In order to work in proper conditions, the human body should be avoiding repeated physical actions in awkward positions, forceful exertions, vibrations, etc., as musculoskeletal disorders are the most encountered health issues during work activities. Loss of balance during physical activities can be the trigger for additional muscular strains and also the cause of many accidents or other unpleasant events. The present paper aims at studying a group of young, healthy and active people in order to highlight the conditions that may produce loss of balance leading to additional muscle strain and the manner they influence upon their stability.

The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological substantiations of the body flexibility development practically applying the stretching techniques. It was generalized scientific data on the organization and methodological features of stretching exercises. Semantic content and structural componential model of stretching usage in the process of flexibility development and the estimation of the changes of this characteristic according to the age were carried out. In particular, some parameters were highlighted especially which allow to recommend that methodology both for individual and group usage were analyzed. Besides, it was analyzed the diversity of physiological mechanism of the influence of stretching on human body, especially it was singled out the effect on mental and physical spheres of human being. The generalized scientific data on the theoretical and practical aspects of flexibility development with the help of stretching techniques indicate the priority of usage of this method in many types of physical activities irrespective of the scope of its practical application.

Abstract In this paper we wanted to present some aspects and characteristics observed in the specialized works and from the experience gained in performing physical activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This period was a complicated one both in terms of physical distancing and emotionally. We no longer had the right to leave our houses, except to get what was strictly necessary, not to meet with family members or friends, cultural and sports activities were suspended, and all this caused an increasingly visible state of sedentary lifestyle. All the restrictions of this period had a negative effect mainly on the brain and the dynamics of the human body, and they are detailed in the following pages.

Updhatus are important physiological units and are derived from Dhatus and resemble Dhatus in terms of structure, function and nature. Dhatus are the seven basic fundamental principles that support the basic structure which hold the bodily elements together and the functioning of the body. Meda dhatu is fourth among seven dhatus. During the process of metabolism and formation of Meda Dhatu, ligaments (snayu) are formed as metabolic byproducts (upadhatu). Snayu is the most important structure of the human body which helps to maintain the weight carrying capacity of the joint and plays a crucial role during the movement of the joint. The Snayu is much similar to the ligament. Any injury to the ligament is known as a sprain. Sprain is most common in sportsmen and hard workers. Common ligamental injuries are to the knee, ankle, wrist, thumb, neck or back ligament with ankle injury being the most commonly occurring injury. The Body Sensor Networks is captivated in gathering the communication module in a more reliable manner along with efficiency in terms of energy, more secure than earlier schema’s, ands enhanced utilization of resources. Wireless BAN (WBAN) has the tendency to be placed even inside the human body. The significance of BSN has the tendency to go through all aspects such as fitness of a person, his/her health issues, caring in critical level, and so on. In 2014 [1] the elevation of body sensors has been grown upto 420 millions from 11 million units in 2009. In this research work, we addressed BAN from On-Body to Body-to-Body cooperative networks at different levels: propagation, protocols and localization applications.

In the modern world with the advent of devices that facilitate work (computer, technical equipment) has decreased sharply motor activity of people compared to previous decades. This, in the end, leads to a decrease in human functionality, as well as various diseases. Today, purely physical work does not play a significant role, it is replaced by mental. Intellectual work dramatically reduces the efficiency of the body. Lack of human energy expenditure leads to inconsistencies in the functioning of individual systems (muscular, skeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular) and the body as a whole with the environment, as well as reduced immunity and impaired metabolism. Exercise affects all muscle groups, joints, ligaments, which become strong, increase muscle volume, elasticity, strength and rate of contraction. Increased muscle activity forces the heart, lungs and other organs and systems of our body to work with additional load, thereby increasing the functional capabilities of man, his resistance to adverse environmental influences. Regular exercise primarily affects the musculoskeletal system, muscles. When you exercise, the muscles generate heat, to which the body responds by increased sweating. During exercise, blood flow increases: the blood brings oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, which in the process of life break down, releasing energy. When movements in the muscles additionally open reserve capillaries, the amount of circulating blood increases significantly, which causes an improvement in metabolism. In response to the reaction of the human body to exercise, the first place is occupied by the influence of the cerebral cortex on the regulation of the functions of the basic systems: there is a change in the cardiorespiratory system, gas exchange, metabolism, and others. Exercises enhance the functional restructuring of all parts of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and other systems, improve tissue metabolism. Under the influence of moderate physical activity increases the efficiency of the heart, hemoglobin and red blood cell count, increases the phagocytic function of the blood. Improves the function and structure of the internal organs, improves chemical processing and promotion of food in the intestine. The combined activity of muscles and internal organs is regulated by the nervous system, the function of which is also improved by regular exercise. If the muscles do not work - their nutrition deteriorates, volume and strength decrease, elasticity and resilience decrease, they become weak, sluggish. Restrictions in movement (hypodynamia), passive lifestyle lead to various pre-pathological and pathological changes in the human body. So, the American doctors, having deprived volunteers of movements by imposing of high plaster and having kept to them a normal diet, were convinced that in 40 days at them muscle atrophy began and fat has accumulated. At the same time increased the reactivity of the cardiovascular system and decreased basal metabolism. However, during the next 4 weeks, when the subjects began to move actively (with the same diet), the above phenomena were eliminated, the muscles were strengthened and hypertrophied. Thus, due to physical exertion, recovery was possible both in functional and structural terms. Exercise has a multifaceted effect on the human body, increasing its resistance to adverse environmental influences. For example, physically trained people have better tolerance to oxygen starvation than untrained people. High ability to work at increase of body temperature over 38 ° C during physical exertions is noted. It has been noticed that radiologists who exercise have a lower degree of influence of penetrating radiation on the morphological composition of the blood. Animal experiments have shown that regular muscle training slows the development of malignant tumors. Regular exercise in physical education promotes good health and affects the various physiological adaptations of the neuromuscular, cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the human body. Types of physical activities are considered: aerobic, anaerobic, interval and hypoxic physical activities.

Pharmaceutical work activities have a high repetition level with a work attitude of standing for 8 hours potentially causing musculoskeletal complaints, which can occur despite the normal work posture. This study aims to determine musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and the level of MSDs based on what categories are felt, the level of complaints, the level of frequency, and the severity. The research design using the questionnaire Nordic Body Map. The study was conducted in 17 pharmacies on 54 pharmaceutical workers. The results obtained by MSDs complaints based on what categories of pain statements obtained (43.2%), cramps (16.13%), aches (53.5%). The category of complaint level obtained statement rather sick (55.9%), sick (33.5%). The category of frequency level obtained by the statement that occurs 1 to 2 times per week (56.5%), and every day (10.6%). And the severity category states that the perceived complaint is still working (49.06%) and uncomfortable (47.1%). Index Terms— Muscle Fatigue, MSDs, Nordic Body Map, Pharmacist Assistant

Abstract Sports activities and disseise prevention is a nowadays worldwide discussed problem, many specialists embraced the idea that physical activities can develop and maintain the health of human body. Our study was focused on finding the habits of a group of students from the University “Lucian Blaga” from Sibiu regarding physical activities, types of sports activities practiced in leisure time, student’s concept about the values and importance of practicing sports activities and so on. The main method of research was the lifestyle health questionnaire through which we investigated some aspects regarding sports activities influence on the level of health. We choose a sample of 300 students from all three years of study from different faculties from our university. The results of our investigation showed that students are aware of the positive influence of sports activities on human body.

Ayurveda is the Shastra (science) which places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the mainte-nance of health through close attention to balance one’s life. Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Sadvruta, Ra-sayana, and Vajikarana play an important role to maintain the good health. There are Seven Dhatus pre-sent in the body such as Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, Meda, Asthi, Majja and Shukra. The seven Dhatus are re-sponsible for the sustaining and development of human body. Shukra is the last Dhatu produced in the body among all the Dhatus. A person who has healthy Shukra has a brightness of confidence, with eyes and skin that seen to radiate light Shukra Dhatus also confirms strength, wisdom and power of the body. Specific Aahara and Vihara has been described in text of Ayurveda. Among Vajikarana treatment many of the formulations are told in the form of medicines and in the form of food preparation which helps for preservation of sexual potency of a healthy man as well as treatment of defective semen, disturbed sexual potency. Vajikarana promotes the sexual capacity and physical activities.

Computerization and digitization are effects and the engines of development at the same time. Computers surround both work activities and beyond. There are several benefits available, including the faster, easier, and cheaper way of managing our tasks. However, there are undesirable health impacts to consider, but these are less pronounced. Exploring these impacts and preventing the occurrence is essential for improving the efficiency of computerization. The study focuses on the effects of computer work by analyzing its exhausting characteristics and the tiredness or pain in different body parts. The research method uses a survey of full-time and parttime higher education students. The sample consists of 200 randomly selected responses collected between 2018 and 2019. It allows analyzing the differences of perceptions between respondents with and without job experience. Beyond descriptive statistics, ANOVA and correlation analysis was conducted for exploring the relations. Data analysis was supported by IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that the perceived undesirable health impacts are timeless and ageless. Eye-related problems, as well as back and shoulder, are considered the most critical by the respondents. The main implication of the study is that more attention must be paid to the field, appearing in regulations and developing training programs for computer users. The results presented in this paper aim to highlight the importance of the prevention of harmful symptoms of computer work, which are not in the mainstream right now.

Background: Demands as to productivity transform the work environment more and more stressful, and negatively impact on the motivation of workers and the performance of their work activities. Initiatives seek to consolidate advances in policies for comprehensive care for workers health, with actions to prevent injuries and promote health. Offering workers a Labor Gymnastics Program (PGL), which is not restricted to attention to musculoskeletal disorders, becomes a tool to encourage change in habits. Aim: To identify possible changes in workers habits after the implementation of a PGL. Method: 41 workers in the administrative area and support from a teaching hospital in the municipality of Santa Cruz do Sul answered the questionnaire. The questionnaire includes variables on eating habits, displacement and physical activity, applied before and after intervention. The sessions were held during the workday, with frequency of three times a week, on alternate days, for 4 months, composed of physical activities and information on dietary reeducation, postural education, body awareness and the importance of regular physical activity. Results: There is a predominance of females (61.0%), and age of 33.5±10.2 years. Changes in some habits were identified: increase in the number of workers who practice regular physical activity (p=0.01), increase in the duration and frequency of activity (p=0.04), and maintenance / reduction in the frequency of consumption of “Embedded” (p=0.03). Conclusion: It was possible to identify positive changes in workers habits after the implementation of the PGL, suggesting that it is an important strategy in the field of health promotion.
