Smartphone applications are developing so rapidly with increasingly sophisticat-ed features. However, smartphone applications widely used to fulfill social needs rather than being used to support learning. The classification skills are essential possessed by students to facilitate the learning of various species. By integrating technology, students expected to be able to have good classification skills. This study aims to improve the classification ability of prospective biology teacher students by using the i-Bird application in the Zoology Vertebrate course. The i-Bird application designed and created specifically for studying Aves. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a randomized control group pretest and posttest design. Involving 82 students divided into two groups. 44 students as an experimental class using the i-Bird app on smartphones (SA) and 38 students as a control class using a bird's guidebook (GB). The results showed the classifica-tion ability of SA students (N-gain =0 .54), and GB (N-gain = 0.44) showed a significant increase in the medium category. The parametric test using a t-test (p-value = .038) showed a significant difference between SA and GB. Thus it can be concluded that technological progress can be used in learning if it is well de-signed. Implications of smartphone applications can develop in future learning, of course, must be designed according to needs.

Background: Breast milk spending is a very complex interaction between mechanics, nerves, and hormons. The decrease and production of breast milk production in the first days after delivery can be caused by a lack of stimulation of prolactin and oxytocin hormons. Caesarea section does not allow the mother to breastfeed her infant more flexibly, with adaptation to the pain, so she should be able to support the health worker thoroughly about the lactation process. Purpose: to know the difference of endorphin, oxytocin and combination effect on breast milk production in Postoperative section of caesarea section. Research design: quasi experimental design type post test only non equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all postoperative mothers caesarea section, 10 samples for each treatment. Group 1 : endorphin massage, group 2 (control) : the oxytocin massage, and group 3 : the combine massage. Results: Combination massage is the best method to produce the highest amount of ASI because the largest Sig p value is (1,000) where the level is significant <0.05. So H0 this study was rejected means that there is a significant difference between the production of breast milk from the combination massage compared with the two massage done separately. Conclusion: It is expected during childbirth the midwife can develop and implement independent non-pharmacological midwife actions to help increase milk production

Completeness of nursing documentation is one of the quality indicators of nursing care. Based on the nursing practice law no. 38 article 37, nurses in carrying out Nursing Practices are obliged to document Nursing Care in accordance with the standards. Documentation in Inpatient PKM consisting of Siko, Jambula, and Sulamadaha PKM itself, based on the observations of researchers found several obstacles, namely, the lack of nurses given the large number of PKM programs that must be run, varying levels of education so documentation has a different understanding, this also supported by the lack of education and training related to temporary nursing care documentation relating to the Nursing Process and Documentation experiencing some recent changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the nursing documentation format for the model Problem-Oriented Record (POR) on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City. The design of this study is quasi-experimental, namely, pre and post-test without control group. The population is nurses with 41 people in PKM Inpatient who are in Ternate City. Samples were taken by total sampling technique and analyzed using statistical tests t-test, Anova, and correlation. The results of the study found a significant difference between the performance of nurses before and after the application of the documentation format for nursing care in the POR model (p-value: 0,0005 α: 0.05) while the characteristics of respondents included age, sex, marital status, length of work and education had no effect on performance.
