, alcoholic, acetic, and fermented aromas, sweetness, astringency, acidity, alcohol, apple flavor and viscosity. The alcoholic degree was standardized in 4.5 oGL. The ordering test showed 50.0 g L-1 and 0.75 g 100mL-1 of residual sugar and acidity, respectively. The foam characteristics were obtained with 4.0 g hL-1 of propylene glycol alginate. The residual sugar was standardized with cryoconcentrated apple juice, which provided striking fruity aroma. The product was classified as sweet, low viscosity, cloudy however yellow as beer, with pleasant and persistent foam and bubbles. The acceptance rate was 81.6%, with purchase intent of circa 85.0%. The results indicate a high quality sparkling beverage with good marketing perspectives.

This study investigated the degradation kinetics of the sensory attributes of commercial whole mango (cv. Ubá) juice and evaluated its sensory acceptability during storage. Samples of the product were stored in a BOD incubator at 25, 35, and 45 ºC under 24 hours light (650 lux) for 120 days. Sensory analyses (Quantitative Descriptive Analysis - QDA) were conducted with trained panel and consumers. The correlations between sensory and physicochemical characteristics (instrumental color and vitamin C content) were also assessed. Flavor, aroma, and color vary with temperature and time of storage. Aroma and flavor were most affected by temperature with values of Q10 and Ea equal to 4.16 and 25.31 kcal.mol-1; and 3.61 and 22.80 kcal.mol-1, respectively. The sensory changes observed by the trained panel are related to the degradation of vitamin C and changes in the color coordinates (L* and ΔE*) of mango juice. However, consumers were unable to detect changes in the overall quality of the juices. It was observed that the QDA can be a useful tool to assess shelf-life.

Development of food security implemented to meet the human basic needs that provide benefits fairly and equitably based on self – reliance, and not contrary to public faith. Referring to the government regulation No 22 of 2009 concerning Food Consumption Diversification Acceleration (P2KP). However, it is not supported by the development of women farmers. The method use in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). The samples in this study is the purposive sample. Result of a study showed the amount of income earned from the group of women farmers in the one month is 150,000/ members. Proper development strategies used in the development strategies used in the development KWT Melati is a Growth Oriented Strategy is very profitable strategy to seize opportunities with the strength. Pembangunan ketahan pangan dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia yang memberikan manfaat secara adil dan merata berdasarkan kemandirian, dan tidak bertentangan dengan keyakinan masyarakat. Mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah No 22 Tahun 2009 mengenai Percepatan Penganekaragaman Konsumsi Pangan (P2KP). Namun, hal ini tidak didukung dengan adanya pengembangan kelompok wanita tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh dari adanya kelompok wanita tani dalam satu bulan adalah Rp.150.000/bulan/anggota. Strategi pengembangan yang tepat digunakan dalam pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Melati adalah Growth Oriented Strategy.

This study aims to analyze whether the performance of regional financial management influences economic growth in Depok City, analyzes whether the performance of regional financial management influences unemployment in Depok City, and analyzes whether the performance of regional financial management affects poverty in Depok City with the 2006 study period- 2015 The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression statistical analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it can be proven that the performance of regional financial management (independence ratio) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, this can be seen from the value of sig. 0.046 <0.05 with a regression coefficient of 1.883. Then the performance of regional financial management has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, this can be seen from the value of sig. 0.030 <0.05 with a regression coefficient of -6.864. But the performance of regional financial management has no significant effect on poverty, this can be seen from the sig. 0.065> 0.05 with a regression coefficient of -0.512. This can be due to the still high income gap in the community, so that the increasing regional income has not been able to significantly reduce poverty in Depok.

This study compared the use of three sensory and analytical techniques: Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA), Napping, and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) for the assessment of flavour in nine unmatured whisky spirits produced using different yeasts. Hierarchical Multiple Factor Analysis (HMFA) showed a similar pattern of sample discrimination (RV scores: 0.895–0.927) across the techniques: spirits were mostly separated by their Alcohol by Volume (ABV). Low ABV spirits tended to have heavier flavour characteristics (feinty, cereal, sour, oily, sulphury) than high ABV spirits, which were lighter in character (fruity, sweet, floral, solventy, soapy). QDA differentiated best between low ABV spirits and GC-MS between high ABV spirits, with Napping having the lowest resolution. QDA was time-consuming but provided quantitative flavour profiles of each spirit that could be readily compared. Napping, although quicker, gave an overview of the flavour differences of the spirits, while GC-MS provided semi-quantitative ratios of 96 flavour compounds for differentiating between spirits. Ester, arenes and certain alcohols were found in higher concentrations in high ABV spirits and other alcohols and aldehydes in low ABV spirits. The most comprehensive insights on spirit flavour differences produced by different yeast strains are obtained through the application of a combination of approaches.

Turnover intention is very much avoided by companies because it can create instability for labor conditions in the company. Turnover intention can be caused by factors of age, length of work, environmental factors, job stress, and job satisfaction. Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has made various efforts to ensure employee job satisfaction, however, there are many complaints that employees experience regarding workloads that are felt to be quite heavy, causing work stress. Overall, the culinary division has the highest turnover rate compared to other divisions. The population and sample in this study were 50 employees of the culinary division. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 0.655 - 0.246X1 + 0.399X2. Based on the t test, job satisfaction partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job stress partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of the determination analysis show that simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress have a contribution of 47% to turnover intention.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a comic-based basketball module for basketball extracurricular students at SD Lesanpuro 4 in Malang City. The research model uses a procedural model adapted from the Lee and Owens procedure using 5 steps, namely: (1) needs analysis, (2) carrying out a design, (3) developing or developing a product, (4) implementation or implementation of activities, (5) evaluation or product evaluation. Product trials include: (1) Trial design, the trial design used is descriptive design. (2) Experimental subjects, the subjects used in this study were extracurricular students of SD Lesanpuro 4 Malang City, and the subject of media experts and learning experts was one of the lecturers from the Faculty of Sports Science. The small group trial subjects consisted of 5 students and the large group test subjects consisted of 15 students. (3) The type of data used is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. (4) The data collection instrument used in conducting this validation is a non-test in the form of a questionnaire. (5) The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of learning validation are 73 percent, and the results of media expert validation are 81 percent. While the results of small group trials obtained results of 89 percent and large group trials obtained results of 83.75 percent. Thus, the results of developing a comic-based basketball module for extracurricular students at SD Lesanpuro 4 in Malang City are very valid and can be applied to extracurricular basketball students at SD Lesanpuro 4, Malang City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul bola basket yang berbasis komik untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket SD Lesanpuro 4 di Kota Malang. Model penelitian menggunakan model prosedural yang diadaptasi dari prosedur Lee dan Owens dengan menggunakan 5 langkah yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) melakukan sebuah desain, (3) development atau pengembangan sebuah produk, (4) implementation atau pelaksanaan kegiatan, (5) evaluation atau evaluasi produk. Uji coba produk meliputi: (1) Desain uji coba, desain uji coba yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif. (2) Subjek coba, subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SD Lesanpuro 4 Kota Malang, dan subjek dari ahli media serta ahli pembelajaran merupakan salah satu dosen dari Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan. Subjek uji coba kelompok kecil terdiri 5 siswa dan subjek uji coba kelompok besar terdiri 15 siswa. (3) Jenis data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. (4) Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam melakukan validasi ini yaitu non-tes yang berbentuk angket. (5) Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi pembelajaran sebesar 73 persen, dan hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 81 persen. Sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil sebesar 89 persen dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh hasil sebesar 83,75 persen. Sehingga, hasil pengembangan modul bola basket berbasis komik untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler SD Lesanpuro 4 di Kota Malang sangat valid dan dapat diterapkan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket SD Lesanpuro 4 Kota Malang.

Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana impelementasi kompetensi sosial guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Bungin Kab. Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. Tekhnik Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu: Variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi sosial guru dan Variabel terikat yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Jumlah sampel ialah 22 orang dari 220 populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. kompetensi sosial guru merupakan seperangkat penguasaan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas pokok sebagai seorang guru dan  bertanggungjawab dalam mendidik. Cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa antara lain Pemberian Nilai pemberian ulangan dan kerja kelompok. Melihat implementasi kompetensi sosial guru untuk meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa sudah berhasilan dalam bidang pendidikan, guru diharapkan mampu  menjadi pigur dalam memajukan  lembaga pendidikan agar siswa termotivasi untuk melakukan perubaha-perubahan dalam memajukan lembaganya pendidikan kedepannya.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Guru,  Motivasi Belajar SiswaABSTRACTThis study was analyzed with descriptive qualitative is purpose which to give an overview of how the implementation the social competence of teachers to students' motivation Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. In shipyard companies, receivables are the main source of company revenue. Good control is needed so that it can run effectively and efficiently to avoid the risk of accounts that cannot be billed. But if the company cannot control it properly, the company will experience losses J12and even bankruptcy. This study aims to evaluate accounts receivable turnover so that it can be used as a tool to assess the effectiveness of company management. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of research obtained from the 2013-2017 financial statements, showed the average billing period (ACP) in 2014 = 43 days, 2015 = 42 days, 2016 = 58, and 2017 = 39 days. If it is associated with standard criteria, payment of receivables goes into in smooth criteria. This reflects that the management of the company's receivables is very good and optimal.
