Some domestic colleges and universities have been made some effect in the steel structure teaching reforms, but there are some deficiencies in China in the new period. In view of the new era of our steel structures has increased, The design, construction and technical personnel is a serious shortage of steel , and can’t meet the number in current design institute and the construction units. So puts forward the teaching material, the demand in classroom teaching mode, teaching content and graduation design for the reform, the steel structure to provide a reference for personnel training of the new situation.

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that building a powerful education country is a basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. We must give priority to education, deepen education reform, and speed up education modernization. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, public security education in China, especially public security higher education, has gone through an extraordinary development road from scratch, from weak to strong, with the great attention of the party and the state. It has made remarkable achievements and made great contributions to the construction of the national public security team. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is an important task to summarize the problems existing in public security higher education in China and to think about the development strategy of public security higher education in the new era. In this paper, I will discuss the development strategy of public security higher education in the new period.

Objectives: At present, China’s rural development has entered a new era, and rural sports development is in its infancy. In order to achieve further development in rural sports, it is necessary to clarify the overall environment for the development of rural sports, understand the current stage of rural sports development, and supplement sufficient talents. Methods: Based on this paper, the SWOT-PEST model of rural sports development path transformation in the new era is analyzed, mainly from the perspective of talent big data. Results: A talent big data recommendation system is constructed based on collaborative filtering, the current rural sports development analyzed. Conclusion: The development environment and advantages and disadvantages of the module of talents are in order to facilitate the industry to adopt corresponding strategies.

Aim: The health system is undergoing a rapid transformation with the constantly developing world. The Covid-19 pandemic that threatens humanity seems to change the health system as in every field. The study aimed to determine the use of the e-Health system before and after the pandemic and how health services have changed after the pandemic. Methods: The study was designed with a mixed method that includes analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. The quantitative data of the study were collected with the help of a questionnaire before the pandemic. Qualitative data acquisition and analysis were carried out after the pandemic. Results: According to the results of the study, the rate of participants who did not use the e-Health system before the pandemic was 73.5% (n=155). When asked about the reasons for not using the e-Health system; 43.2% of the participants (n=67) stated that they did not need it, 28.4% (n=44) were not aware of the system and 28.4% (n=44) stated that they did not know how to use the system. According to the qualitative data results, five main themes were obtained after the Covid -19 outbreak. The themes were; getting health information and guidance remotely during the pandemic is the best alternative, creating a sense of trust, compliance with the new situation, expectations from the health system in the new period, and expectations for guidance in accessing e-health information. Conclusion: The most important result of this study, the increase in the use of distance health and e-health, seems to be the framework of the new health service. When the results are read in this context, it can be predicted that a large share of the investments in the field of health will be shifted to digital health systems. Under the background of the new era, it is particularly urgent to reform the teaching content and teaching mode of international settlement in order to meet the needs of talents and cultivate new applied talents of international settlement. Firstly, this paper analyzes the market demand for applied talents in the international settlement, defines the teaching objectives of applied talents training in the international settlement, and explores the main problems existing in the existing teaching mode of international settlement. In order to explore the deep internal cause of frequent occurrence of coal mine disasters in new era, firstly the paper has studied current situation of “institutional walls, equipment idle” in Chinese township coals by behavioral economics. And then, we analyzed cognitive dissonance of speculative psychology by cultural psychology in the course of passive safety investment. The results show that just relying on the infinite increase of rewards and punishments regulation system cannot effectively make them take active safety investment in the new period of economic development. Our study highlights the importance of mutual construction of psychological and social cultural in the preventing coal mine disaster.

Seismic checking of panel zone for steel frame is very important in seismic checking of steel structure. This paper starts with the comprehension of new seismic design code of 2010, and the calculation formula of shear strength and yield bearing capacity for the panel zone is derived when the beam height in two side of joint is unequal, resorting to current Design Code for the Steel Structures and Seismic Design Code for Buildings. The formula is utilized for an engineering example in this paper, and it can provide some references for the design of steel structure.
