Health is considered as the most important ingredient in human life. Health is wealth is the most frequent used proverb. A healthy person can perform its entire task with full enthusiasm and great energy and can solve all problems as mind is a powerful weapon, which controls all our functioning. But now due to change in our lifestyles, we are becoming prone to all kinds of health hazards. Due to unhealthy mind, we are not able to perform any tasks. Humans are becoming victims of many diseases and one of the most common reason for our degradation in health is stress. In this chapter, the authors present role of WSN and biometric models such as two factor remote authentication, verifying fingerprint operations for enhancing security, privacy preserving in healthcare, healthcare data by cloud technology with biometric application, and validation built hybrid trust computing perspective for confirmation of contributor profiles in online healthcare data. A comparison table is formulated listing all the advantages and disadvantages of various biometric-based models used in healthcare.

The article considers the role of trust in the economy, the mechanisms of its accumulation and the possibility of using it as one of the growth factors in the future. The advantages and disadvantages of measuring the level of generalized trust using two alternative questions — about trusting people in general and trusting strangers — are analyzed. The results of the analysis of dynamics of the level of generalized trust among Russian youth, obtained within the study of the Institute for National Projects in 10 regions of Russia, are presented. It is shown that there are no significant changes in trust in people in general during the study at university. At the same time, the level of trust in strangers falls, which can negatively affect the level of trust in the country as a whole, and as a result have negative effects on the development of the economy in the future. Possible causes of the observed trends and the role of universities are discussed. Also the question about the connection between the level of education and generalized trust in countries with different quality of the institutional environment is raised.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession. In recent decades, the main pathogenetic mechanisms for maintaining muscle mass and strength have been discovered. Most of the scientific papers on the molecular aspects of the  pathogenesis of sarcopenia were focused on the Akt-signaling  pathway. The subject of the study were people of elderly and senile  age, immobilized patients, patients with CKD 1-4 stages, animals. However, recently more attention has been paid to the role  of protein – the mammalian target of rapamycin mTOR. It seems to be a key link in the control of muscle mass and is a promising  marker in understanding the mechanisms of the pathogenesis of  sarcopenia. Its importance in protein metabolism in patients with  end stage kidney disease is not studied and requires further research. The presented scientific review contains  information on the role of mTOR and its components – mTORC1 and mTORC2 in maintaining muscle mass and strength in a healthy  person and in the formation of sarcopenia in patients with CKD. The  general aid of mTORC1 complex is regulation of protein production  which is necessary for cell growth and differentiation. mTORC2  complex functions are not enough studied. It is established that it  plays important role in such biological processes as cytoskeleton  organization, intracellular homeostasis maintaining, so it provides  cell resistance and cell survivability in negative external and internal  impulses. mTOR protein can be considered as promising molecular  marker in diagnostics of protein metabolism early disturbances in  patients with CKD and also as additory factor of sarcopenia severity assessment.

Background: Decades of research now link TWA with inducible and spontaneous clinical ventricular arrhythmias. This bench-to-bedside foundation makes TWA, NT-ProBNP a very plausible index of susceptibility to ventricular arrythmia, and motivates the need to define optimal combination of TWA and NT-ProBNP in predicting ventricular arrythmia in myocardial infarction patients. We research this study with 2 targets: 1. To evaluate the role of TWA in predicting sudden cardiac death in myocardial infarction patients. 2. To evaluate the role of NT-ProBNP in predicting sudden cardiac death in myocardial infarction patients 3. Evaluate the role of the combined NT-ProBNP and TWA in predicting sudden cardiac death in myocardial infarction patients. Methods: Prospective study with follow up the mortality in 2 years: 71 chronic myocardial infarction patients admitted to hospital from 5/2009 to 5/20011 and 50 healthy person was done treadmill test to caculate TWA; ECG, echocardiography, NT-ProBNP. Results: Cut-off point of NT-ProBNP in predicting sudden cardiac death is 3168 pg/ml; AUC = 0,86 (95% CI: 0,72 - 0,91); Cut-off point of TWA in predicting sudden cardiac death is 107 µV; AUC = 0,81 (95% CI: 0,69 - 0,87); NT-ProBNP can predict sudden cardiac death with OR= 7,26 (p<0,01); TWA can predict sudden cardiac death with OR= 8,45 (p<0,01). The combined NT-ProBNP and TWA in predicting ventricular arrythmia in heart failure patients: OR= 17,91 (p<0,001). Conclusions: The combined NT-ProBNP and TWA have the best predict value of sudden cardiac death in myocardial infarction patients, compare to NT-ProBNP or TWA alone

Coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS) are part of the microbiota of human skin and rarely linked with soft tissue infections. In recent years, CoNS species considered as one of the major nosocomial pathogens and can cause several infections such as catheter-acquired sepsis, skin infection, urinary tract infection, endophthalmitis, central nervous system shunt infection, surgical site infections, and foreign body infection. These microorganisms have a significant impact on human life and health and, as typical opportunists, cause peritonitis in individuals undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Moreover, it is revealed that these potential pathogens are mainly related to the use of indwelling or implanted in a foreign body and cause infective endocarditis (both native valve endocarditis and prosthetic valve endocarditis) in patients. In general, approximately eight percent of all cases of native valve endocarditis is associated with CoNS species, and these organisms cause death in 25% of all native valve endocarditis cases. Moreover, it is revealed that methicillin-resistant CoNS species cause 60 % of all prosthetic valve endocarditis cases. In this review, we describe the role of the CoNS species in infective endocarditis, and we explicated the reported cases of CoNS infective endocarditis in the literature from 2000 to 2020 to determine the role of CoNS in the process of infective endocarditis.

IIntroduction: Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumours (p-NETs) are an important disease entity and comprise of peptide-secreting tumours often with a functional syndrome. : Accounting for a small percentage of all pancreatic tumours, they have a good overall survival rate when diagnosed early, with surgery being curative. The role of nuclear medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of these tumours is evident. However, the vast majority of patients will require extensive imaging in the form of conventional radiological techniques. It is important for clinicians to have a fundamental understanding of the p-NET appearances to aid prompt identification and to help direct management through neoplastic staging. Methods: This article will review the advantages and disadvantages of conventional radiological techniques in the context of p-NETs and highlight features that these tumours exhibit. Conclusion: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours are a unique collection of neoplasms that have markedly disparate clinical features but similar imaging characteristics. Most p-NETs are small and welldefined with homogenous enhancement following contrast administration, although larger and less welldifferentiated tumours can demonstrate areas of necrosis and cystic architecture with heterogeneous enhancement characteristics. : Prognosis is generally favourable for these tumours with various treatment options available. However, conventional radiological techniques will remain the foundation for the initial diagnosis and staging of these tumours, and a grasp of these modalities is extremely important for physicians.
