The purpose of the study is to study the features of the process of integrating elements of psychological flexibility as an important component of professional thinking in the collective management system in the social sphere. The objectives of the study are to identify the specifics of the process of integrating elements of psychological flexibility as an important component of professional thinking in the collective management system in the social sphere and using the results to optimize the management process. As a result of the study, the possibilities were identified for integrating elements of psychological flexibility into the collective management system, whose professional activity lies in the social sphere. The professional thinking of specialists in the social sphere, in our opinion, is based on the following criteria: competence of specialists, personality orientation, psychological flexibility/ rigidity, self-management ability. Flexibility is one of the most important qualities of an effective specialist. In our opinion, flexibility (or the opposite of behavioral rigidity) is a feature that is very difficult to correct. But, one way or another, it is necessary to work on the development of professional thinking and, in our opinion, its main component flexibility. These results were the basis for the development, testing and integration of elements of psychological flexibility in the team management system. The focus was on the question of how the integration of elements of psychological flexibility into the collective management system will contribute to the development of professional thinking of specialists. A series of training sessions was conducted aimed at the development of professional thinking, in particular psychological flexibility, specialists in the social sphere. Innovative coaching and gaming tools, creative tasks for acquiring new skills, brainstorming and other non-standard techniques contribute to the creation of an effective motivational plan for solving problems, which is determined to work with the team [3-5]. Fundamentally important in this cycle is that the specialists gained additional experience of detaching from the usual identification, they found a variety of options for displacement from the usual standard established position. The usual stereo-typing of thinking has disappeared [2, 6, 9].

The article analyzes the existing health models in terms of their legal, economic and social effectiveness, innovative potential, as well as in the context of their ability to resist modern threats caused by changes in the environment, ecology, bio-information development and other technologies. The authors used the methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, structural-functional and statistical analysis. Everything indicates the need for a major modernization of existing care models and / or their replacement by new ones that satisfy the basic needs of the majority of society at the current stage of its development. Among the most prominent findings, it is also highlighted that the health insurance model is a creation of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was developed and implemented at a time when the economy, society, the social sphere, and technologies were completely different. The 2020 pandemic has revealed the reasons for the unsatisfactory health care work, in a seemingly as prosperous country as the United States, where the largest amount of budget money traditionally goes to health care.

From the very beginning, museums and the audiovisual industry of television have nurtured the institutionalization process of video in the art domain. On the one hand, the influx of museums has been paramount when it comes to legitimating avant-garde discourses. However, they always showed misgivings in the face of certain practices supported on technology reproduction or “outlying” its coded space along the lines put forward by the video produced by artists. On the other hand, the domain of artistic creation, inasmuch as it belongs in the social sphere, has not been able to stay away of television’s influx and its powerful information, iconic and linguistic flow, just in the same way as contemporary creation has influenced the phenomenon of television. The paper “Coming to the terms with the frightful parent: video art and television” produced by John Wyver, historian and TV producer, as well as professor at the University of Westminster, provides the basis to study the way in which cultural criticism in the eighties exerted an influence in the development of the links between video art and television. This interaction in the form of some sort of domestic tension paved the way for the institutionalization of video production in the terms acknowledged nowadays.

The conceptual development of a model for the practical training of future professionals in the social sphere at the university is substantiated. It is noted that the core of the social sphere is social work as an active tool of the state’s social policy in working with various categories of the population. In the course of the study, block-structural model of the practical training of future professionals in the social sphere at the university is developed, including the following blocks: productive-purposeful, conceptual, software-technological, evaluative-reflective. The productive-purposeful block is associated with competence indicators, determined by the main indicators of professional knowledge, skills and abilities, the requirements for professionals in solving social problems and the goals of theoretical and practical training of future specialists in the social sphere, in accordance with professional standards. The conceptual block of the model includes re-search approaches (competence-based, androgogical, socio-cultural) and their corresponding prin-ciples. The software-technological block contains programs for organizing the passage and train-ing work with students and representatives of social organizations – bases of educational, research and industrial practices, a program for monitoring student practice and individual support. The evaluative-reflective block of the model assumes an awareness of how students achieve their learning goals in practical training is of paramount importance, this is important for understanding their professional role in the practice of social work.
