Although at present there are academic strategies for scientific dissemination, it is still a challenge for the general population to access quality information that is reliable, easy to understand and motivational towards science. This article proposes an image-based educational scientific dissemination tool with the goal of bringing children closer to science, through the recognition of relevant characters and their contributions. The study was developed along three stages. The first and second were conducted through a qualitative analytical approach with an interpretative perspective, using a documental method, with a review and analysis technique. During the first stage, a review and selection of studies related to scientific dissemination for children was conducted. The second one focused on the identification and selection of scientific characters, through the establishment of categories and criteria. The third stage relates to the design of outstanding characters’ biographical cards. The main contribution of this proposal is the assembly of a semantic network to portray a completed character profile, time context, place of origin, contributions, impacts, acknowledgements or prizes, as well as limitations or difficulties in context. Therefore, a mean of disclosure was devised through cards with a highly graphic and animated content regarding scientific characters sized in a gaming strategy called ‘Sapiencia’, a ludic and motivational learning tool. Actualmente existen estrategias académicas de divulgación científica, aunque sigue siendo un reto para la población en general acceder a información de calidad, fiable, fácil de entender y que genere motivación hacia la ciencia. Este artículo propone una herramienta educativa para la divulgación científica basada en imágenes con el objetivo de acercar a los niños a la ciencia, mediante el reconocimiento de personajes relevantes y sus contribuciones. Esta investigación se desarrolló en tres fases. La primera y segunda mediante un enfoque cualitativo de tipo analítico interpretativo, en donde el método es documental y las técnicas utilizadas son la revisión y el análisis de información. La primera fase corresponde a la revisión y selección de documentos relacionados con divulgación científica para niños. La segunda, se enfoca en la identificación y selección de personajes científicos mediante la construcción de categorías y criterios. La tercera corresponde al diseño de tarjetas biográficas acerca de personajes destacados del ámbito científico. Un aporte fundamental de este trabajo es la construcción de una red semántica para la caracterización del personaje según el perfil, el contexto de la época y del lugar de origen, sus aportes e impactos, reconocimientos o premios, barreras y limitaciones contextuales. A partir del cual se propuso una estrategia de divulgación mediante tarjetas biográficas con un alto contenido gráfico de personajes animados del ámbito científico y el juego «Sapiencia» como herramienta lúdica y motivacional.

AbstractIntroduction:Local military conflicts continue in many areas of the world. These conflicts produce multiple casualties to military personnel and civilians. This paper describes one aspect of the medical care required for victims of the civil conflict in the Republic of Georgia.Methods:Interviews with patients and their accompanying persons and abstraction of medical records.Results:Data were acquired on 108 victims admitted to the Center for Critical Medicine in Tbilisi. Three stages in the care of these victims are described: 1) battlefield and transportation; 2) regional, front-line hospitals; and 3) the Central Hospital. The performance of each stage is described. Distribution of injuries and procedures performed in the third stage of treatment are described and survivors are defined. For illustration, two cases are reviewed in detail.Conclusions:The results are encouraging. Major problems existed in the treatment and evacuation of the wounded. Furthermore, many of the victims were injured because of their carelessness and lack of experience on the battlefield.

The study was conducted at Adira Finance Baturaja Branch. Types of data used are primary and secondary data that are through interviews and questioners to Chairman Branch, business partners and the respondents as many as 100 people. The method of analysis used through three stages; the first stages, the input stage, using matrix analysis EFE and IFE matrix analysis with total score of each were 3,25% and 3,00%; the second stage, the matching stage, using SWOT analysis and IE Matrix Internal External where Adira was on quadrant I that position to grow and built with the selection of alternative strategy is an intensive strategy; the third stage, decision stage, using analysis QSPM with priority strategy is market penetration. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal serta strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan cocok pada PT. Adira Finance, Tbk Cabang Baturaja kedepan sehingga mampu bersaing dan maju berkembang untuk masa yang akan datang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Adira Finance Cabang Baturaja. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada Pimpinan Cabangperusahaan, mitra bisnis dan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan; tahapan pertama disebut dengan penginputan data menggunakan analisis matrik EFE dan analisis matrik IFE dengan total skor masing-masing 3,25% dan 3,00%; tahapan kedua mencocokkan data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan IE Matrik Internal Eksternal dimana adira berada pada kuadran I yaitu posisi tumbuh dan membangun (growth and built) dengan pemilihan strategi alternatif (strategi yang intensif); dan tahap ketiga tahap keputusan menggunakan analisis QSPM dengan prioritas strategi (penetrasi pasar).  Kata Kunci : Matriks EFE, Matrik IFE, SWOT, Matrik IE, dan QSPM

Traces of mechanical wear appear on co-working surfaces in the operation of precision fluid bearings. This should not be the case, since fluid friction and uninterrupted oil film should be present in a friction pair, which is a concept that this paper attempts to outline. The way friction forces, resistance, and oil film vary as unit pressure rises linearly is discussed. Three stages of the variations are distinguished. At the first stage, the oil film thickness and force of friction remain steady while the resistance declines. Stage two is temporary: Triboelectrical phenomena already escalate considerably and begin to decide effects of the friction process while a lubricant loses rheological properties of the Newtonian fluid. Hydrodynamic friction continues at the third stage, yet the triboelectrical effects are decided by stabilised triboelectrical phenomena. The third range can be identified as boundary friction where the layer separating surfaces is thicker than in the area of Newtonian rheology. This is very good in respect to wear, but higher-energy (not electrically neutral) particles cause increases in friction resistances. This range seems to exhibit a very high potential for being controlled with an adequate selection of oil based additions.

Brazil has one of the largest road networks managed under concession contracts in the world. The concessions of the Federal Concession Program are divided into three stages. The main aim of this research was to identify critical successful contracts from the Third Stage of the Concession Program. The methodology adopted follows the model proposed by Ng et al. (2007). This model verifies the probability at which the project will be successfully run within the term contract. The results showed a discrepancy between the time contractually agreed and the one simulated by the model for two of the seven contracts signed in the Third Stage of the Concession Program.

Critics have argued that Elizabeth Gaskell's first novel, Mary Barton (1848), is split by a conflict between the modes of realism and romance. But the conflict does not render the novel incoherent, because Gaskell surpasses both modes through a utopian narrative that breaks with the conflict of form and gives coherence to the whole novel. Gaskell not only depicts what Thomas Carlyle called the ‘Condition of England’ in her work but also develops, through three stages, the utopia that will redeem this condition. The first stage is romantic nostalgia, a backward glance at Eden from the countryside surrounding Manchester. The second stage occurs in Manchester, as Gaskell mixes romance with a realistic mode, tracing a utopian drive toward death. The third stage is the utopian break with romantic and realistic accounts of the Condition of England and with the inadequate preceding conceptions of utopia. This third stage transforms narrative modes and figures a new mode of production.

Dalupa art emerged from the creative process of the people of West Aceh which can be stretched into three stages. First, Dalupa was originally a folk tale or folklore that was narrated from generation to generation. Second, the Dalupa then manifests (a person wearing the costume of a Dalupa character) so that it can be witnessed in person. At this stage, the Dalupa character does not manifest itself in the form of theater or dance. Its presence is only intended to entertain or enliven an event, such as weddings, processions, campaigns and so on. Third, the Dalupa character is presented by considering the dramatic element; arrangement of a series of events that tell the beginning of the appearance to the end of the Dalupa story. This study aims to record and describe how the process of creating the Dalupa art, as mentioned in the third stage. The method used is qualitative with the dramaturgy approach. This study shows the results that the art of Dalupa presents a story about the origin of the appearance of Dalupa with the manifestation of organized events. On this basis, it can be concluded that Dalupa art can be categorized as dramatic or theater art.Keywords: dalupa, creation process, dramatic, dramaturgy.AbstrakKesenian Dalupa muncul dari proses kreatif masyarakat Aceh Barat yang dapat direntangkan menjadi tiga tahap. Pertama, Dalupa mulanya merupakan cerita rakyat atau folklor yang dinarasikan secara turun-temurun. Kedua, Dalupa kemudian mewujud (seseorang yang mengenakan kostum tokoh Dalupa) sehingga dapat disaksikan secara langsung. Pada tahap ini, tokoh Dalupa mewujud tidaklah dalam bentuk kesenian teater atau tari. Kehadirannya hanya bertujuan untuk menghibur atau meramaikan suatu acara, seperti pernikahan, arak-arakan, kampanye dan sebagainya. Ketiga, tokoh Dalupa dihadirkan dengan mempertimbangkan unsur dramatika; penataan rangkaian peristiwa yang menceritakan awal kemunculan hingga akhir kisah Dalupa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencatat serta memaparkan bagaimana proses penciptaan kesenian Dalupa, sebagaimana disebut pada tahap ketiga. Metode yang dilaksanakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan dramaturgi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa kesenian Dalupa menyajikan cerita tentang asal mula kemunculan Dalupa dengan perwujudan peristiwa-peristiwa yang tertata. In this article on Irena Krońska (1915–1973) I attempt to present three stages in her approach towards the philosophy of Roman Ingarden. The first one may be associated with her review in Revue philosophique de France et de l’étranger of 1949, printed following the publication of the Controversy over the Existence of the World, Volume 1. The second one encompasses the period up to 1968 when Krońska was cooperating with Ingarden. The third one covers the period after Ingarden’s death in 1970 and provides an assessment of his work, largely in the framework of correspondence between Krońska and Patočka. I maintain that Krońska was consistent in her criticism, voiced from the perspective of Phenomenology, inasmuch as she disapproved of Ingarden’s ontologicism and sense of “positivism” that was in his removedness and lack of ethic-existential content which for Krońska constituted the essence of philosophy.

The National Agency for the Control of Britain (BNPB) noted that 515 people died from the earthquake in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Seeing this problem, the author wants to make an animation of earthquake disaster relief procedures that will be used by the BPBD as an additional medium for socializing and delivering information to increase public knowledge about procedures for saving earthquake disasters, especially children. In the process of making this animation using the pipeline method which includes three stages, namely the first stage of pre-production, the second stage of production The third stage of post-production. After doing all the stages are expected to be able to produce animation procedures for earthquake disaster rescue for children. So that this animated video can be used as a media for information dissemination or information delivery by the West Nusa Tenggara Province BPBD office which is more effective for introducing elementary school students. To determine the feasibility of the animation that was made, a beta test was conducted by submitting questionnaires to 30 respondents. The results obtained are animated procedures for rescuing earthquake disasters for children to be used as media for information dissemination or delivery of information by the West Nusa Tenggara Province BPBD office.

Resumo: Este trabalho tem por objetivo relatar uma atividade didática, realizada no Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), envolvendo o ensino de Astronomia numa turma do primeiro ano do ensino médio de uma escola do município de Vitória, ES. A atividade foi planejada e executada pelo subprojeto do Curso de Licenciatura em Física do IFES – Campus Cariacica. A metodologia foi baseada na Gamificação aplicada ao ensino-aprendizagem. A intervenção ocorreu em três etapas, sendo a primeira realizada em dois encontros, através de apresentações dialogadas sobre Astronomia usando slides e gifs, a segunda consistiu na aplicação da Gamificação através de um jogo e finalizando com a terceira etapa, foi aplicado um pequeno questionário. Ao final houve um momento de avaliação e as análises constataram que o ensino de Astronomia através da atividade gamificada do jogo conseguiu motivar os alunos, despertar o interesse pelo assunto e produzir indícios de aprendizagem.Palavras-chave: Gamificação em sala de aula; Ensino de Astronomia; PIBID. Gamification in astronomy teachingAbstract: This work aims to report on a didactic activity, carried out in the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID), involving the teaching of Astronomy in a class of the first year of high school at a school in the city of Vitória, ES. Urban planning in Libya in general effectively contributed to preparation of comprehensive and the public plans for all Libyan cities. especially after the issuance of Law No. (5) of 1969, concerning the planning of cities and villages, three key schemes have been developed in three stages starting from the first phase for years 1968 to 1988, and the second stage years from 1988 to 2000, and the third stage years 2000 to 2025. Goal of such schemes is to make a balance between the natural increase of population and urban mass, in order to achieve urban development and environment and preserve of the environment and urban environment from degradation and the spread of degraded areas in Libyan cities. But a number of problems disrupted the planning, and have had effects on the urban development in Libya.
