Due to development in computer and information technology, data access and collection have becoming more and more convenient. In many cities’ transit system, transit vehicle GPS data and passenger IC card data could be provided. This paper focuses on the method that uses the passenger IC card data (only record once per trip) and transit vehicle GPS data to generate the transit OD matrix. After analyzing the characteristic of transit trips, the author gives the definition of continuity for a transit trip. Based on this definition, this paper then presents a search method to generate the transit OD matrix. The validity of this method has been tested in the modeling process for Zhengzhou city’s comprehensive transportation system. At the end, it is hoped that this research may give a useful lesson for other cities’ transportation modeling practice.

The article is devoted to the definition of the content and the system of expert activity in the field of computer technologies, which is based on the results of determining the general system of expert activity. Expert activity should be understood as the implementation by authorized agents on the basis of special knowledge in the field of science, technology, art, crafts, etc. Studies of objects, phenomena and processes in order to provide scientifically substantiated conclusions on the diverse issues that arise in the process of life of society. Such a definition of expert activity includes both judicial and non-judicial expert examination. At present, more than 500 laws are adopted in Ukraine, which in one way or another concern the conduct of expert assessments (most of them are valid at 2019). But no any among that laws directly devoted to the expert work in the field of computer technology. So the system and content of the expert work in the field of computer technology should be established, based on knowledge of the object of expertise – computer technology. It is considered as synonymous with the concept of “information technology” or “information and communication technologies”. Information technology – it is a purposeful organized set of information processes using computer facilities, which provide high speed data processing, rapid information search, dispersal of data, access to information sources regardless of places of their location. The system of expert activity in the field of computer technologies includes examinations belonging to a group of judicial (engineering, commodity, forensic, etc.) and non-judicial (scientific and scientific and technical expertise; examination of issues of quality and conformity of goods (products) to certain requirements; examination of issues of information security; examination of issues of environmental impact and the environment of human life, etc.), as well as presented by different kindsand species examinations that have different goals focused on the study of computer technology in their various aspects and provides solutions to diverse issues.

In the formative development of urban transportation planning, travel forecasting is essential. Various travel simulation techniques are used to estimate possible traffic scenarios. It's been used to analyze road capability, transportation system developments, and new land use strategies and policies. The solution to travel decisions is generally obtained if the models are done in sequence. Many attempts are made to simulate the variety of choices made by travellers as a part of a response to a particular highway system, related transit system, and connected policies. For this purpose number of assumptions are considered regarding the decisions made by the people, factors considered by them, and their reaction as a response to the alternatives available in the transportation system. Generally, the process of travel simulation follows trip generating at the trip generation zone and moves through different links of the network and nodes. It ultimately ends at the trip attraction zone. The simulation method is known as Traditional Four Steps Transportation Modeling, and it includes the four basic models namely Trip Generation, Trip Distribution, Mode Choice, and Traffic Assignments. This paper it is tried to focus on the process of this traditional four-step transportation modeling system. The modeling method calculates a simplified transportation network from the city of Ulhasnagar, India.

Accessibility is a key concept in transport and land use integrated planning. General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) has been used with success as a data source to estimate accessibility in recent years, but it relies on scheduled transit trips to estimate travel times between origin-destination pairs. On the other side, GPS data of a transit system can be used to calculate travel times between stops for each trip that happens in the system, but it can impose methodological/computational challenges and make use of median travel times to reconstruct the GTFS file. Using one month of GPS data from Fortaleza, Brazil, it is analyzed the variability of accessibility using empirical travel times and considering its dispersion. Results show that variability changes in space and between activities, possibly affecting the assessment and proposition of interventions on the transportation system.

The concept of a high commitment work system (HCWS) has mostly been used in the West to study the relationship between a firm's work systems and organizational performance. In this paper, we introduce a preliminary measure of HCWS in China based on the definition of Baron and Kreps (1999). In study 1, we tested the measure by surveying 442 employees in China's information technology (IT) industry. In study 2, we re-tested the same measure from the perspective of human resource (HR) executives in 126 foreign-invested companies. The analyses not only provided some evidence for the construct validity of this preliminary measure of a high commitment work system, but also produced some interesting results that can only be understood with regards to the history and institutional backgrounds of Chinese organizations.

The article discusses the issues of the incidence of diabetes in the population, in particular, the definition of its type. In recent years, the number of people suffering from this disease has been steadily growing, and without timely diagnosis, this pathology can cause enormous harm to the human body. Prompt detection of diabetes, as well as determination of its type, will help not only avoid possible complications, but also in some cases prevent the death of the patient. Information technology is increasingly being used in various fields of activity to develop new or improve existing methods of data processing, especially in the field of medicine. Currently, the doctor independently makes a diagnosis based on the results of various analyzes, however, to speed up the decision-making process, you can use the methods of mathematical modeling, namely, models of diabetes diagnostics based on fuzzy logic. For the greatest convenience, this method of disease recognition can subsequently be implemented in information software, which can further increase the efficiency and speed of pathology recognition
